“Thank you Regan for taking great care of Rax! I feel completely comfortable leaving him with you and he’s a happy tired boy after he returns home. The updates and pictures are always appreciated. I’m also grateful for your flexibility and compassion. See you again soon :)”

“Rene was terrific with my dog King. He had never been anywhere overnight before except with family members so I was a little nervous because he doesn’t do well with strangers. Rene won his confidence and mine. Thanks Rene.”

“Kay and family was definitely a godsend in my last minute attempt to find care for my dog, Henry. Daily updates with pictures and videos and great communication helped me relax knowing he was in good hands. My dog has special needs in the center where he has attachment issues and there was always somebody home at Kay‘s house to be with Henry and her family is just as calming and sweet as what you would picture from her description and photos. Not only a great dog sitter but an amazing human being in life! Can’t thank you all enough!”

“Words can’t describe how much my husband & I are satisfied with choosing Kelsey to watch our little Roxiie while we were on vacation . She’s very fast at replying , sent us pictures every day of our puppy but most of all bonded & cared for Roxiie like if she was part of her family. She is very kind & cares a lot !!! This was our first time having someone take care of our puppy & thankfully we were blessed with an amazing person to take care of her. She is DEFINITELY our 1st choice from now on! Thank you again so much Kelsey . ❤️”

“Dayjah was great. We had booked with a different Rover originally for the Thanksgiving weekend. Unfortunately, they were unable to dogsit for use at the last minute. Dayjah came to the rescue. She was very communicative, and sent daily updates and lots of pictures. Her home was perfect for Koda, with a big fenced yard for him to explore. Thanks again!”

“What a blessing Trace is! Her place couldn't be better suited for dog care. A huge fenced in yard front pirch & dog run. She also has 4 Basset hounds!! Lily took immediate attention to Teddy. Such a wonderful time she had.She is so kind, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. My 3 mo Great Pyrenees...Lily Lu felt right @ home. Didn't even look back at me to say goodbye! I have her on speed dial and looking forward to many outings to her home for Lily Lu! She's the best!! So is her grandson, Evan!”

“This was my first time leaving my dogs with someone outside of our family! They did great! I got daily photo updates and Laura made sure they were attended to! Her entire family pitched in to make sure my dogs felt loved and at home. Thank you, Laura for taking such good care of my boys!”

“Amazing, Andrea treats Monty like he’s one of her own dogs. She gives us updates promptly about how Monty is enjoying his time with her and her family! He absolutely loves going there!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Mayumi! She took such great care of our dog while we were on vacation and gave us so much peace of mind. She regularly sent pictures and updates so we could see how he was doing, which we really appreciated. It was clear he was comfortable and well cared for the entire time. Highly recommend!!”

“Kristi was wonderful with Hazel. Hazel had fun playing puzzles and going through a tunnel, she was so good with her. Kristi treated her like part of the family. It was our first time using her and we definitely will go back again. Thank you Kristi”

“Thank you Kj ! This was coco's 3rd stay with Kj. It is so great to be able to drop coco off & have absolutely no doubt that she will be happy, safe & well taken care of. She has a blast & comes home happily tuckered out.”

“Our family is so grateful for the care Cindy and her family gave Nala. Since we rarely leave Nala with sitters, we were initially nervous, but Cindy’s kindness put us at ease right away. After a successful meet-and-greet, Nala settled in perfectly with her dogs. Throughout the stay, Cindy was incredibly communicative, sending frequent photo updates regarding Nala’s eating and behavior. She was also very flexible and understanding when our return flight was delayed. Nala came home happy, healthy, and content. We will definitely be booking with Cindy again!”

“If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would. Ramanda and her family took such good care of our dogs, Punky and Elmer. When we have left our dogs with caregivers in the past at times we have worried about their care. We can honestly say we had absolutely no worries with Ramanda and her family taking care of our boys. Communication and attention to details about their feeding schedule, etc. etc. were excellent. Bottom line is that they really, really care about animals and the quality of care they provide. Ramanda sent many pictures of Punky and Elmer with all family members involved with them. Her girls provided so much attention and love that was so much appreciated. It's nice to know your pets will be well taken care of when having to leave them behind. Thank-you.”

