I especially enjoy walks, exploring new trails, and giving dogs plenty of time to play and get their energy out. About: Hi, my name is Layton and I've been an animal lover my whole life. I've had furry family members since I was five years old and multiple re-occuring caretaking jobs, so I know how to care for your baby. From 2018 to 2020 I worked as a dog groomer and had the privilege to work with pups of all kind - big, small, young, old, excitable and laid-back. I especially love to provide YOU with a sense of comfort knowing that your pet is in wonderful hands. I am available for overnight sittings, drop-in visits, walks, trips to the dog park and even transports to the vet and groomer. Just let me know what kind of care your pet(s) need and I'll be there! I currently have a pretty flexible schedule for the time being. I am willing to take on weekly walks, occasional overnight sittings and longer term stays. I do not offer care at my home (I live with two cats that are not too fond of other animals). But, I can provide meals, walks, play and love for your pet in their own home!

At this point in time, due to the space I'm only able to accommodate smaller breeds that generally can get along with others. I do have a small fenced in yard, but I also have the bike trail and nearby hiking trails readily available, your dog will need to be on leash at all times when outside on walks/hikes, I do not provide "off-leash" trail experience as a safety precaution, thank you for your understanding! About: I have 30 years experience with puppies through seniors - healthy through special needs. Training for puppies on leash walks through walking seniors in a stroller. My dogs have ranged from disabled chihuahuas, big German shepherds, and lively beagle mixes. I excel at bonding and building trust with pets and look to have a unique connection with each one. For doggy daycare and boarding: Right now, I dont own any dogs. Your dogs would be the only dogs in my home. When there are dogs in my home, my cats are safely locked away in the basement with their food, toys, water, and playhouses. There will be no interaction. I am currently working part time (remotely) and fully available to care for your pets, play with them, give them all the attention, care, and love they deserve! Morning, afternoon, evening, late night care is well within my timeframe. Caring for your dog: I will only walk on leash - no unleashed care unless within a fully fenced backyard. If you are training your dog, I will be able to continue with training. I am able to administer medication if needed. If your dog has any allergies or requires special food, please be sure to let me know. Happy to perform brushing or baths if needed. Pets, hugs, playtime, or lounging and relaxing - whatever their preference and makes them feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. As for caring for your cats, I request a full schedule of their feeding times, and recommendations as to what they enjoy playing with. If they like to be brushed, please note. If they are skittish or love attention from people, please let me know so I can provide them with a level of care that will allow them to feel safe.
