We left the dog with her her for about 2.5 hours, received numerous pictures and updates. Great communication and affection for our dog. Tara is absolutely wonderful! She treats our Bruno like one of her own and we really appreciate the fact that we do not have to worry about him while he is in her care. She sends videos and pictures while Bruno is with her so we can see how happy he is. In addition, Tara communicates well, is flexible and understands Bruno’s specific needs for care. This is our second time rovering with Tara and will continue to book with her!
Boarding my 2 dogs with Andrea was the best decision I could have made with the circumstances! My husband and I went out of the country and had no service so we would not have been able to keep in touch in case of emergency or accident which did make us nervous based on previous experiences, however, Andrea did a meet and greet with us before our trip and was super understanding about the situation. She still sent daily updates and pictures and videos that I was able to see upon return. She took the time to give feedback on things that worked for her as a sitter to overcome obstacles that came along with our dogs! She was very knowledgeable when it came to caring for them and did an amazing job with their medical needs as well as general needs! She was transparent with us and I could tell that our dogs were comfortable with her and had a good time while we were away. I will DEFINITELY be booking with Andrea again in the future.