“My dog, Daisy had THE BEST TIME! When we picked her up she was happy but tired out like a kid who went to summer camp and had soo much fun :-) Sofia was amazing with sending pictures and videos. Their facility is a nice set up. WE DEFINITELY will be back. It was SO nice to be away and not worry about Daisy! Thank you!!!!!!!!”

“Enrique took great care of my dog Georgia. He sent lots of updates and photos, which really gave me peace of mind. I could tell Georgia was happy and well cared for—highly recommend him!”

“Paige was amazing!! She took great care of our three kitties, and went above and beyond in cleaning up after them and keeping an eye on our house while we were away. She quickly gained the trust of our very timid kitty, so she clearly knows how to meet the individual needs of different animals. I’d highly recommend trusting Paige to care for your pets!”

“Regan went way beyond normal customer service by alarming us immediately that something was wrong with our furnace. The most important thing. though is how much she cared and loved our two precious kittens . She dropped in every day and made sure they received playtime with her, cleaned litter, replaced food and water. She captured beautiful photos and we couldn't wait to receive them. There is no question that Regan is our "go-to love sitter" in the future.”

“Autumn took such good care of our cat while we were away on vacation! Having her visit and check on our cat gave us such peace of mind while we were out of town. Highly recommend Autumn to care for your cat!”

About: I haven had dogs in my house and taken care of them since I was 7 years old. I've participated in training classes with my black lab as a puppy, as well as daily dog chores like walking, feeding, and brushing. I also have experience taking care of injured and elderly dogs. Along with caring for my own pets, I've also pet sat for neighbors and friends before. These visits included walks, play time, feeding, brushing, etc. This summer I have a part time nanny job, so I will have plenty of extra time to take care of your fur babies! I will be available weekdays after 4pm and all day on the weekends. I understand that dogs can be hesitant when stranger enter their home, but try to greet new pets slowly and friendly and give them all the sniffs they need.

About: I have been taking care of cats from before I can remember. My family has always had cats so I have always been around them! I am in college and have my own 5 month old kitten as well:) I can’t wait to meet your furry babies!
About: I own 4 cats & 2 dogs. Have several years of experience watching friends & family members animals! Would love to watch your pets! :) I currently work part time with a flexible schedule! Would be happy to play with your animals, let them out to potty or feed them as needed! :) I have tie outs in my back & front yard and have a few friendly animals who would love a play date! Hope to book with you soon! :)
“Heidi did a wonderful job looking after our bottle baby Muffin (kitten) while we worked in office this week and last. At only 2 weeks old when we took her in, Muffin needed to be fed every 3-4 hours around the clock, and neither my husband nor I can work from home more than a day each week. Heidi came in clutch on the days we had to work in office, bottle feeding her, helping her potty, and playing with her during each visit. I had such peace of mind that Muffin was well cared for. Thank you, Heidi! You rock!”

“What a wonderfully relaxing time we had knowing Laura was taking care of our babies! This was our first Rover experience and I just loved seeing the photos and Laura's Rover cards that included details on how everyone was doing. Laura's pricing is fair, and her communication is excellent. I felt so at ease! Look forward to trusting her with our loved ones again and would recommend her highly to all my friends and family! ❤️”

About: I currently have my own cat, Frankie, and grew up with cats my whole life. I understand that every cat is unique, some are social butterflies, others prefer their space and I'm happy to follow their lead! I love giving cats the attention and care they deserve, whether that means playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company on their terms.
“Another great pet sitting by Chasity! 🤩 She leaves great report cards of her visits with a bunch of pictures. I love that my three kitties come out to see her, follow her around & rub on her to get some pets when she visits. They really like her! Thanks, Chasity!”

About: Dogs are lovable and a helping career is fulfilling. By helping humans with their canines I get the best of both worlds! Dogs have always been apart of my life, and recently we had our own 13yo mutt who came as a puppy, had a long full life, and passed away in my husband’s arms. Before that we had another mutt that lived to be 16yo, but she was a pound puppy we got at about 2yo. Also, our dog-niece lived with us for January 2024 while her parents vacationed. I love to love-on peoples’ dogs. Let's chat soon. I’ll be at your home when you need me to care for your feline furbaby. Most cats in my care have been drop-ins, including feeding, watering, and cat box cleaning. Cats with dog siblings have been an occasional treat to care for, as well. Just show me the ropes and I will do my best to copy what you do for your cat(s). Teach me your ways, Sensei!
“Kate did an outstanding job with Checkers today. She took him on a walk, enjoying the beautiful day. I got several pictures of him with other dog friends and pictures with a five-year-old and also with an adult male. He came home tired but satisfied. That means he had a good day.”

