We're pleased to offer the Health Care Commitment Program, which reimburses up to $500 for eligible expenses incurred during your pet’s stay. Enrollment is automatic when your pet attends daycare, covering treatments or diagnoses for incidents that occur during their stay or within 5 days after departure. I had to fly into town last minute from Miami for work and eliet was able to accommodate me last minute. On top of that I had a issue with my phone where I wasn’t able to access rover without logging in through my email but each time I attempted it sent a code to my broken phone and I had no way to get in touch with eliet. This was super stressful , on top of work and clients I couldn’t respond to this week was just mayhem. However I didn’t have to worry about whether malea was in good hands or not. Eliet was very understanding and I couldn’t be more grateful. I hope future bookings are more organized with me and smoother but I have no complaints. Thanks again eliet”

I have a flexible schedule - I work in an office daily from 8:30–5pm, but I live just a mile away and can easily stop home for walks and check-ins—morning, noon, evening, and bedtime. I always follow your routine and care instructions so things stay as normal as possible while you're away, and of course, they’ll get lots of love and attention!
