“Shannon was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. Her dog Lola is very sweet and Koda now has a new best friend! Shannon also has kids at home, which was another plus for Koda as she absolutely adores children. I have already booked another DoggyDayCare with Shannon!”

“I really appreciate how Malissa took care of my little baby. I live in CT and had traveled to Murrietta , CA to visit my son and family. However, A month after my arrival date I took a bad fall and broke my right shoulder bone. Although I was injured, I had paid for a tournament months before my visit and was not planning on losing my money or missing the event. After checking out sitters recommended by family, I was not satisfied and decided to check out ROVER which I had used in CT in the past. I found Malissa and the rest is history. She was able to come to me and pick and drop off my little fur baby which I really appreciated because I was unable to drive nor was family around to do so. On top of that she followed all my instructions as it related to feeding and walking my pup. He home was NOT overcrowded with dogs as I have noticed with some sitters. Diego seemed very happy upon returning to me. She sent picture when requested and kept me up to date on his daily activities. I would definitely use Malissa again to watch Diego whenI have another multi-day event to got to in California”

“What an amazing sitter! Robert was available at last minute notice when our original sitter was unavailable. He sent great updates, kept me informed through photos too. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for a friendly pet sitter.”

“Stacey is amazing! She took such good care of my doggies and sent me multiple pics and videos everyday so I knew they were having a great time. I would highly recommend her and definitely will be using her again.”

“We are so happy with Erica and Ronald and their wonderful presence, caring and overall attitude to looking after their own and others' dogs. Everyday photos and sharing how everyone is getting along counts for a lot. We are very grateful.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE Alicia and Christian and so does our Milo. This is the 3rd time we leave Milo with them because they are simply amazing, caring, communicative, all the great qualities of a dog sitter! Don’t even look any further, they are the right family for the care of your little one 💕”

“Bianca was amazing and super friendly! She was communicative and took great care of our puppies. She obliged to our requests and had our babies smelling fresh upon pick up. We will definitely be using her again in the future.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Erin! She took such great care of our dog, giving plenty of love, attention, and exercise. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely book again!”

“Savannah was such a blessing to watch our pit, Rocky. She did send pictures while we were away and put our mind at ease while she took care of our dog. This was our first time leaving Rocky and now that we know Savannah is here, it will definitely not be our last! Thank you so much for taking care of Rocky!”

“May was so amazing!!!! Our sweet senior dogs can get nervous with new people.. but not with May. She warmed up to her right away. We loved that she doesn’t watch a bunch of dogs at once so you know your baby is getting a personal experience. I never had to be the one to reach out to see if Luna was okay because she sent multiple photos and updates all day!! I didn’t have to worry about Luna once which is huge for me. We cant thank May enough. Luna cant wait to go back and hang with her dog Teddy too. :) will recommend her to everyone!!!”

About: I have 10 years of experience caring for cats of all ages and personalities, along with a veterinary-clinic background. I provide reliable, attentive care while respecting each cat’s individual routine, boundaries, and comfort level. I come in calm and quiet, keep feeding and litter routines exactly as you left them, and let your cat decide how much attention they want. Some want the lap, some want the closet, and both are fine with me. My veterinary clinic background means I'm watchful for the things cats hide: changes in appetite, litter box habits, hiding more than usual, or grooming differences. I'll flag anything that seems off right away rather than waiting until you're home. Fresh water, clean box, meds on schedule, play if they want it, and a photo update every visit so you can see for yourself that they're doing fine.

