“Dobby had an amazing time! She came back so happy. She spent a lot of her time in the kiddie pool, playing with other dogs, chewing bones, and being her energetic, social self. So happy to have booked Nicole again!! Highly recommend!”

“This family provided my dog exceptional care! My dog came back even healthier than before lol. It is so nice that your beloved dog is getting amazing care and having fun while you are away. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Christian is great! He is patient, chill, and very good with dogs! I loved that our dog wanted to go back inside with him when we had to leave; that is a great sign!”

“Carl took incredible care of Milo! He came back exhausted. Carl also provided me the most pictures I’ve ever gotten, which I appreciated to see how much fun Milo had on his stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone!”

“Brooke took excellent care of my dog. When I picked her up from Brooke's house, she was relaxed and calm, not anxious and pulling like she usually is when I return from a trip. Leah really enjoyed her stay with Brooke and she came home tired and happy. I appreciated Brooke's notes and pictures while we were away. I would not hesitate to recommend her and would love to use her services again.”

“Patti is a wonderful person and took great care of my dog. He is an old and she made him so comfortable and welcome in her home. She is quick to communicate with me and was great at letting me know how he was doing. I will definitely be using Patti again. Thank you Patti”

“Heidi is such a wonderful pet sitter. We were so fortunate she was able to take our wonderful senior rescue pup for a week. My dog is a love, but takes time to warm up to people and Heidi gave him so much grace and set him up for success. He was sick one day while in her care and I so appreciated her non alarmist, calm caring for him and frequent updates. Sometimes when we get our pup back from away stays he's notably stressed. I think he actually came home calmer than ever from his stay-cation with Heidi. We hope she never stops pet sitting.”

“I have no words for Mahayla! Couldn't ask for anyone better than you!! She went above and beyond for Chow and Zoe in their stay.We know 100% sure they will be safe and well taken care when they are with her.”

“Irene has been such a great find in the Berkshires! She always gives helpful communication with each stay, and Ruby seems to love her time with Irene (and her sweet dog Goldie). Thanks for all of the care that you give to Ruby - we'll see you soon!”

“Tricia was very easy to communicate with & made the process very easy! I felt great leaving my pup with her over the weekend and I know Pippin had a great time. She came back to me a very happy and smiley puppy.”
About: I have owned and cared for a variety of dogs for my entire life. I have cared for larger groups of dogs of all kinds, and have cared for dogs with some special needs. I have my own high energy pup, so daily hikes, play time and training fit right into our routine. I have a fenced in yard, and a pet friendly home. Although our dog does not use one, we have crates available. Walks can be on or off leash depending on your dogs skills anf your own comfortability.

About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. We go to play groups and trips but we can plan our day around dog walks. We take the dogs out first thing in the morning on leash as our yard isnt fenced. We are happy to come feed kitties and water plants. We love taking dogs out on walks and caring for them in our home. We love going on long walks mid day out in nature
“Yenifer took excellent care of my dog. He was so happy with her! She made sure she communicated everyday with us during the stay, sent us pictures and updates. We are very happy with her services and would strongly recommend her. Thank you, Yenifer.”

“Dorjee was wonderful with Meryl. I loved that she answered messages quickly and sent photos of Meryl on walks. Despite the great service and I thought good relationship, I was shocked that Dorjee suddenly told me she was refusing to communicate with me or do business anymore because of my questions. This sudden severence is quite upsetting to me. I so much wish she would have told me she had issues with my questions rather than suddenly ending all communication with no warning.”

“My dog was well taken care of and didn't spend my vacation locked up in a kennel, so I didn't have to worry about her. Aura sent pictures and updates every day, and I was very happy with the whole situation.”

