About: A loving safe space awaits for your furry friend. I have owned dogs/cats/rabbits/chickens/horses for the past 30 years. Currently I have 2 working dogs and a very spoilt terrier who thinks she’s one of the children. The working dogs have been trained since puppies and we rescued the terrier at the age of 2. I currently check in and look after my mums cat in a daily basis and helped care for my mums elderly cat including giving medication. We also have chickens and rabbits so very experienced providing care for them too. I currently work part time and can take dogs to work with me or they are very safe at home lounging on the sofa with the radio on for comfort. I have a fenced large garden and 3 dogs to keep your dog company. I have a little terrier who has the run of the house and 2 working dogs who have kennels. I am more than happy to provide a crate in the house if they will feel more comfortable in the house in a crate.
About: Hi! I’m Taylor, Your Dog’s New Best Friend! I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud owner of two amazing pups—a rescue from Tennessee who’s never met a stranger and a playful black lab rottie mix. I offer daycare, walks, boarding and house sitting. I’m available mornings, afternoons, or evenings, weekdays and weekends! Having grown up with dogs, I’m experienced with all ages—from energetic puppies to sweet seniors. I’m happy to cater to any special needs your dog or cat may have. I’m passionate about training and am happy to work on anything you’re trying to teach your pup! I’ve lived all over Ontario, and my favorite part is exploring nature with my boys. Whether it’s hiking through forests or discovering new off-leash parks, I’m always up for an adventure. Your pet is guaranteed to get lots of love, exercise, and snuggles during their time with me! I work a flexible schedule from home, but I sometimes have meetings or need to head into town, so I will need to take care of your pet at scheduled times! Exact times will vary. My dogs can be selective with other dogs so require 1-2 introduction sessions in advance of boarding stays. Whether in your home or mine, I try my absolute best to follow the schedule you have for your pup, and ensure we are following your rules.
About: Senior dog care experience Clean and healthy environment Work from home professional I live in a detached home with a backyard which the dogs can enjoy supervised. Most importantly, I will provide a comfortable and loving environment for your furry friend as if they were my own. I work a professional job full time from home, making it incredibly easy to provide the attention they need as well as to ensure they're safe and comfortable. I go for daily walks and have a backyard which I can let the dogs out throughout the day. The scheduling and attention is not a challenge given my work arrangements. I have a miniature poodle (Theo) myself and can take on 1 small dog at a time. There will be no other pets or dogs present during my care asides from Theo. Given my work arrangements, I have the ability to take care and watch the dogs at all times. I do not crate the animals unless you specifically require it. For the safety of my own dog, I ask that you do not book with me unless your dog is friendly with other dogs.

“Carleigh provided excellent communication when it came to caring for my pet, even prior to the actual dates she was booked for. My cat requires a daily pill and she was able to successfully administer it to her in my absence, with no fuss. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a pet sitter.”

“Sheerise is an amazing dog sitter. We first heard glowing reviews from some friends who had worked with her and their 5 star reviews didn’t even cover the reality - she goes way above and beyond. She not only stayed hours extra to hangout with our pup longer than her booking called for but worked to clean the house up perfectly so things were sparkling clean when we arrived back. All in all, Sheerise is the best and we feel lucky to have her watching our pup while we’re out :).”

“Kaitlyn is a great, conscientious pet sitter. She met with us before the appointment. She arrived on time and played with our cats for almost the entire visit, breaking only to feed them and scoop the litter pans. And she sent fun videos! We would definitely recommend Kaitlyn for cat sitting.”
“Sidney was amazing with our older pup. She was available on short notice to help us out and she communicated with us each step of the way during her visit. We appreciated the updates, photos and kindness throughout. We will definitely rebook with Sidney in the future!”

“I highly recommend Samantha to pet sit. I felt completely at ease having her care for my fur baby while I was away. I appreciated her daily check ins with pictures and timely responses to my questions/comments.”

“Andrea was great! She came for a meet and greet before hand and the cats instantly made friends which speaks to her demeanor as my cats are timid. Andrea was diligent about special care needed for each cat. Will definitely look for Andrea on our next trip.”

“Serena was amazing. She came 2 days in a row. Before she came she offered to cone meet the pups and drove to my home special just for that. Thank you Serena. We will definitely have ypu back.”

“Kendra was a lifesaver. She stayed patient, understanding, and flexible as we dealt with ever changing family emergencies. She went above and beyond to keep not only our Julie cat happy and content but also our outside critters. I highly recommend Kendra for any of your pet sitting needs and will definitely call on her again. Thank you Kendra for everything!!!”

“Taylor stopped in to look after our cats while we were away. She followed directions perfectly and went above and beyond to ensure our cats were taken care of. She communicated extremely well with us and we will definitely book again with Taylor.”

About: Ever since I was a little one, I’ve had an unwavering passion for taking care of others. Currently, I work part time as an intensive care/emergency RN. On my days off to maintain a work-life balance, I try to fulfill my passion in taking care of animals. You can rest assured that both you and your furry friends are in great hands! I have lots of experience working with rescue organizations training and fostering both dogs and cats. From reactive, shy, nervous, selective, and behavioural, I’ve seen it all and am comfortable working with them regardless of temperaments. I also have experience as a “flight angel”, which involves bringing dogs via plane from other parts of the world to Ontario. As the weather is nicer and my schedule loosens up for the summer, I’m transitioning to Rover to see if I can get some extra time with some four legged friends! I have two rescue dogs and two rescue cats of my own. I live on the water in Seguin but am flexible and open to travelling to get to you and your pet. On my days off from being an RN, I’m happy to work with your pet and give them my full, undivided attention. Days spent with your pet will be entirely dedicated to them, without any other distractions like work or children. Safety and trust are my top priorities! For this reason, my dogs may not be present while your pet stays with me. This is in order for your pet to have the space to themselves to adequately decompress, as I recognize leaving home could be a stressful experience for some. On the contrary, if I’m entering your home, I will make sure to respect the space of both you and your pet! Boundaries are so important and will vary based on the individual needs of your furry friend. I am no stranger to keeping the lives and wellbeing of others in the tops of my priorities.
“This was our first experience using a cat sitter through Rover. We could not have been happier or more reassured that our 2 cats were well cared for in our home. Tracy just knew what we needed and thoughtfully sent us pictures showing “the boys” being very comfortable in her care. One in particular is very cautious with people but Tracy quickly earned his trust and they became friends. Tracy is professional and personable and we really look forward to having her look after our feline family again. Thanks so much, Tracy.”

I adjust my actions to look after senior doggies or puppies and all in between. I am retired and my schedule is usually flexible. I am looking to meet new doggies and look after them during the week. I could be available on weekends if needed. We don’t have any pets and have a large rural property. We would discuss the needs of your dog and taylor their needs to make everyone comfortable. They have no desire to be top dogs and are not interested in toys. I am happy to have your fur babies snuggle on the couch or in bed with me if they are allowed (as my two prefer their beds on the floor). I am comfortable with medication administration, special dietary needs, post-surgical care, palliative medical conditions, and physical disabilities due to my extensive experience in shelter and rescue work. I was a foster parent for many years and gained experience with special needs pets (medically and physically), behavioral concerns (separation anxiety, fearful, shy, aggression, basic obedience issues, housetraining, crate training). I also hold a certificate in pet first aid.
“Rhiannon was so lovely with our Bernese, Fred-Franklin! She went above and beyond and dropped him back to us when we were in a pickle with our car, and we could tell he had a great day. Very lovely and communicative. :)”