“Amy and her family were absolutely amazing and Marley loved going for Doggie Daycare! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our baby and for being so flexible as well!! We will definitely use you again for Marley care❤️”

About: I genuinely treat every pet as if they were my own, focusing on their individual needs, routines, and personalities. I'm dependable, attentive, and communicate openly with owners, ensuring peace of mind while they’re away. Whether it's extra playtime, careful attention to health needs, or simply being a calming presence, I go above and beyond to make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and happy. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine I plan my days around feeding times, walks, play sessions, and any special needs a pet may have. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddle time, I make sure each pet gets consistent attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. Their well-being is always a top priority in my schedule. In my home, I provide a safe, comfortable, and pet friendly environment where pets can relax, play, and feel at home. I stick closely to their usual routines, offer plenty of attention, playtime, and outdoor walks, and make sure they have a cozy space to rest. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to keep pets in a familiar, low-stress environment. I focus on maintaining their normal schedule, giving them lots of love and engagement, and keeping owners updated with regular photos and messages.
“When our normal sitter for our 18 year old dog was unavailable we selected Dayjah to fill in. As our dog is old, we are very protective with him. We spike with Dayjah on the phone first. It was clear that she not only was very knowledgeable about about pet care, but even more important, she loved animals. Our dog did fantastic with Dayjah. Infact, he did not seem to want to leave when we picked him up. Dayjah has my highest recommendation in providing safe and loving care for your pet!”

“Karlee has done an amazing job taking care of Thor! When I drop him off he gets excited to see her everytime and I know he's in good hands! Karlee is very good at giving updates and sending pictures during his daycare! I highly recommend Karlee's daycare service it is easily worth what you pay! Thanks Karlee!”

“not sure what to say....we are so confident and comfortable with Sara, not to mention how comfortable Shiloh is!! We know Shiloh gets along well with her pups and he so enjoys playing. We get pictures which we love and just knowing he is so well cared for is a wonderful feeling......Sara is FABULOUS!!”

About: Dogs have been my passion since my earliest memories. When I was a young girl, I was always training my family and friends dogs. I also would take care of my friends dogs when needed. I started to get involved with dog sports around the age of 12. In addition to this, I trained my dog to be a therapy dog. When I was 16 I started to volunteer at the Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley for a few years before going to college. I graduated from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities with a degree in Communications and a minor in Leadership. Along the way, I took many classes to learn more about animal behavior and psychology. However, once I graduated, I was at a loss of what to pursue. It was during this time when I stumbled into working for Invisible Fence as a dog trainer. I found my true passion of training dogs through this. I have spent countless hours learning through hands on experience, shadowing other trainers, signing up for seminars/conferences and taking courses through a Pet Professional Program. In addition to this, I read countless books, listened to professional dog trainer podcasts, and watched videos. Now I run my own dog training business called Tator's Training. Pet care is about the well-being of the animal as a whole... starting with nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation and being active. I have 3 dogs of my own that I work with every day. I target each category (nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation, physical activity) to make sure their needs are met. I work with dogs daily and have a flexible schedule throughout the week. Every dog is treated like my own. I would never put an animal in a situation that isn't environmentally safe for them or puts them at risk. Safety involves having a safe place, being aware of what a dog is trying to tell you, having water available, following the established nutrition routine, allowing play, freedom (within reason), and providing daily enrichment.
“Our dog is an energetic dog that also needs some supervising and Tracy’s place was a great doggy daycare spot for his needs! She has a big fenced in yard that he can run around in, and dogs that he can play with! Would recommend”

“Lori made me feel very confident she would take excellent care of Kola. Provided updates throughout the day. Her home is clean and quiet. Highly recommend, will definitely use again!”