About: I waitress, have taken care of seniors and am a certified yoga instructor. I have had cats, dogs, chicks, fish, hamsters. I currently do not own any pets. Pets to me are precious friends who are to be taken care of like children. With full attention, support and love. I work from home so I am able to provide that kind of care. I work from home (virtually) and can accommodate boarding weekdays and weekends. I keep a clean and tidy home and have a gorgeous park very close by. Pet care fits in my routine as I used to have a cat until recently. I care for pets with respect and integrity. Showing them love and care. Keeping them and the area around them clean. Accommodating to their needs by always keeping an eye for out for them.

“Angela took good care of my two cats while I was away from them for the first time. She was consistent and reliable with her check-ins, and seeing her photos of my babies everyday gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my time away. I’ll definitely be a repeat client.”

“Highly recommend. Abigail was very knowledgeable and thorough, from our meet-n-greet, through the 10 days of caring for our kitties while we were away. The cats clearly loved her because they would follow her around the house every visit! She did an amazing job managing their care, and also took great care of our plants.”

About: I have worked in Veterinary clinics as an assistant, technician, and at the front desk for a combined 3+ years. I have done petsitting for 16 years. I am well-versed in animal body language and I have experience handling pets of many temperaments, including anxious, reactive, senior, and medically complex animals. I managed my own cat's diabetes for 6 years until we said goodbye due to a malignant abdominal mass. I'm comfortable administering medications, monitoring for signs of illness or stress, and helping pets feel safe. My background in veterinary medicine has taught me the importance of patience, reliability, and attentive care, and I treat every animal as if they were my own.
About: I am a speech-language pathologist in Greenfield, MA and love working with animals on the side when possible. I started dogsitting down in Rhode Island in 2014 while I was in graduate school. I've also grown up with dogs in my life (a black lab/german shepard mix and a yellow lab). I have some experience with puppy training and enjoy going on walks with and exercising dogs. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I can remember. I've grown up having a dog. My first dog was a black lab/German Shepard mix named Pretina. I would play with her, take her on walks, go hiking with her, and many more activities. My second family dog, Piper, was a yellow lab who I had since she was a puppy. I helped in her puppy training and have enjoyed all the previously mentioned activities with her as well. Many of my friends and extended family have also had dogs which I've enjoyed playing with and caring for. During my undergrad career, I petsat for my professor's yellow lab and thoroughly enjoyed caring for him when I was so far from my own dog. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication, though I would like to be shown how to administer it and practice with the owner before sitting for the dog. I have some experience administering insulin shots to a cat. I work in schools, so I am generally available before 8am and after 3pm on weekdays during the school year. During school breaks and summer, I have more availability. I care for your dogs following client preferences. I will let dogs out into a fenced in back yard, crate when left alone at home, keep on leash for walks, etc. as indicated by owners. In general, I would default to keeping dogs on leash during walks and not letting them out on their own unless the yard is fenced in.
“Emily is amazing! She made friends with our standoffish scaredy-cat right away and has proved to be incredibly competent and responsive when we need her. We don't know what we would do without her!”

About: i consider myself a true cat person! I absolutely love cats and understand that each one has a unique personality. I have three cats of my own, including: • One who requires medication, so I’m comfortable and patient with administering care • One who is shy and takes time to warm up, so I know how to move slowly and build trust • One who is a friendly, social guy who loves attention Because of this, I’m very in tune with reading cat behavior and giving them exactly what they need, whether that’s playtime, affection, or simply respecting their space. As a teacher, I’m naturally responsible, organized, and detail-oriented, which means I follow instructions carefully and communicate clearly. You can expect consistent updates, reliability, and a calm, patient approach with your pets. Most importantly, I genuinely love animals. I take the time to build trust with each pet and make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved. I know they’re your family and I will treat them as my own.
“Dani and David were fantastic! I really appreciated the videos and pictures they sent during their visits. I felt like my little guys were well looked after and cared for. I’d absolutely recommend them both and request their services again in the future!”

