About: As a nursing student at the University of Pennsylvania and a former husky owner, I bring a rare mix of clinical training, real-world responsibility, and genuine love for animals. I know how to stay calm under pressure, follow detailed care instructions (like medication schedules or special diets), and keep both pets and their homes safe and secure. I’ve cared for high-energy puppies, senior dogs who need extra TLC, and everything in between. What really sets me apart is my attention to detail, my flexible schedule (I’m home for the summer with full availability!), and my heart. I treat every pet like family, and I take pride in creating a calm, loving, and structured environment where they feel safe and cared for whether it’s a quick drop-in or a weeklong stay. I’m also active and love long walks, playtime, and giving lots of updates so you always know your pet is happy. This summer, pet care is my routine! I’m home from college and not tied to any classes, shifts, or travel, which means I’m super flexible and available for all kinds of pet care: early mornings, late nights, or even full weekends. I love being around animals and have intentionally made room in my schedule to give them my full attention. It’s the perfect way for me to spend the summer doing something I love before heading back to school! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or theirs, my approach is grounded in love, patience, and safety, just like it is in nursing. In a client’s home, I prioritize keeping your pet's routine consistent: same feeding schedule, walks, playtime, and cuddles. I make sure to follow any specific instructions (medication, crate training, food preferences, etc.) and send regular photo updates so you feel confident and connected while you're away. I also treat your home with total respect, clean, secure, and exactly how you left it. If caring for pets in my home, I ensure they have a quiet, comfy space to rest, plenty of playtime, and outdoor breaks. I grew up with a husky, so I’m used to high-energy dogs and am happy to take them on long walks or runs. I live in a pet-friendly area with great walking routes, and I’m home throughout the day right now, so your pet will never be left alone for long. Above all, I aim to make pets feel safe, loved, and cared for, and I treat them like family.

About: I have been trusted by neighbors and friends for over 10 years to watch and care for their animals, mainly dogs. I have owned just about all major species of animals (dogs, rodents, reptiles, amphibians, insects) and I would love to expand my reach into the animal care world. I am currently working part time this summer and will be attending school in late August. School will be in the mornings where i’ll be away for no more than 5 hours a day. My work schedule varies each week with most hours coming from the weekdays. I have numerous pets in my home including the newest edition, two springer spaniel pups. I have a pool so if your friends like swimming this can be their tropical getaway. I don’t believe there is such a thing as too much walks throughout the day. I make it my goal to ensure your pets are receiving the best treatment possible.

About: From a very young age I learned to care for pets and farm animals. In 4-H I studied animal husbandry. As an adult, I have had many dogs and cats. I love them as my family. My last two rescue dogs (American Pit Bull Terriers) made it to almost 13 years old before they crossed the rainbow bridge over the last few years. I am not ready for my own new family member, but I still miss the companionship of animals. So it just seems right to take care of yours. I am semi-retired, so I am free on most weekdays except Wednesdays. I get up early and do chores around the house in the morning, then go outside for a bit in the afernoons unless it is too hot. I live on 40 acres in the countryside. It's not fenced but I can take your pups for a great walk around the property on a leash. I have 3 spare bedrooms if they need quiet space. Or I have a kennel in my bedroom if they like to be with someone.

