About: I have had dogs all my life. In 2003 I bought a Bernese Mountain dog and took her to shows. She won her championship. We bred her and she had beautiful pups. I moved to my husbands horse farm and I took care of his 4 horses and our dogs. We have one German Shepherd dog now and is name is Indy and he loves all dogs. I currently work part time and my husband works from home. We homeschool our kids and have plenty of time for furry friends. We look forward to this experience. We have a big backyard with lots of grass and trees. The yard is cleaned twice a day. Your dog can be kept in whatever works best for them inside the house at night. We have a lovely furry friend named Indy to keep your dog company.

About: I am an experienced dog walker and cat/dog sitter from Chicago, IL! I worked with a private dog walking company as well as providing many years of cat and dog sitting to clients in my neighborhood. I am studying animal welfare at UBC and getting my PhD in dairy cattle welfare, so I am very passionate about animal behaviour and wellbeing. I own two wonderful cats and have worked in a cat clinic administering medicine in the past. I have lots of experience reading cat behaviour and providing companionship for them! I additionally volunteered as a dog walker at a shelter in Chicago for years and was trained on how to walk dogs with behavioural issues. I would love the opportunity to be around dogs more, as I can't have one with my two cats, and am away from the dogs I used to sit in Chicago! I am a current grad student so I have extreme flexibility! I can make almost every day or time work for checking in on or walking your pet. I am someone who cares about safety and wellbeing over all else (hence the animal welfare PhD!) and will make sure your pet is safe and happy. In addition to our canine companion, I have a rich history of caring for cats, involving tasks such as feeding, cleaning litter, and ensuring their safety outdoors, a responsibility I've carried since childhood. I have a lot of free time so I am able to take care of your furry family with as much care and attention as you need. Each pet requires different care depending on species, age, health, etc. Any special requests for the care of your furry friend will be taken seriously. I will always try to leave your home cleaner than I found it.

About: My experience with pet care involves my household animals as well as sitting I’ve done in the past. At my house right now, I own 3 indoor cats and 1 German shepherd dog! This leads to a very busy household with a very highly active dog and needy indoor cats. We love our house being busy with animals and have never had a home without animals. Before our German shepherd we owned a flat coated retriever which was a breed my fathers mother actually brought to Canada as our family used to show dogs and we briefly showed our flat coat in dog shows as well. Overall, I am just an animal lover and treat my pets like family. I currently work part-time as a server so my availability is super super flexible. I can easily switch shifts if needed to make it work with what you’re needing. In my home, my dog has a backyard where we love to play fetch, he also has a doggie pool so he can cool off when hot. My cats also have a cat tree and lots of toys. They also have dog/cat beds to have a safe space to sleep. There are also multiple water dishes around the house to keep them hydrated.