About: I’ve had cats my whole life other than when I was a student, so you’re getting experience above all else. I can drop in for feeds, play time, take them to vet appointments while you're at work or away, stay the night if they get separation anxiety, whatever they need! Even if they just need company for an hour, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
“Jak was fantastic for the two weeks they cat sat! They sent me a picture of my cat everyday while I was away, and were very responsive whenever I had any questions. I will definitely use their services again.”
About: For me, dog walks are more of a hobby than a job for me, so you can rest assured that I am here for your pup! I’m very active so I will be more than willing to run with your dog if that’s what they want. But I am also very patient and can stop every few feet and walk slower with the older dogs. I have experience with walking multiple dogs at a time including small and large dogs and also dogs who are not the best on leashes. It’s okay! I’m excited to give your pup the fun walk, afternoon sitting, or weekend trip they’ve been waiting for :) my schedule changes weekly, so don't be afraid to ask me to walk any day of the week.

“Nicole was amazing! My pup had a blast at her place, and she came back very happy and tired after the fun playtime. Nicole provided photos and updates along the way. Thank you!!”

“Lucy always comes home from John's happy and tired. I appreciate that he takes her on actual walks rather than just letting her out in the yard, and she really enjoys playing with his pup as well. Thank you John!”

About: Our family dog just moved out with my daughter, so my grandpuppy 😂. Thankfully he comes to stay regularly for extended visits! Most of my photos are of him, truly spoiled & loved. I’ve cared for animals most of my life. I’m available for walking, boarding, or checking in daily while you’re at work to feed or let out. Flexible availability, reliable and kind. I have very flexible availability for boarding, house sitting and checking in and walking. I only work 15 hours a week, so I’m home most of the time! Let me know your needs and I’m sure we can work something out that’s best for your pets needs. I have a smoke free, very tidy home. I live in a townhouse that is surrounded by woods and has close proximity to walking trails. You can provide a crate if needed for boarding. I will welcome gentle, people-friendly dogs, who are house & potty trained only. No overly dirty or muddy dogs please! Thanks for your understanding.
About: Parents Jessica and Philip are the responsible adults guaranteeing that your dog will get everything they need, but 13-year-old Josie is the primary caretaker of our dog guests. She is a very attentive, loving and engaged pet pal! Since we started on Rover as a summer job for Josie in 2023, we have hosted dogs of all sizes, energy levels and needs and she loved every single one of them. She gets up early every day (whether or not she is caring for a dog) so she often gives the pups their first walk of the day before anyone else has gotten out of bed. In spring of 2023 Josie rescued an Eastern Phoebe (songbird) that was pushed out of its nest and injured; she fed it dry cat food soaked in sugar water and set it free a week later as a robust young fledgling (see pictures). On weekends and school vacations, Josie has little to do other than care for your dog! We are early risers. Our calendar has school days blocked off, but we would consider boarding a dog during the school week if its needs match Josie's availability so please inquire. Both parents work mostly or fully from home and could manage a midday walk for a quiet dog. Jessica is an elementary teacher and education administrator who is accustomed to carrying great responsibility for the safety of precious smaller beings. She closely supervises Josie as the primary caregiver. Our home is in the woods with access to Mt. Toby trails so your pup will get to enjoy the outdoors several times a day. Sometimes dogs who are anxious in the busy neighborhoods of their homes are much calmer when they come to our quiet, wooded setting. We have a flock of chickens in an enclosed outdoor area.
About: Hi! As you can see, I'm not charging a lot (I set it to the minimum for Rover which is $15).... The main reason I am doing this is to get a playmate for my energetic Boston. He is very well behaved and friendly but needs dogs around to play with while I work. I am very safe with my dogs and make sure they are getting along and happy. I have a nice fenced-in area.... I only want to take care of dogs that will want to play with my dog for the day:). Overnights an option but for now, just offering day care on here. thanks! I work full-time from home, or if I goto my solo office, I would take the dogs. (Office is pet friendly and it's not far from my home) I am very good with dogs and have had them a long time. I would treat your dog like my own while they are here.

