About: I've been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my mom had as many as six dogs at a time, and I was actively involved in their daily care from a very young age. We also had multiple litters of puppies over the years, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages—from newborn puppies to senior dogs. In addition to dogs, I've cared for cats, rabbits, and hamsters, making me comfortable with a variety of pets and their unique needs. Whether it's feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, I've spent a lifetime around animals and genuinely enjoy caring for them. Most recently, my two beloved dogs passed away. While I'm not quite ready to bring new pets into my home yet, I miss having animals in my life. Pet sitting felt like the perfect way to continue spending time with pets, providing them with the same love, attention, and care that I gave my own. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
