Lily and Penny can be quite a handful with them both being puppies still. They can be full of energy but she handled them great. Also we had no expectations of her cleaning the house up from two shedding Collies but she tried her best to do it even though we never showed her where the vacuum was. Will definitely try to hire her again if we go anywhere.”

About: My journey began when I worked for the Humane League in Lancaster. From there, I started caring for friends' and families' pets over the years, as well as my own. I have owned both cats and dogs; currently, I have a Great Dane/Labrador Mix and a mini dachshund. My experience caring for dogs includes bathing, ear cleaning, teething brushing, walks, fetch, feeding, medication administration, and just hanging out! All breeds WELCOME, both BIG and small! I do work full-time, but I am available during the week, early mornings, evenings, and nights. Since I do not work weekends, I have open availability. I do not work holidays, and am available during those times as well. I look forward to caring for your fur babies! Pet parents can trust that I will follow whatever instructions are provided to me. About: As an experienced dog foster, I have cared for more than 25 dogs of all ages, from newborn puppies to senior dogs, representing a wide variety of breeds and sizes. In addition, I was the proud owner of four dogs who each lived long, happy lives and reached their senior years before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the important role pets play as beloved members of the family. As a school teacher, I enjoy a very flexible schedule during the summer months and would love the opportunity to support families who need a safe, loving temporary home for their four-legged companions. Whether your pet needs overnight care, companionship during the day, or some extra exercise and attention, I am committed to providing the same level of care and affection that I would give my own dogs. As a teacher, I am currently on summer break, so I have availability daily throughout the week for play sessions and dog walks. I am also available for multi-night lodging. When you’re here, you’re family. Any animal under my care will be treated as one of my own. But with me, you get a whole family who are all trained in caring for dogs and cats, as each member of the household has been involved with fostering pups and raising kitties. The second floor of the house is separated by a door at the top of the stairs to allow separation between feline and canine friends if needed. Daily photos and FaceTime are available. We have multiple-sized dog crates if crating is requested. Although we may be new faces to your four legged companions, we will try to keep consistency in the rules you have at your home. If they are allowed on your couch, then they will be here. Feeding schedule will be dictated by how they ate at home. Walks will be frequent and there is a huge box of dog toys and cat toys to keep them entertained.
