“Dana is fantastic!! She’s a great communicator who replies promptly to messages. We left our anxious dog Joey with my in-laws when on vacation and hired Dana to help with walks. She went out of her way to travel to their home to meet with them prior to Joey’s first walk. Joey typically is very wary of strangers and we were nervous about not being there at pick up but went willingly with Dana without issue - a true testament to Dana’s ability to understand and work with anxious dogs. We will definitely hire Dana again. Highly recommend.”

About: I’ve always been around dogs my whole life, I’ve worked with litters of puppy’s and took care of many dogs throughout the years, feeding, walking and bathing them as needed. I work part time, on my days off I enjoy being in nature and going for walks with my Siberian Husky. I also enjoy going to the dog park. Pet safety and comfort is the most important to me. Please let me know of any health or safety concerns you may have. It’s important I am aware of feeding schedules and energy levels, as well as how often your pet is used to being taken for potty breaks. I love to engage and play so let me know if your pet has any favourite toys to play with or likes to play fetch.

I last minute had to dog sit for my mom and being 8months pregnant, needed a hand giving her young dog the exercise she needs. About: I have taken care of dogs of many kinds since I was 8, and worked with my parents to train my 2 dogs who are now both 7. I have cared for neighbours, friends, and family dogs including walking, feeding, playing, continued training, and of course petting. I have experience with senior dogs as well as puppies and all ages in between! I am currently taking a couple classes at NIC which are all roughly an hour / day Monday to Thursday and work a part-time job Friday and Saturday morning which leaves plenty of free-time to play with your pups! I am available any night for house sitting/overnight care and any day for walks! Trust and comfort is important to me and I will do my best to follow your pups regulars to ensure they are feeling comfortable and familiar.

About: Animals have been a part of my life from day one. I am my friend’s go-to person for all animal care needs. I love the outdoors and walks are my thing. Rain or shine, I’ll be outside. I have experience with giving insulin shots and checking blood sugar levels as my cat is diabetic. You won’t see her in my profile because my dad is looking after her due to the demands of my job. As you can imagine, I really miss having an animal in my life. I am currently laid off so my schedule is fairly open. Just a heads up, when I am working I can be away for 4-6 weeks at a time. I am a respectful and caring person. Whatever you or your fur baby needs, I will deliver. I’m a cuddler, constantly talk to animals and love play time.
