About: Hi there! I recently said goodbye to my senior dog, Riley, who was just shy of 13. He was my daily walking buddy, my constant companion, and truly the heart of my home. Losing him has left a big space in my life, and I find myself missing the simple joy of walking with a four-legged friend and sharing that unconditional love and companionship. Because Riley was a senior boy, I have lots of experience supporting older dogs—everything from giving medications to understanding their changing energy levels and mobility needs. I also cared for a cat with long-term health issues for several years, so I’m very comfortable with gentle handling, special routines, and pets who need a little extra attention. Ian has also been around dogs his entire life and helped with Rileys care the last year of his life. His current furry best freind is Sophia the frenchie. He is such a great dog dad to her, making sure her health and wellness is always top priority... and if you know about french bull dogs you would understand this!! ;) We would both love the opportunity to spend time with your dogs, get back to those peaceful walks in nature, and offer the same patience, care, and kindness that we give to our own animals. Whether your pet is young and full of energy or a slow-moving senior with a big heart, We would be honoured to help them feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I am self employed and have a somewhat flexible schedule with various times available to visit your pet or take them for a walk. I am available most mornings, several evenings and weekends. Ian is available most weeknights and weekends. We pay close attention to the little details and will follow any instructions you share so your pet has everything they need to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with cats, and by my teenage years I was the go-to pet sitter for friends, family and friends of friends. Over time, that turned into paid, freelance work caring for both cats and dogs with a wide range of personalities and needs. I have experience with both kittens/puppies and senior pets, including those who need oral medication, and I’m comfortable caring for multiple animals at once while keeping their routines and needs separate and respected. What matters most to me is that your pet feels safe and not disrupted while you’re away. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I can adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs, whether that’s more frequent bathroom breaks, check-ins, or sticking closely to a specific routine. I offer a free meet and greet so we can make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. This also helps me understand your pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs so I can care for them properly. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m able to plan my day around visits, walks, and check-ins rather than trying to squeeze them in around a rigid workday. That means I can show up consistently, adjust timing when needed, and be responsive if something changes, whether that’s an extra visit, a longer walk, or a quick check-in. Since all of my services take place in my client’s home, my focus is on keeping things as familiar and consistent as possible for your pet. I follow your routines closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I pay attention to your pet’s behaviour and comfort level, adjusting my approach based on their energy, personality, and needs in the moment. For drop-ins and walks, I make sure your pet gets the right balance of care, whether that’s exercise, enrichment, or simply some calm company. For house sitting, I maintain a steady presence so your pet can stay relaxed in their own space while you’re away. I also take care to keep your home tidy and respected, so you can come back to everything just as you left it.

About: I have had dog and cat friends for as long as I can remember. For the past two years, I have been commissioned to take care of my friends and family members furry companions with increasing regularity and have decided that this the best possible way for me to continue doing what I enjoy. My availability is if flexible at the moment as I relocated to the Valley two years ago and have switched gears career-wise. My wife and I have a roommate so boarding is not an option. I am adaptable and consider myself extended family while continuing with daily routines and care needs for each individual furry friend. We will have a fun time together, guaranteed. About: Puppies to seniors, simple to medically challenged, I have had experience with most. Friends, families and neighbours have entrusted me with their fur babies, and have never been disappointed. References always available. I am retired, and get my daily joy caring for pets, and my favorite part of my day is taking pups walking in the woods. Walking, playing, cuddling, feed and any meds. Animals with special needs are in good hands as I have cared for blind and deaf animals. Puppy traing is fun, and seniors are given plenty of time to meander as much as their comfort allows.

About: Hello, Welcome to my profile !! I have always had pets of one type or another in my household and taken care of them for more than 15 years. I'm the one you find in the corner on the floor at a party with the dog or sitting in the street petting a puppy I've seen. I am happy to care for your furbabies while you are out and about or on vacation ! I cater to their needs so they are comfortable with me. The house is theirs, I just occupy the space 😅 For anyone with larger dogs, my husband always joins me on puppy walks, so he is more than able to walk your furbaby if you are worried about pulling etc. I am home Full-time so your baby won't need to be left unattended for any longer than it takes to run to the store if needed. I try to keep the same schedule and/rules as the parents have given me so the pets feel at home and are able to continue their routine as uninterrupted as possible.

About: I've taken care of Huskies and Malamutes most my life. Experience with German Shepards too. I'm good with all dog breeds in general and enjoy making sure they're happy. Despite huskies being notoriously energetic, noisy, and unruly dogs at times, I've always fostered the chillest, quietest, and easy going huskies. Everyone who meets my dog is ways surprised how well behaved and calm she is. I work different jobs but my schedule is pretty predictable. Teacher on-call, media developer, videographer, tourism/hospitality worker, outdoor enthusiast. Wednesday-Sunday I'm usually free. I usually walk my dog around the block and take her to the exhibition grounds dog park. I have a balcony designated for pet use, as well as a two types of crates to cordon off animals if needed. Access to fresh water, treats, and attention are all easily available.

About: I have experience taking care of dogs, cats, and parrots. I love animals. I am always gentle with them and will play and pet your furry friend. I do gig work so my availability is fairly flexible. I can make changes when needed and can even do same day care if I’m free. I will follow your orders. I can watch your pets in your house and take them outside in the yard. I can walk them too.

About: I am a currently in grad school, completing my master of nursing, and to maintain my mental health I spend all my free time surrounded by dogs! I will spoil your fur baby with love and affection. I have experience in owning my own dogs for over 30 years. My own soul mate fur baby died one year ago (Australian Shepard - I speak Aussie!), and I endeavor to love all other dogs the way I did him. I have experience with senior and sick dogs, and puppies too! Further, I understand the stress of those of us who work in healthcare but own dogs and worry about them during long shifts, so I would be happy to spend time with your fur baby while you are at work helping others. I have a flexible schedule right now, and might be available last minute if you need it, so pls don't be afraid to ask :) I will ensure you doggo or kitty is comfortable with me. I will spoil them with affection, and scritches and scratches. I will play with them, ensure they have eliminated their bladder and bowels, I will ensure they show me their toys and teach me how to play with them. Most importantly, I will ensure they are safe at all times, including when I leave, with access to water. I am great at following instructions for feeding pets, or providing medication, and following any and all instructions and tips for specific dog care routines.