About: Hello! My name is Fidencio, (my family calls me John, and you can too). I am 32 years old and have a long history of caring for dogs in my family. In 2005, my Father rescued a puppy from war torn Iraq. He fell in love with Target, our Iraqi dog, while he was deployed there. I remember my dad calling my mom, begging her to please find a way to get Target home, to California, over 7000 miles away. We went to work as a family finding any possible way to get our small puppy back home. Long story short, because we love animals, we got Target shipped to LAX. Target was what we considered an animal refugee. I remember going on the drive to LAX as a 5th grader to go pick up Target, when I first saw him he was scared, being shipped across the globe and being separated from his owner on the journey. But as soon as we got in the car we broke the crate open, we instantly all fell in love. Dedication to protecting a caring for animals is something that runs deep for me. And opening up our home to do that for others is an honor. I’ve attached some photos of Target, our 1st family dog. Looking at these older photos is such a trip! Blast from the past if you will. My Dad is now retired from the USMC and has a service dog jack, who is pictured above. He loves to play with other dogs and is very friendly. Hope you meet you and your pet soon! I am home full time and will always be there for you and your pet! Can be contacted 24/7 and checkup anytime. I’m just a call away. I care for other pets the same I would care for my own. With love, patience, and care. These things come naturally as an animal lover!
“Nazgul and her family were exceptionally warm and attentive with Midnight. From the moment we arrived, I could tell she would settle in quickly and feel at home. Their updates and photos were thoughtful and reassuring, and it was clear she was genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Nazgul and her family to anyone seeking a safe, loving environment for their pet.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my dogs warmed up to Robert. They both tend to be wary around new people, but they were both immediately at ease and by the end of the visit were even giving Robert kisses. Also appreciated how communicative Robert was leading up to and during their stay!”

“This was Oso’s first stay with Nicole and Sunshine. It was great! Nicole eased our nerves and was very helpful with introducing the dogs. Looking forward to more doggie play dates now.”

About: Your pet will be treated like my own ! I have 10+ years of experience caring for pets and have a genuine love for all animals. In addition to dogs and cats I have also cared for small mammals, reptiles, birds and fish. I recently lost my beloved dog after 18 years so look forward to the opportunity to care for your pet with the same love and care I gave my own. I know it can be stressful to trust someone else to care for your animals and to come into to your home, so I want to make you feel as comfortable as possible by understanding yours and your pet's needs. I also will always send consistent updates to my clients as well as pictures of their pets. My schedule is very flexible and I am able to accommodate most times and days needed. I do not have a set schedule aside from sometimes picking up my son from school so I can easily meet the needs of your pet. I believe in treating a client's home with the utmost respect and care. You will always come home to a clean house and happy pets. I am more than happy to water plants, assist with any home care needs, organization, etc.

“Melissa was a life saver in a pinch and was able to sit Roscoe on short notice. She was professional and a clear communicator. She has experience and clear practices for keeping dogs safe and cared for in her home.”

“We’ve been bringing Marley to May for two weeks now, and we couldn’t be happier! As pawrents, it’s never easy trusting someone else with your fur baby, but May has been exceptional. It’s clear that Marley is well taken care of, and that means everything to us. Knowing Marley is in good hands while we’re at work gives us so much peace of mind. She truly cares for Marley the same way we do, and that’s rare to find. Thank you, May. We’re grateful.”