“I’m so glad to have connected with Gabi (and so is my pup)! I could tell right away that she loves and genuinely cares about any dogs who are lucky enough to hang out with her. And Sadie, my slightly nervous/sometimes hyper girl settled right in. Thanks Gabi, we’ll see you soon!”

About: I bring a unique level of structure, energy, and reliability to pet care through my experience as a college coach. My daily work revolves around building routines, paying attention to small details, and making sure individuals are supported and performing at their best — and I carry that same approach into caring for dogs. I am highly dependable and organized, so you can trust that your dog’s schedule, feeding routine, and exercise needs will be handled consistently. I also bring an active lifestyle, which is great for dogs that need engaging walks, playtime, and attention. What sets me apart is the level of care and awareness I provide. I pay close attention to behavior, energy levels, and any changes, and I prioritize clear communication so you always feel confident while you are away. My goal is to make sure your dog feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for at all times My schedule is currently wide open following the end of the swim season, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care throughout the week and weekends. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog. I create a safe, comfortable environment where your pet feels secure and cared for at all times. I pay close attention to their needs, keep a watchful eye during walks, and always make sure you are updated so you can relax knowing they are in good hands.
“We can't say enough good things about our dog walker! Otis was taken such good care of. He absolutely loved his walks and especially playing ball. She even cleaned him up after he got a little muddy and brushed him to make sure his fur didn't mat. We're so grateful for her excellent care and attention to detail!”

About: I took care of dogs growing up, and now dogs are part of my family. My children have also grown up with dogs, helping with training, feeding, brushing, bathing, and playing with our dog. I am a middle school teacher who is home with my family during the summer. My 10 year old son and I are available to welcome your dog into our family life during the summer weeks and on weekends during the school year. We have a large yard with a stream and conservation land behind our house. We enjoy walks in the woods, running around and playing catch in the yard with dogs who stay with us. Inside dogs are allowed on the couch. We are home all day during the summer. We are excited to meet your dog and welcome them into our family life.
“Bruno had a wonderful time at Kathleen's beautiful place! The fully-fenced in green space for the dogs was so peaceful I wanted to stay myself. Kathleen has a calming manner which the dogs respond well too. I am contemplating more trips to the Berkshires now that I know Bruno has a safe place where he will be happy and well taken care of while I spend time at Jacob's Pillow or museums. Thank you!”

“Emma was great!! She took my two puppies, one being only 3 months old and they look like they had the best time. She kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and videos and how they were doing. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Daniel was really sweet with our high energy lab. He took Ziggy off our hands amidst the chaos of moving day and brought him home happy and tired, which made such a difference for us! We are happy to be moved into the area now and will definitely use Daniel again.”

“Hillaree was wonderful! She was quick to respond, easy to talk to and the dogs liked her (we have 3 so we have a pack to please). She walked our two larger young dogs like a pro and they enjoyed her company. Hillaree has an excellent understanding of dogs, she is conscientious and she is clearly a hard working lady. We will be booking again!”

About: I’ve had pets since I was about 4 years old, and am experienced with caring for cats and dogs. Any needs they have, I will take care of them all - from simple company when you're at work, to walks, giving meds and overnight stays! I have experience training puppies too, from potty training to the classic "stay", "sit", "come", "leave" etc. commands. I have a large dog myself so size of your pet is no issue. Anything you're unsure about, shoot me a message! I work full time at a school but am free weekdays after 2pm until around 10pm. On weekends I am free from Friday afternoon until Monday morning so I can do overnight stays too if needed. Depending on the care required, I will feed pets, give them meds, take them outside, play games/fetch/etc., brush them, empty litter boxes and so on. I have had several cats and dogs of my own and cared for many more, so I am comfortable with adjusting to their different personality types.
About: My first job as a kid was taking care of the neighborhood pets. I’ve always had a close bond with animals and have experience with rescue dogs, special needs pets, and senior dogs. I have an extra special place in my heart for pitties and you can know that your bully breed will be safe and respected when in my care. I’m currently working a flexible part-time schedule so I have plenty of availability. I am available for regular weekly walks and play sessions, and with the summer months coming up I am also available for vacation or temporary sitting opportunities. I enjoy physical activity, being outdoors, and hope to spend time hiking and playing outside with your dogs. I can lift 120lbs and hold a current wilderness first aid certification and can confidently respond to any pet emergencies that may occur.