About: I have fostered both dogs and cats in the past. From childhood to the present day, a home is not complete without some form of animal companion. I tend to be an early riser and am very flexible. Cleaning up after myself as well as your pets is my specialty. I enjoy camping and antiquing when there’s no critters to hang out with. I am familiar with many types of leash and collar. I prefer to keep a dog heeled on most of the walk, letting them run and play when it’s appropriate to do so. If you have a preferred method of control I’m happy to accommodate. I’m comfortable giving meds and have experience with all kinds of feeding. When sitting, I’d love to water your plants and get the mail-any little extras that you need. I often take my dad shopping or to doctor’s appointments, and set my own schedule with my other jobs. How long your pets can be left alone (if at all) is up to you! I’m great at following orders, especially written instructions; please tell me how you usually handle your pets so I can keep it consistent for them! I like to go for walks, and like it even more if I have company. I also always enjoy a good snuggle.
“Yuliya is such a good sitter. Great communication on dates and pickup times. Toby loves going over and very tired after playing so much. And our family can't wait to see the fun pictures each time!”

“Julie is the best, very responsive and so way going. She has built a level of trust with us and our dogs. She's reliable, and adjusts to just about everything. I truly feel at ease when she watches them.”

I live in the western cities, it’s like the country with a lot of farmland but still close to the city. We have acreage so a lot of space to exercise and play. I have my own dog and children, so your pet must do well with other dogs and children. Your dog will get walks, I can brush them, brush their teeth and clip toenails and spend time by giving them love and affection. I look forward to meeting you and your fur friend. “My husband and I work long hours at our jobs so we hired Rene to come over and walk our puppy twice a day while she is so little. Rene goes above and beyond for our Maybel as she is not only walking her but helping us potty train her. If there is a mess in the crate, Rene is more than willing to clean it up and get our pup all clean and set back up! She also spends time writing out full reports from her visits and is so patient with our pup! We would be lost without her!!!”

“Paige did a wonderful job with Ruby and I really liked that she took time to meet us and Ruby before the walk. I hope to hire Paige again to walk Ruby. Paige seems to really love animals and care about them. She was on time and did a little training along with the walk.”
“Regan is an awesome walker. Our dog Chelsea looked forward to her walks with her. Regan is kind and caring and it showed because Chelsea couldn't wait to walk with her. Chelsea even walked in the rain just to ve with Regan, and she doesn't like getting wet. Regan is a great communicator and always send nice pics and let us know how their walks went. I would recommend Regan 100% to take care of your pup!”

