About: I have experience with all types of pets big and small, young and old. I have 3 large senior dogs of my own and that’s where my heart is. I also have a 1 year old small dog that I adopted recently. I have been pet sitting for friends and family for a little over 3 years but with a recent retirement I have more time. I look forward to caring for your babies! I am a recent retiree so I am home most of the time. I currently care for 4 dogs and a cat of my own. I will help with all house chores, cleaning messes, training, exercise and feeding. Can't wait to meet your furry babies! I on a daily wake up at 8am and feed my animals homemade food, for both the cats and dogs. The rabbits get leafy greens. I have a very tight schedule litter box gets cleaned once a day and the dogs go outside or for walks every 2 to 3 hours. Then everyone gets fed again at around 5. I will make sure to stick to your routine! I will help; feed, water, clean, walk/let outside, exercise, and even train. I will do the very best I can to ensure your animals have the best experience.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have been taking care of animals since I was 15 years old. I stared working at a vets office and haven’t looked back. Pet care can look like many different things in my week such as, a single feeding, a walk, a check in or the full on in home service with all the feedings and all the walks. While, I would love to have every dog and cat over to my house I can’t realistically do that b/c I own a cat who does love other cats and she tolerates dogs, your dog or cat would have to be cat friendly. So most of my jobs are me coming to your home whether that is a drop in or a full time boarding situation while you’re on vacation.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