About: Trustworthy, Compassionate Pet Care – Tailored to Your Best Friend's Needs Hi! I'm Hayley—a lifelong animal lover, experienced foster carer, and dedicated pet sitter who knows exactly how hard it is to find someone you trust with your beloved pets. I’ve been in your shoes—stressing about finding the right person who will show up on time, follow through, and most importantly, treat your pet with the same love and care that you do. That’s exactly the kind of care I provide, because I know nothing less will do. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals—dogs, reptiles, horses—you name it. My childhood was spent with a loyal German Shepherd and a spirited long-haired Dachshund, and I went on to train and compete with horses in equestrian eventing. Since 2021, I’ve worked with local shelters and rescues fostering small to medium dogs, including those with behavioral trauma, medical needs, or reactivity. Over time, I became a go-to carer for pups needing extra patience, structure, and compassion. Each animal has its own history and personality, and I take the time to understand and support them at their pace. I’m highly attuned to body language and animal welfare, skilled in gentle corrective training, and committed to creating a safe, calm environment—whether it's for a quick walk or a multi-day stay. I bring flexibility, strong communication, and absolute reliability to every booking. Outside of pet care, I have degrees in Business and Law—which speaks to my proactive and organized nature. Whether you're looking for a loving sitter, a dependable dog walker, or a calm presence for medical transport, you can trust that I’ll treat your pet like family—and my own pets are treated like royalty. During visits, I am also more than happy to take care of any little household chores with ease- just let me know! I also offer dog bathing and brush-through grooming for $20 as an optional add-on around visits or in-home stays. I’ll always take that extra step to send you updates and photos, so you feel reassured and connected even when you're away. I aim to cater for both basic pet stay needs, and for those that need full 24 hours of dedicated time, care, and love. Services Summary: House Sitting – Includes overnight stay in your home, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of cuddles. $10 per 30-min walk (discounted during house sits) Overnight house sitting is typically around 6-9pm at night until 7-10am the next day , please advise your anticipated return time. * There will be an additional charge for returns after 3pm on the last day due to Rover’s 24 hour booking window. 24 hour care is available Holiday stays. 24-hour dedicated care available upon request (message me for custom pricing) Drop-In Visits – 30-minute check-in: feeding, potty break, playtime, and a photo update $10 for meds or extended time Dog walking 30-minute neighborhood walk, photo update included $10 for an additional dog Dog Bath & Brush – $20 Towel dry and gentle brushing, offered around home visits or walks Cat Care: Cat-only sitting – Add-on during dog sits – If you’re bundling cats with dog care, just send me a message—I’m happy to reduce the rate and work out a fair plan together. Elizabeth B.

“I cannot speak highly enough about the level of care, responsibility, and compassion that Elizabeth brings to the care of animals. Elizabeth is very reliable and communicative and has a calm demeanor and maturity that enables her to adapt to different situations and pet needs. She does not just drop by for 10 minutes to feed them and let them do their business. She spends time with your pet and will be flexible in her schedule to honor the care plan you want for your pet. Elizabeth is experienced in tending to sick and injured animals, being an extremely loving companion and protector of her own pets, and reliably caring after others' pets; she will look after your pets the way you would like them to be cared for. You will find Elizabeth to be a true and trustworthy animal lover with the experience, intelligence, and heart to insure the well-being of your precious pet and be the next best thing to being there yourself.”

Hayley S.
“Hayley has played a significant role fostering some of our more behaviourally challenged and medical needs rescue dogs with Dachshund Rescue of LA. I have witnessed them be taken in terrified, fearful, aggressive, to the point where Hayley has occasionally had to start working with thick gloves on just in case she gets nipped when working on socialisation. Hayley is incredibly patient with animals, and has a special eye for animal behaviour and emotions transferred through their behaviour and physical signals. She approaches in an unthreatening manner, and encourages new dogs to accept her by choice as opposed to forcing herself onto them to insisting them to obey. She is beyond kind and caring, and very trusted carer for many animals. She is very reliable, always offering suggestions on top of her volunteer role as a foster to make processes and difficult situations easier, and has a natural feel for suitable and loving fits for a new home as each foster dog is finally ready to move on to their new home. She is very personable, communicative, and if anything, excessive with safety and is admired for "rather being safe than sorry", whether she is looking after a "flight-risk" foster dog, pet sitting for her friends and family, and extends to her own pet safety with extensive surround and risk checks, making our potential new adopters always feel at ease with the process, their pet selection and are fully informed, as well as vetted by her, to ensure a seamless process and the most suitable loving home for each foster that comes into her care. Trust is difficult, particularly when searching to engage a new face and person with your own fur baby- and that can be a huge gamble. Hayley comes highly recommended, very trustworthy to not only to perform her role but ensure she feels to each pet as "an old trusted friend", and provides a huge benefit of medical and special requirements knowledge and proactiveness. I can confidently say that after witnessing the change in each nervous (often traumatised) dog she has fostered for us and another rescue. You can be sure your fur baby is in the best hands with Hayley.”

Keria M.
“Keria did an amazing job taking care of my two rottweilers. She was reliable, communicative and treated them as if they were her own. She is the best!”

Brittney S.
“Brittney is a great person who truly cares for animals, their well-being, and their needs. She’s responsive, responsible, and passionate about providing good care to animals. I would not hesitate to recommend her as I know my animals would get the best care under her supervision.”

Crystina R.
“Crystina is amazing with my dog, Emma. They bonded instantly. Emma is usually weird about someone else taking her out to potty and Crystina has been successful every time. Emma and I highly recommend Crystina.”