About: I absolutely love dogs, grew up with a Shih Tzu Poodle and now my mom has a pure bred Shih Tzu that I steal from time to time (see picture). My boyfriend’s family has an English setter and a blue healer, so I love hunting/high energy dogs as well! I do work in office Mondays, Wednesdays and some Fridays which is about an hour commute. I am usually gone from 7:30-5 ish, so dogs who can be alone for that long work out well. I work fully from home Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can let them out whenever on those days. I live in a 2,200 sq ft town home, and a half fenced in yard. Just me and my boyfriend live here so no kids or other animals will be around. We do allow dogs on the furniture and they can sleep with us if they’d like, we like to snuggle
About: I currently have two pomskies, a russian blue, and a black cat. I also had two 80 lbs Weimaraners, a black cat, and a teddy bear hamster growing up as well as taking care of all the neighbors pets when they would go on vacation prior to starting Rover! I now have interacted with almost every size of dog and multiple cats through my services. - I was a dual-sport athlete in college where I did gymnastics and track, and I currently weight lift. I preface this because some pet owners in the past have said I appear to be a smaller girl but I am stronger than I look and have walked/taken care of big dogs and very high energy dogs😂 - My services include: •30 minute dog walks include a fun stroll around your neighborhood to give your pet some fresh air and exercise during the day. •30 minute drop-ins include potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and of course plenty of love to make sure your pet is comfortable while you’re away. You may book two per day! •I’m always open to any extra needs or modifying for your situation!! I’m currently in law school and have class mid-day from August to May. I have mornings and evenings/nights open for drop in visits and dog walking during these months. From May to August, I work very early mornings 5x a week. I’m free 2pm and onwards during the summer months for drop-ins and dog walking services. I also stop by prior to my 6am start time for work to do drop-in visits as well. Please don’t be afraid to reach out for anything at all! •I always allow meet-and-greets for a quick 10 minute appointment (free) prior to any drop-ins or walking services so that I’m no stranger to you or your pet before I stop by for the first service. This also allows us to establish what needs your pet may have and your expectations for me. These aren’t mandatory to be able to book with me, just solely a comfort thing! •I remember the way pet items were stored in your home and return them back to the way they were after I’m done using them. •I always message you and ask for permission prior to entering any other part of the house that’s not necessary to the service. This rarely happens, but for example: a dog I came to walk was sleeping in the master bedroom so I messaged the owner first prior to retrieving him for our walk😂
About: Hi! I’m Megan! I’ve grown up with two labs my entire life and now I have my own 3 year old yellow lab. I absolutely love dogs and would love to take care of yours! I take my dog for lots of walks, hikes, and playing fetch so I’m happy to do the same with yours! If the dog stays at my house, our dog is very friendly and loves to play with other dogs! I live in a house with my fiancé so we have lots of room for your dog!
About: Hi have been around dogs and cats my whole life and wouldn’t change it for anything! They bring so much joy and fun to my life. I would love to get to help take car of your pets. I am looking mostly for part time hours. As I am available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My availability is mornings and midday. Looking forward to see how I can help! I will treat your home like it’s my own while being there. I’ll creat a safe environment for your puppy or cat. Always make sure your dog is on leash, and or in your (fenced in backyard).
About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs since high school. I have dog sat at many homes and have had dogs in my own home as well. I am currently working full-time but do work from home on Fridays. My partner works 0.3 miles from our home and comes home for lunch everyday. I am home from work around 5pm everyday. I have two fur babies that can keep your fur baby(ies) company while you are away. They are very friendly towards other dogs! We have a big back yard to play. We offer snuggles on the couch and in bed. Walks are necessary and the deck in the back is great for some sun!

About: I love working with dogs. I have sat for a wide range of dogs sizing from a brussels griffen (14-15 lbs) to southern bloodhounds and black labs. Have given basic medication (a probiotic for the southern bloodhound), fed and walked dogs. I have also walked both together, so I am not against having 2 dogs at once. I have also used a couple different forms of restraints, such as gentle leaders, normal neck collars and shock collars while on walks to keep dogs under control as per owners instructions. One of the dogs I sit on a regular basis is an aging almost 10 year old southern bloodhound. I also have taken care of a shiba inu at weeks at a time, giving her longer 3-4 mile walks. My availability tends to lie in afternoons, evenings and some weekend availability as I have a 40 hour a week job. Generally what dog owners will like about my care is when I am given specific instruction, I will follow their instruction word for word, to keep their dog happy and healthy.

“Thank you Kj ! This was coco's 3rd stay with Kj. It is so great to be able to drop coco off & have absolutely no doubt that she will be happy, safe & well taken care of. She has a blast & comes home happily tuckered out.”

“Donald was fantastic with my 2 dogs that he boarded for 7 days. My dogs loved it there, it was the perfect environment for them while I was away, as close to a setting of just being at home as I could have imagined possible. This worked great, especially considering my youngest dog had never been boarded anywhere for overnight. They both fit in and adjusted well quickly. They got used to their new routine quickly, and the youngest really liked the electronic doggie door. It was just all around a great fit and will definitely be contacting Donald again for all future boarding needs”

“Amy provided an excellent experience for my dog! He was clearly well cared for and happy when I picked him up, Amy sent pictures/updates as promised every day. Will definitely ask for Amy again!”

“This was our first stay with Jared and Tayler and it went great! I almost forgot he was there - which is saying lot because I usually worry the first time. We got pictures and updates and communication with Tayler and Jared was superb. Oscar is staying again soon and can't wait!”

“Kona had a great stay with Brittany. She was responsive when we missed Kona and needed a photo or two and she had great communication about each day. I would recommend her to friends.”

“Brenda and Alvin were the perfect fit our dog. We feel lucky to have found them on Rover. They are former dog owners and clearly enjoy them. The daily photo’s they sent and text updates left us at ease, able to enjoy our vacation without worry. We’ll definitely reach out again.”