About: Hello 👋🏻 My name is Kaylee and I’ve been a professional pet sitter for about 5 years now. Over the course of those 5 years I’ve cared for all of the following animals: dogs, cats, birds, fish, snakes, turtles, lizards, hamsters, rabbits and horses. I’m in college getting an animal science degree and I’ve worked with a wide age range of animals. From puppies all the way to senior dogs and kittens all the way to elderly cats. *please know that while my listed prices are accurate additional surcharges may apply. (All prices will be disclosed before booking) I have a lot of availability for pet care in my schedule, I do have college classes I must attend and the occasional appointment with these being non-negotiable blocks of time I must leave the clients home to attend (which will be discussed ahead of time). However aside from that I have a plethora of time available to dedicate solely to your pet(s). *jobs that are “constant care” and/or have strict rules regarding how long the pet(s) can be left alone WILL incur a surge charge. I haven’t had a pet escape or get lost on my watch yet, and I don’t plan to start now. My childhood dog escaped once as kid, and even thought he was quickly found, it made me realize the horror of potentially losing a pet. As a result, I take pet safety very seriously. I will not walk a dog without a leash. I always double and triple check that doors are closed/locked (when appropriate).
“Anthony jumped into action when we needed a last minute dog walker when going out of town. He was very communicative and clearly enjoyed the time with our pup. Looking forward to booking him again and knowing Finley is in good hands!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover since I was a child, I was always taking care of family friends pets, neighbors, etc, overnight or just stopping by to make sure they are safe and happy. I am a Tattoo Artist here in Temecula and I make my own schedule! I am free to check in on your pets whether it’s the middle of the day or middle of the of the night I had a fenced yard and a park right behind my house, lots of ways to get energy out. My household does have three friendly cats, one which grew up with dogs and loves to play!
About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a home with several pets, primarily Golden Retrievers, and had the privilege of helping raise two litters of puppies. Those early experiences taught me the value of patience, consistency, and creating a loving environment where dogs can flourish. When I was sixteen, our family dog welcomed a litter of eleven puppies, and I was actively involved throughout her pregnancy, the delivery, and the puppies’ early development. One of those puppies became my soul dog, deepening my appreciation for the extraordinary bond between dogs and their families. Over the years, I’ve gained knowledge with caring for puppies, adult dogs, seniors, and pets recovering from surgery. Above all, I make it a priority to help every pet feel protected, nurtured and content while maintaining the routine they’re accustomed to. Whether we’re exploring a neighborhood trail, playing with their favorite toys, practicing positive reinforcement with owner-approved treats, or simply enjoying quiet cuddle time, I strive to make every pet feel like they’re spending time with a trusted friend—not just a sitter. Building trust is one of the most rewarding parts of pet sitting. Every dog deserves patience, kindness, and individualized attention, and I take the time to create a genuine connection with each one. My hope is that you’ll return home to a settled companion with the confidence that they were treated like a cherished member of my own family. I currently have open availability as I am working instacart and obtaining my Yoga teacher training certification. If you need someone reliable and loving to take care of your fur baby, I will be there! I understand that every pet and every family has unique routines and preferences. My priority is to provide care that aligns with your pet’s normal schedule so they feel safe and loved while you’re away. Whether you need drop-in visits, walks, or overnight care, I’m happy to accommodate your needs. I’ll treat your home with the same respect I would my own by keeping it clean, tidy, and secure. My goal is for you to return to a happy pet and a home that’s just as you left it.

About: I have had a love and respect for all animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a small farm with chickens, goats, peacocks, ducks, one pig, and family dogs and cats. I remember waking up early before school to go feed all the animals with my grandma every morning(she lived with me and my parents). We’d take in every stray cat that wondered on our property. My grandma and i would catch the stray cats in a cage and take them to the vet. The baby goats would occasionally be rejected by their mothers which resulted in me and my grandma having to bottle feed the rejected baby. I truly had a blessed childhood to be surrounded by animals. Our first family dog was named Pepper and she is a Flat Coated Retriever. My baby passed over the rainbow bridge this past May and i was destroyed but she gave us the most amazing 16 years of her life being the most perfect angel well behaved dog. When i turned 14 i asked for a puppy and my parents said yes as long as i understood the puppy would be my responsibly since they both work and at this point in my time my grandma had passed 2 years prior. I said i understood and they got me an Alaskan Malamute puppy. I love him dearly but geese he was a stubborn trouble maker. I worked with him every day to potty train him and cate train him until we were comfortable with him free roaming the house. I also taught him tricks and how to walk by my side when we went on walks and hikes. He grew to the 120 pound gentle giant he his now. He lives in norcal with my parents while i’m here in socal for college. I currently do mainly remote social media marketing work. However i do have to go in person to my work randomly throughout the month but not super often. I live in a house with a fenced yard and six other female roommates. I love animals and believe attention and enrichment is very important when it comes to pet care and so I will do my very best to make sure your pet feels cared for and comfortable whether that’s in my home or yours or simply on a walk!

