13. Avery C.
About: I worked in a Doggy Daycare and Boarding facility in my home town for the last two years, through which I gained experience in both basic animal care and handling and administering medicine, and basic medical emergencies such as seizures, heat-related illness, and bloat. Before that job, I spent several years pet-sitting for a family friend, who had 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 rats. I can certainly provide references for both. I also have my own dog right now, a 2 year old (very high energy) pit mix named Miller. I’m currently a student at Troy University but my classes are all in the morning. I also work part time at a restaurant but can work around that easily. I don’t work every day at the restaurant though, I have every Sunday completely free and have 1-2 weeknights off as well. While I can’t provide care in my own home due to my lease, I will provide lots of play time, love, and affection for your fur baby at your home, as well as feeding, walks, etc. I can adjust to whatever energy level your pet has- if they want to run laps around the yard, then run we shall.

I’m currently not working waiting to go to college and I have always had a passion for animals and my dream is to be a vet I will treat your dogs like I would treat someone else’s children because that’s basically what they are. Dogs should receive the same respect everyone else gets
16. Allison B.
About: Hi! My name is Allison and I’m 23. I have previously worked professionally with dogs in a doggy daycare setting for almost 2 years and many customers trusted me with their fur babies when they were out of town as well. I have a pup of my own who is 3 years old now and completely hard headed and always makes things complicated, so it’s safe to say I know how to handle stubborn animals. I have no issues on breeds or size of animal as they all have love to give. Currently I am at home full-time so anytime during the day is available for others’ animal care needs. Weekends and evenings are dependent on scheduling. I have professional experience not only exercising and wearing dogs out, but also ensuring their safety and kenneling dogs when necessary. I am also able to cater to different dogs needs in regards to energy levels and their trust levels.

For senior or special needs pets, I’m extremely patient and attentive to their health and mobility limitations. In addition to dogs and cats, I have cared for small mammals, birds, reptiles, and fish. Daily care such as cleaning cages and tanks, maintaining proper temperatures, and providing fresh food and water comes naturally to me. Such as Report when we walk, when he goes to potty, when and how much your pet eats, if it gets sick or not, etc. I have an iPhone, so FaceTime is available at all times, for your convenience, especially if you are not used to leaving your pet with strangers. I’m also a Disabled Veteran , so I also have resources to help! I have an open availability due to being a disabled veteran and having 2 kids of my own to take care of so I'm always around I play with them, talk with them and take them out on walks often because you can always handle pets better when they have less energy
