About: I've raised my own dogs from puppies to old age passing, as well as looked after those of friends and family. I have rescued and looked after rescued dogs that require trust building and have some personality quirks due to past experience and fear. From house training to listening well off leash, trust, patience and firm but gentle authority are the key ingredients. At this time I am taking a break from the standard Monday to Friday, 9 = 5 office job. My routine revolves primarily around my own dog, Dax. So, I have plenty of time throughout the week to spend time with more dogs. I love to be outdoors on walks, runs, playing fetch, or just sitting enjoying the fresh air, whichever best suits the dogs' needs. I have a fenced yard, plenty of dog toys and a few dog beds. I also have blankets to cover furniture if your dog is accustomed to sleeping on couches /chairs. I know mine is. I follow feeding guidelines (ie. Schedule, type, amount, treats), ensure plenty of outdoor bathroom breaks in addition exercise. I change out water for fresh daily and ensure it is always topped up. If crate trained, I make sure the applicable comforts of the crate are to their max. Our pets deserve the best

About: Between volunteering with the SPCA, and my pets, I have 10+ years of experience caring for our furry friends. I have lots of experience with high and low-energy dogs, of varying ages - I can adjust anything to what works for you and your pets! I have always had a dog (or two) in my family, and I am very in tune with their body language and needs. My weeks are open for the most part, I would love about 2-3 days' notice but I can do emergencies in a pinch if need be. I am able to make the time for both work and your pet I live in an apartment complex with a large balcony. However I also have other pups who enjoy other dogs being around. About: All (cat friendly) dogs are welcome here! I am home full time, so walks come often in whatever quantity your furry friend needs! Dogs have full run of the home, and leashed + monitored access to a patio surrounded by trees. Cuddles are freely given and the couch and bed are free real estate. (I have special place in my heart for yorkies and pitties. ) I have experience with collies, pitbulls, and plenty of dogs in between! Dogs must be cat friendly (or willing to ignore) There's a lady in the house! Currently I am studying online, and so I am always around at home! Furry babies will have all the company they desire. If you're feeling anxious about your baby going unsupervised in a new environment, you needn't worry here. Pets may free roam the house. Traffic and/ or birdwatching is a popular pass time by the windows. There is a cat tree and a comfy window hammock, along with cardboard scratcher, an extra small dog/cat bed and comfy throws on the couch. The Litter box is automatic and self cleaning, so no stress about smells, or cleanliness for fussier cats. It's clean every time!

About: Currently volunteering at the BC SPCA I've also owned and taken care of dogs as long as I can remember from puppies to seniors (my oldest dog living to be 15 and all the care that requires) Training my pups up to be respectable companions and making sure they get all the exercise they need. I still frequently sit for friends and families dogs and I decided this could be a good first step to a career with animals. I'm currently volunteering at the SPCA. Beyond the time I spend there I have all the free time in the world and hope to spend it taking care of your pets I have a decent size yard for your pet to run around in and would follow all instructions and guidelines any clients would have. Taking care of a friend's puppy recently has made me very aware of things to keep clear of him and to keep him clear of in my house. I'll always be sure to run and play all the energy they have out of them so they're too tired to misbehave.
