“When our normal sitter for our 18 year old dog was unavailable we selected Dayjah to fill in. As our dog is old, we are very protective with him. We spike with Dayjah on the phone first. It was clear that she not only was very knowledgeable about about pet care, but even more important, she loved animals. Our dog did fantastic with Dayjah. Infact, he did not seem to want to leave when we picked him up. Dayjah has my highest recommendation in providing safe and loving care for your pet!”

About: I am a dog person with lots of love to give to your pet! I am an outdoor person(even in the cold) so I love having a four legged friend to walk and don’t mind going for walks when it’s cold! I've previously done pet care inside my home for a different company and it was the best job ever getting to meet a new dog friends! I can't wait to meet you and your pet! I'm available all day on the weekends and Wed-Fri. (I work from home). I have two dogs of my own who are very friendly (love going to all the local dog parks) we have a big yard (currently unfenced) and lots of space for inside and outside play! I work from home Wed-Fri and have two of my own dogs. My dogs are part of my every day routine! I am also usually home all day on the weekends! I have two dogs of my own who love other dogs! About: I’ve had pets growing up my whole life. I own a cat myself. I also frequently babysit my “nephew” (St. Bernese Mountain Dog) frequently, along with many other family members who have pets! I currently work part time and my schedule is pretty flexible. I work mostly nights, so I have plenty of downtime during day time hours. I have an indoor cat so he is pretty relaxed in his environment. I have family members with fenced in yards, tracking collars, and/or just a simple chain and post.

About: Dogs have been my passion since my earliest memories. When I was a young girl, I was always training my family and friends dogs. I also would take care of my friends dogs when needed. I started to get involved with dog sports around the age of 12. In addition to this, I trained my dog to be a therapy dog. When I was 16 I started to volunteer at the Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley for a few years before going to college. I graduated from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities with a degree in Communications and a minor in Leadership. Along the way, I took many classes to learn more about animal behavior and psychology. However, once I graduated, I was at a loss of what to pursue. It was during this time when I stumbled into working for Invisible Fence as a dog trainer. I found my true passion of training dogs through this. I have spent countless hours learning through hands on experience, shadowing other trainers, signing up for seminars/conferences and taking courses through a Pet Professional Program. In addition to this, I read countless books, listened to professional dog trainer podcasts, and watched videos. Now I run my own dog training business called Tator's Training. Pet care is about the well-being of the animal as a whole... starting with nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation and being active. I have 3 dogs of my own that I work with every day. I target each category (nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation, physical activity) to make sure their needs are met. I work with dogs daily and have a flexible schedule throughout the week. Every dog is treated like my own. I would never put an animal in a situation that isn't environmentally safe for them or puts them at risk. Safety involves having a safe place, being aware of what a dog is trying to tell you, having water available, following the established nutrition routine, allowing play, freedom (within reason), and providing daily enrichment.

About: Dogs have always been an huge part of my life! Pets are family and should be treated as such! Fur on my clothes, yep, always! We have 2 furbabies of our own. Daily walks, snuggle couch time, vacations, camping, they are with us through it all! It just makes life better! Frequest let outs, timely meals, prompt medication if needed are all necessary for a happy, well adjusted pup. They require constant monitoring and loving for happy life!

My passion for dogs started when I was just a little girl, and it’s been a big part of my life ever since. I spent six years as an assistant manager at a daycare and boarding facility, where I had the privilege of caring for and learning from countless furry friends. I’m a stay-at-home mom to my two wonderful boys, and in our home, your pet will always have a loving hand ready for petting or a cozy lap to cuddle in! ❤️ I have a fenced-in yard where your pet can run, play fetch, and enjoy as much outdoor time as they like! I have a German Shepherd who absolutely loves all dogs. She’s friendly, gentle, and wants to be everyone’s best friend—she wouldn’t hurt a fly. If your dog isn’t comfortable around other dogs, I can easily keep them separated to ensure they feel safe. If your pet enjoys walks, we can take a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood. After all the fun and playtime, we like to wind down and snuggle up on the couch for a nice, relaxing snooze!
