About: Military retired animal care specialists with a degree in Veterinary Technology with extensive experience in all animals. I am bilingual, English/Spanish. Has experience working with one dog and up to 4 at the same time. Able, cualified, and with credentials to administer all type of medications. I do not have a dog or a cat at home. I have my own car and don’t have a issues transporting animals to a Veterinarian if needed. I also have extensive animal nutrition background and education to support medical or geriatric conditions. I have work in animal rescues, shelters, farms, veterinary clinics, and hospitals. I have avían experience and can handle them in captivity without any problems. As a retiree I feel that this will be a compatible job. I retired last October, 2023 and now I want to travel and enjoy taking care of all types of creatures. About: I am SUCH an animal person. I have had pets my whole life, even more unique animals like hamsters, lizards, chickens, GIANT rabbits, and even a tortoise! I love dogs of any size or age. I have experience with big dogs (my precious baby was a Cane Corso at 175 pounds), and I have also had little dogs (my Stella, the 3-pounds yorkie). I took care of both of my dogs until they passed, so I also have skills and patience with senior/elderly animal care. I also dog and cat sit quite frequently in my home town. I love walking and being outside and can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I’m a college student here at Troy so I’m in town every day including the weekends! Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
