My dog is my baby, and I know Nordea took care of him like it was her own dog. I could tell he was genuinely happy while under her care, and it was clear he was treated like a part of her family. The frequent updates Nordea sent me of his daily activities brought me joy, and further reinforced that she undeniably loved spending time with him. Nordea clearly loves dogs, and knowing my dog was under her care took a great deal of stress away from me. I'm incredibly grateful I found Nordea. Getting connected with Sophieann was under some unusual circumstances as we had a sitter planned that bailed out last minute. Being almost a week long and never used her services before was nerve wrecking but she was reassuring and kind and came through. Our pup had a wonderful time and was well taken care of. She communicated promptly and was professional and kind in her interactions with us. We would absolutely use her services again.
Our pup has stayed with Katherine a few times now and it's been really wonderful to have a reliable, safe, and loving place for him to be, with lots of green space nearby. We got plenty of updates and we appreciate Katherine being accommodating for dropoff and pickups.