About: I have grown up surrounded by all sorts of animals and have been an adoring playmate for them all, except for one of my ferrets who only liked my mother! At an early age I began to provide animal care for people in my communities and have continued to gain experience ever since. From cats and dogs to horses and geckos, I've loved interacting with so many different personalities! I am a UMASS Student who is currently figuring out her summer work schedule. As of now weekdays are when I am most available but might still have availability on some weekends! Whenever I house/pet sit for a household, I take the instructions left for me very seriously and make sure to always return to them. I like to be in touch with the family of the pets I take care of so any anxieties or questions can be communicated effectively. I also like to inquire about the animal's demeanor and personality so I know what to expect. Overall, I try my absolute best to provide a comfy and fun environment!

I make sure to keep your space tidy; laundry, dishes, vacuum, take in mail, take out trash. I want your home to be a safe haven, with nothing to tend to when you return. I am a wonderful companion, and I ensure your pet is happy, clean, fed, with lots of love and playtime. I always respect body language and boundaries, for everyone’s comfort. Animals love me! Whether they enjoy playing ball or love walks, or snuggles on the couch, I want to make sure your fur-babies are content. I provide one free meet-and-greet before sitting dates; I want to meet you and your pet, and ensure they are comfortable with me ahead of my visit. I love check-ins for longer stays and taking photos. My house sitting overnight services are in high demand so please book ahead for best results. Let me know how I can help! I look forward to meeting you ☺️🐶🐾 I provide pet care full time, and I love what I do! I began working at a doggy daycare in 2025. My shifts are Tuesday 12:30-6:30pm, Wednesday 1-6:30pm, and Friday 1-6:30pm. Please ensure your dog is okay at home for this time during the week. Some of my clients opt to have a neighbor by for a potty break, but it works for many dogs that I go right there, let them out and feed them. My main focus is providing care for animals by overnight house sitting, drop-by care, or dog walking. There may be a small travel fee added for houses outside my service area. My house sitting is very in demand, so please book early for best availability! Thank you! I will go over your regular routines for your furry family member, and chat about keeping your pet safe. I love a harness for walks, I’m familiar with gentle leads, and I carefully supervise backyard playtime. Wood trails are great for walks and I always keep a close eye to make sure your pet is not getting into any mischief! I have a good eye for ticks. I exercise the utmost caution when walking on the street, keeping alert for traffic or other hazards. I carefully assess dogs we may meet to ensure safety and distance, with skills I’ve learned working at a doggy daycare. I care for dogs in a reassuring, calm way, with lots of praise and patience. Your best friend is in good hands with me!
About: With 25+ years of pet care experience, including 15 years as a vet tech, I treat each animal as I would my own. I enjoy getting to know clients and their companion animals. I feel it is important for pets to have someone familiar taking care of them while their people are away. For this reason, I will usually ask to set up a meet and greet prior to the first booking. In addition to dogs and cats, I have experience with small mammals (e.g. gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits), exotics (e.g. lizards, turtles, birds), and farm animals (e.g. chickens, horses, cows, sheep, goats). Whether exercising exuberant young animals, entertaining indoor cats, or just keeping them company so they don't miss you [as much], I'm there to be another one of their people! I look forward to meeting your animal companion(s) and learning more about their routine and requirements to keep them happy & healthy while you are away. You can expect to receive updates including photos while they are in my care. Drop-in visits and house sitting generally available 7 days (between 8AM-8PM) and 7 nights/week. I offer dog walking but not are occurring service on week end days, though available some weekends. My own yard is unfenced; I offer leashed walks and potty breaks in yard and/or on nearby trails. Due to respect for my 3 cats, I do not offer doggy day care or sitting in my home across the board. I have made exceptions for cat-friendly and low-key critters in the past. Find it generally works best to care for pets in the comfort of their own home, where I keep their regular routine going to the best of my ability.
About: I’ve taken care of dog of many sizes and health conditions, I have had a cat for 9ish years and have cared for friend and families dogs for years. I am a student, I am relatively free but lots of work to do! I like to go on walks already! I am able to be flexible. I know how to feed animals and care for them, can follow special instructions as I know they are important. As much as I would love to care for your fur baby at my home, I cannot.
“Danielle is the best dogwalker I've ever had. She's very attentive and knows each dogs special needs. They love her and go crazy when they hear her car in the driveway. I couldn't be happier!”