About: I have always had a love for dogs. Growing up we had two black labs (big big dogs) and I would do everything with them and just took a lot of pride In making sure they were always taken care of emotionally and physically. Since getting older I have loved taking on rolls of helping family friends with watching or walking their dogs and giving them the same treatment I would give to my own. I currently just moved to the Temecula area so at the moment I do not have a job so I am totally free and open to take on the roll of caring for multiple dogs ! I understand that all dogs are different and some just need a little more one on one play time so that would never be an issue (would never be in a rush)! I also love going on long walks as it’s a form of exercise for me so your dog will never get a bare minimum walk being in my hands:) I treat any dog like it’s my own and I understand what it’s like to leave your dog with a stranger and be so scared of the what if’s so I take a lot of pride in communicating with the owner and sending pics to let them know their baby is in good hands, having fun, and being cared for as they wished! I also encourage cameras inside clients homes because I know that you can never get enough extra reassurance and it’s always good to make sure your animal is genuinely being taken care of as the care taker says! So if you have cameras in your home I will never have an issue ! I love to make sure both me and client are comfortable for their pets best interest!
About: I’ve watched over and taken care of all kinds of animals since I was little, it’s been a habit of mine. I grew up with bigger dogs. I love animals with my whole heart and if I can lend a helping hand by taking care of your baby by all means!! Just making an extra income while I finish school, by doing something I love. I’m going day to day with my schedule so I am a very open schedule gal! I have a lot of spare time on my hands. My cat is like my best friend. I love her as if she’s another family member, spoiled to a point lol. She’s a happy girl, I have a harness for her, sometimes she’ll go in the car or on walks. I’ve even taken her to the beach.

About: I don't just love dogs; I know how to take care of them responsibly. As much as working with animals is enjoyable and fun for me, I am aware of the responsibility and skill level required to maintain a safe and healthy environment for your dog (or cat). I also know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members behind with a new person, so I'd love to reassure you with daily texts and photos of how our visit is going. I'm a former animal care professional with experience as a vet tech, pet store assistant manager, and groomer, and truly have an interest in the health and well being of your pet. I'm the type of person that double checks and will pay attention to the small details in your pet's behavior and appearance. And of course, I absolutely love dogs. My favorite thing about them is their ability to break up the seriousness of a moment by being absolutely silly! I've had the chance to meet dogs of all types and temperaments, and am comfortable walking energetic, leash aggressive, or nervous dogs. I understand how important exercise and quality time are in making your pup happy. My resume and references are always available upon request. I’m currently working part-time and will have plenty of time to be at home with your fur baby. My hours are flexible and we can work on setting up a schedule specific to your pets’ needs. I mainly care for pets in your home, using guidelines you provide me with. I’m open to boarding requests but do not currently offer this service on short notice.

During that time, I cared for dogs with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. My responsibilities included feeding, providing companionship, administering basic care, and following each family’s specific routines and instructions. I am a college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time to the pets I care for. I truly enjoy being around dogs and love spending time walking, playing, and giving them the attention they deserve. I always make sure to follow each pet’s routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, and routines. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both your home and your pet’s routine to help them feel comfortable and relaxed. I keep the environment clean, provide fresh water, monitor their well-being, and give them attention. I believe clear communication is essential, so I provide regular updates and photos throughout each visit.

“I was surprised by how much I like Joshua as a dog sitter. I’ve been using Rover for 3 years, and have liked all my sitters, but Josh is the best. I have 2 dogs that I spoil, so they can be a little… sensitive? I arranged a ‘meet & greet’ with Josh, and the dogs loved him. Josh is really caring and professional, and asked all the right questions about keeping them happy while I’m away. His head and heart are really in this. It’s great having a sitter who I trust, who’s really reliable. ?”

“Krysta has been dependable, reliable, and great with our two high energy dogs. She goes above and beyond to make sure the dogs are taken care of and get the proper attention they deserve. I highly recommend Krysta.”

