About: Hi! I'm now available after a short hiatus. (Hence the gaps in the reviews) Recently married, my name is now Brittney Tyson Sporman. I have been caring for all sorts of animals for the majority of my life. I am owner to three wonderful doggos, four charismatic kitties, a grumpy hedgie (Nugget), and a little dinosaur (gecko) named Mochi. Since I developed such a love and joy for animal caregiving it seemed only right to pursue a career in the veterinary field. I started off as a kennel tech at my local humane society which eventually lead to me managing the cat section of the shelter. This was when I realized I am first and foremost a crazy cat lady. I gained experience in learning how to evaluate and treat illness as well as properly care for felines and canines. Once I mastered the basics of venipuncture, medication administration, and vaccines I had enough experience to get a job at a local veterinary clinic. There I acted as a receptionist, client care coordinator, and veterinary assistant. I counseled clients regarding nutrition, behavioral problems, obesity, parasite problems, geriatric, flea problems, pre- and post-operative care, treatment instructions, etc. as well as assisting veterinarians and technicians with pets and diagnostics as necessary. After doing this for a few years I became familiar with veterinary medical terminology and procedures, how to perform wellness examinations, and how to recognize significant changes in health and mentation. This led to me being able to get a job at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. I worked as an unlicensed veterinary technician in immediate and intensive care in Auburn’s emergency and critical care department for most of my career before going back to general practice. After working in general practice for one year I realized my passion was in emergency medicine and I started working at an emergency clinic as an overnight ICU nurse. After my grandmother got diagnosed with cancer I decided to take a step back from full time veterinary medicine as I was facing compassion fatigue and burn out. That’s when I decided not to let my 10+ years of experience go to waste and I started my “business”, Lemon’s Aid. "Lemon's Aid" was founded in honor of my special needs puppy, Lemon. It is my hope and ambition at Lemon's Aid to provide exceptional healthcare and pet sitting experiences for your pets with skilled nursing treatments, specialty care, convenient home-based visits, as well as home to hospital transportation. Nursing house calls and in home sitting help alleviate the stress and anxiety that pets, and their families can experience during traditional vet clinic or boarding facility visits. This business helps bring in income as well as gives me the flexibility needed to care for my family. I am veterinary CPR certified and have experience performing CPR on canines and felines. I also have completed other programs in the veterinary field including my Fear Free Certification in small animals and exotics as well as The AAFP's Cat Friendly Practice program. I have quit my full time job in order to assist my grandmother who is recovering from surgery and cancer which leaves me with a very open schedule I am not currently equipped to house animals in my home as I have my own mini zoo (lol). While my fiancé stays home to care for my kiddos I can help take care of yours in the comfort of your own home from check in visits, walks, and/or overnight stays in your home.

About: Ever since I was a wee child I was taught the importance and responsibility of taking care of an animal. For the past fifteen years I have looked after my best friend Lola, a long haired chihuahua. I have also spent more than half of my life advocating for the rights of animals, showing that they are a top priority in my life. Just so you know I have recently moved into an apartment but rover will not let me change my settings!! Pets are treated better than humans at my house! Pets are allowed on the couch, on the bed, and preferably snuggled up with me! I know how it feels leaving your pet with someone and will do my best to keep your best friend as safe and comfy as I keep my own best friend!

About: Ever since I was a child, one of my primary responsibilities in my house was to take care of the animals. Going on walks with them, feeding them, taking care of their bathroom, breaks and such matters. I have no aversion to cleaning up messes and also have a high priority for taking care of them. Have worked in vet clinics, pet sit, and more. I am only free every morning besides working in Troy I am also willing to go to home on my lunch break to let out or check up on pets and then also after my One of my highest priorities is giving my animals that I take care of health and happiness, whether that be monitoring weight giving medication’s playing with them grooming, taking care of nails I want animals to be happy. About: I worked in a Doggy Daycare and Boarding facility in my home town for the last two years, through which I gained experience in both basic animal care and handling and administering medicine, and basic medical emergencies such as seizures, heat-related illness, and bloat. Before that job, I spent several years pet-sitting for a family friend, who had 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 rats. I can certainly provide references for both. I also have my own dog right now, a 2 year old (very high energy) pit mix named Miller. I’m currently a student at Troy University but my classes are all in the morning. I also work part time at a restaurant but can work around that easily. I don’t work every day at the restaurant though, I have every Sunday completely free and have 1-2 weeknights off as well. While I can’t provide care in my own home due to my lease, I will provide lots of play time, love, and affection for your fur baby at your home, as well as feeding, walks, etc. I can adjust to whatever energy level your pet has- if they want to run laps around the yard, then run we shall.

About: My fur baby Ivey and I have been on our journey for close to 4 years now! I love dogs, and am very passionate about their well being! I am currently working Monday - Friday 8-5, but I have the capability to work completely remote, so I am available virtually at any time! About: I am SUCH an animal person. I have had pets my whole life, even more unique animals like hamsters, lizards, chickens, GIANT rabbits, and even a tortoise! I love dogs of any size or age. I have experience with big dogs (my precious baby was a Cane Corso at 175 pounds), and I have also had little dogs (my Stella, the 3-pounds yorkie). I took care of both of my dogs until they passed, so I also have skills and patience with senior/elderly animal care. I also dog and cat sit quite frequently in my home town. I have previously worked professionally with dogs in a doggy daycare setting for almost 2 years and many customers trusted me with their fur babies when they were out of town as well. I have a pup of my own who is 3 years old now and completely hard headed and always makes things complicated, so it’s safe to say I know how to handle stubborn animals. I have no issues on breeds or size of animal as they all have love to give. Currently I am at home full-time so anytime during the day is available for others’ animal care needs. Weekends and evenings are dependent on scheduling. I have professional experience not only exercising and wearing dogs out, but also ensuring their safety and kenneling dogs when necessary. About: I've had pets since i was 4, and I've taken care of friends and family's pets since I was 11. I can get most pets to take their medicine and I have experience with elderly pets. I am able to pet sit every weekend and overnights. I work every weekday from 1 to 5pm. I am able to walk dogs all day on the weekends. For dog walks, I can offer treats and a length of walk that is suitable for your baby. With pet sitting in someone's home, over the weekends I can offer 24 hours with your fur baby, and on weekdays I can be with them or let them out when I am not in work.

About: I've taken care of many animals in my past. I started around 13. I started with three huskys and one toy poddle so I am good with large and small breeds.
