About: Huge animal lover. I’ve worked all across the board in terms of pet care. I’ve worked at big name pet stores and veterinary hospitals. I’ve worked in grooming and board. I’ve worked on farms and ranches with all sorts of farm animals including horses and even cattle. I have experience with medicine administration and animal husbandry. Currently pursuing a degree in Conservation Biology and Ecology at ASU with hopes of a full time career with animals doing what I love. Rover helps make my dreams come true :) I am an online college student and do odd jobs around town like performing live music (I’m a singer/guitarist/songwriter) delivering food and cleaning houses and storage units, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. “Karisa E. is amazing in every way. I’m so thrilled that I booked her for drop-in visits for our two cats while we were on vacation for twelve days in Maui. Although I had been happy with other cat sitters that I’ve worked with on Rover, I decided to give Karisa a chance, because she was more affordable. Boy, am I so glad that I did. Karisa bonded with our kitties, Klondike and Sprite, better than anyone I’ve ever worked with before. Sprite, in particular, is very skittish and will hide from pet sitters, but, miraculously, she was happy to let Karisa and her children hold her during visits. Klondike likewise got tons of attention and affection, as evidenced by the many photos Karisa sent. Karisa also took care of watering my many orchids while we were away. Plus, when I forgot to suspend our shipment of frozen meals from The Farmer’s Dog while we were away, Karisa was a lifesaver! Not only did she keep an eye out for the package, but when it arrived, she brought it in out of the hot sun, unpacked it, and stored everything neatly in the freezer for us. I will most definitely be booking her again in the future.”

About: Ever since I was around 5 or 6, I always remember being in a home with pets. Whether it was dogs, cats, reptiles, a potbellied pig, and even smaller animals. Older or very young, all of the animals I have had and cared for were very spoiled and given a life well deserved. I love every single animal and couldn't imagine a life without them. I believe that all animals deserve proper care, and a loving home. Any animal is loved as if they were my own. I am currently working at Kroger part time, three days a week. I am going to school full time as well. The days I work at Kroger are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday- 5 a.m.- 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days I attend school and go all day. I plan on fitting in pet care after working at my job, and possibly weekends. I care for pets in my home or a client's home by greeting them and making sure they have everything they need. This includes making sure they are comfortable enough, with plenty of food and water. I also make sure they get taken outside or have access to use the bathroom often or whenever needed. Activities, such as playing, walks, or tricks is something I make sure to fit in as well.

About: I love caring for animals, but travel enough to where I know I can’t have my own anymore. I watch my grand-dogs and I just have a blast with it. I’ve had dogs and cats all my life until now and have some love to give to your cute pet! I’ve had dogs ranging in sizes from a dachshund to a pure bred mastiff. I am almost always at home, so I can provide constant care and play time during the day. I am proficient is giving medications as well. (Even to the stubborn ones!) I take plenty of pictures and share lots of updates, so you won’t need to worry while you’re away. I look forward to giving your pet all of the love and special attention that it deserves! I spend the majority of my time at home so I have plenty of time to spoil your pet. When I do need to leave it’s not more than an hour or two. I can easily adjust my schedule to meet the needs of your pet. I live in an apartment and there is a walking trail right outside my door.

Very willing to work with my crazy schedule and seeing my pup multiple times a day multiple days a week. She has cleaned up my dogs vomit and diarrhea, she fought off a Rottweiler to protect my dog which was so above and beyond her call of duty lol. Although I only saw Angie face to face a few times, she had such a positive impact on my life and brought me so much joy with all of the wonderful pictures she sent me of my goofy girl while I was at work. Her and her pup Wrigley hold a special place in our heart ?”