About: I am very patient & understanding of both parent and furr baby. I love life over all and feel like both parties are important in my eyes so to be there for both making it easier for both sides is my goal (: I work from home, so I’m always able to give your fur babies what they need, and to accommodate you and your daily request confirming to you that your babies are in a safe place and are happy with photos and videos (: I have a fully gated safe backyard. It is cleaned & sanitized every time the pets head back inside from restroom breaks and play time. I have blankets, beds, bowls & kennels for those who need or requested. So no need to pack up anything but your furr babies food and things that are must haves. I also care for your homes, as if it was mine and clean up behind myself if ever you needed a in-house sitting job.
About: I offer housesitting with many years of experience with petting and as a Property/Estate manager in Montecito and Santa Barbara now San Diego. I only watch one family of pets at a time. Your pet will be treated as family. We go on hikes, beach days, walks, play outside in the yard and go to parks if these outings are appropriate for your pet. About this sitter: Really love what I do and the animals I care for. I grew up with many animals. My parents bred Doberman Pinchers. I love playing with the dogs, I believe it keeps both myself and the animals I watch happy and healthy to play out doors as much as possible. I also love to cuddle with the animals, they are so sweet. All the animals that come to visit us are treated as part of our family. Why I love dog sitting I grew up on a large property in San Diego with Doberman's, Germain Shepherd/collie mix and my grandfather raised Rottweilers. I just adore dogs and cats. I love to take them to the beach, hiking, and cuddle on the couch.
About: I absolutely love dogs. My families dog passed away last year, and while I can’t take on a dog of my own I would love to help care for yours! My family had a chihuahua, but my extended family has had doodles, mixed breeds, beagles, and I have cared for friends larger mixed breeds, boxers, and even little weenie dogs! I am a great resource as I am reliable, I have a flexible schedule as I am an online college student, and access to parking downtown which makes walks around the lake easily accessible! I’d love to get to help care for your pups! As I mentioned above I am an online college student. Most of my courses are asynchronous, allowing me to set my own schedule! I have a barista job as well but with minimal hours on the weekends. With that I can tailor my pet sitting to whatever is needed for each family! I started pet sitting beyond my families pets in high school, and since then have cared for so many of my friends pets. I know how important these pets are to each of them, and I want to do whatever I can to make their dogs happy. Again with having a very flexible schedule I can accommodate for more hands on pets. I love quality time, so I’d be happy to just be there for your pets. I am also really excited anytime I get to be outdoors in the beautiful weather in Austin. I would be happy to prioritize getting pets out into the world and being active myself! Ultimately I have a lot of time and energy to provide exactly the care your pet needs!

About: I am currently home full-time while homeschooling my youngest child who is now in his teens. We ADORE all animals! Our schedule is extremely flexible, which allows us to work with whatever schedule needs you have. I have a huge heart and could not live without animals in my life. I am very active and look forward to the opportunity to walk, play and love on your pets! For the past 40+ years I have owned, fostered and cared for dogs, cats, bunnies, turtles, horses and more. I recently lost my Great Dane after a decade of getting to love him. He had DCM since he was a puppy so I have extensive knowledge of caring for that, giant breed needs and know how to track and administer many medications. Being a stay at home mom I've often thought about walking and caring for other animals while they're humans are away at work or vacay! I recently discovered Rover and know this is a perfect fit for me! I am very patient and have experience with all areas of pet care from walking to medication dosing and everything in between! I am currently home full-time while homeschooling my youngest child who is now in his teens. Our schedule is extremely flexible, which allows us to work with whatever schedule needs you have. Knowing our Great Dane was in such caring hands gave us so much peace of mind, and the photos you sent while we were away meant a lot to us. Stella was happy, well cared for, and clearly loved. We will absolutely have Morgan and Jack care for Stella again in the future!””

“Our dog had such a good time with Edgar and Denise! He went on twice daily walks, lounged on the couch and got treats from their daughter! The daily pics and videos were awesome and helped us to relax on our trip knowing he was in good hands!!! We will definitely have Edgar and Denise watch our guy again!”

“Jenel and her family were amazing!! This was our first experience with boarding our 8 month old puppy and we couldn’t have been happier!! We were updated daily with pictures and Jenel was even kind enough to let us extend our trip a day. We had a meet and great before hand and Jenel was so sweet and organized and made our pup feel comfortable from the get go, giving us peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be calling Jenel for future boarding needs!! Thank you again!! ❤️”
