About: I’ve been caring for dogs for the past five years through dog sitting for family and friends, as well as regularly walking and caring for my own dogs. I have experience with feeding, walks, playing, basic care, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and am excited to build more experience and meet new furry friends caring for dogs through Rover. I currently work full-time, and my availability changes throughout the year as I balance school. Whenever I have free time, I’d love to spend it caring for your pet! I’ll always keep my calendar up to date and communicate clearly so you know exactly when I’m available. I always follow your pet’s usual routine to help them feel comfortable and at ease while you’re away. Whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, fresh water, litter box care, or lots of cuddles, I’ll make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve. I’ll also keep you updated with any questions I may have, messages and photos so you know your pet is happy and in good hands.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for about 10 years from having 2 cats at home and one dog, I am all taking care of a few dogs in Canada where I study and take them for walks and house sit when the owners are out of town. it helps me take a break from doing whatever to care for the pet and walk it and spend time with an animal for a few hours in a day to get my mindset different. On a daily basis I wake up and feed the dog and then take him/ her for a walk and play with the pet for a while and then take him/ her for an other walk and then at night I feed him/ her again and take him for an other walk and then one more before bed so I’m taking the pet for a walk around 4-5 times a day depends.

About: I grew up with two dogs when I was growing up and it helped to teach me with maintaining their routines, trying to reinforce positive behaviors, taking care of their medical needs and administering basic medications, and recognizing signs of stress or discomfort early. I treat each pet like they are my own, making sure they get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and affection, along with updates so you always feel confident they’re in good hands. I strive to create a calm, consistent environment so dogs can thrive even while their owners are away. I'm currently working retail part time so I am flexible during the week and weekends. I usually have Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Can do weekends per request I can take care of your furbabies however you need if they require certain medications, feeding schedules, walking or litter cleaning schedules I am flexible to work around you and their needs.

About: I come from Ecuador where having a dog as part of the family is very common - so as a dog-lover here in Port Colborne, I am happy to provide the wise loving care you want for your pup. I have a sweet female 2-year-old golden doodle who is totally part of my family. I’d welcome your dog, too - whether it’s for a walk, a day-long play date, or a sleep over. When caring for pets, I feed them, give them fresh water, walk or play with them, and clean up after them. I make sure they're comfortable and happy.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