About: When I lived in my grandmothers house I would frequently house sit for relatives that rented out the bottom apartment. They have 2 senior dogs that needed a little extra attention and love, and a few house plants. I took care of them roughly 4 or 5 times over the years (not consecutively, so not quite an entire year of experience) so that their moms could go on vacation and recover from hospital stays. Since then, I have gone on to get a job at a Doggie Daycare facility out near Boston, where I am continuing to learn more about dog behavior and health. At my job we are trained on safety procedures & health concerns to be on the lookout for, and I have been trained to watch for body language changes. I am currently looking for something to fill my time during the beginning of the week. On weekends and later on in the week I commute to Boston for my job at the doggie daycare. I am also flexible with my weekend dates, so with enough notice I can move almost anything around. I can easily crate a dog if needed for safety of any kind. My position at the daycare is to constantly be on the lookout for changes in behavior and mood, so you can entrust that I will always have your pups safety as priority number one. I am also well versed in being able to reward the good behavior and ignore the bad (within reason) so as not to encourage attention seeking behavior, but still reward even the simplest well done tasks (sitting down/relaxing, playing safely).
About: I have owned and cared for a variety of dogs for my entire life. I have cared for larger groups of dogs of all kinds, and have cared for dogs with some special needs. I am very active and have extensive knowledge of dog friendly hikes in the area. My schedule is flexible, and I can generally make whatever your pet needs work! I have my own high energy pup, so daily hikes, play time and training fit right into our routine. I have a fenced in yard, and a pet friendly home. Although our dog does not use one, we have crates available. Walks can be on or off leash depending on your dogs skills anf your own comfortability.
About: I'm a lifelong dog and cat lover but started taking care of the dogs in my life (friends/colleagues' pets) in the last five years. I am gentle but firm when it comes to working with dogs and open to integrating any and all recommendations and norms from pet owners into how I care for their furry beasts! I am self-employed with a flexible schedule, I work from home about 50% of the time and am able to fit in dog care easily! In my own home, I have a large yard to walk dogs and will keep them on leash in order to keep them safe from the road. In a clients home, I am respectful of the space and abide by all safety norms and protocols with leashes, harnesses, collars, in-ground fences, shock collars if they're used etc.

“Ericca took very good care of my dog while I was gone for three days. She sent updates and photos without me even asking, and he was in great spirits when I picked him up. Highly recommend!”

“Both of our dogs were calm and relaxed after a 4-day stay. James was attentive to all of their needs and was very kind. His roomates were a bonus, because someone was almost always around to hang out with our dogs! Thanks James, we will be back!”
“This is really our first experience learning Pepper with someone. Of course I was not sure how it will go and was a bit worried. But, Megan made it much much easier with her kindness on updates and sending pictures of Pepper. That was so nice. Thank you Megan! Overall a service I will use again and will recommend!”
