She sent detailed notes and pictures that would light up my day! I can’t thank her enough for all her help!”

“Melissa has been taking care of my cat off-and-on for about the last 5 years, and she is excellent. Melissa takes excellent care of him and lets me know right away if something seems off. I couldn't recommend her more highly!”

“I cannot recommend Lidia enough! She took care of my cat Mr. Chubs, for a full week, and I am beyond impressed with the care and attention she gave him. From refreshing multiple water bowls to handling the occasional hairball cleanup, Lidia followed every instruction to a T—and did it all with genuine kindness and love. Mr. Chubs can be particular about his routine, but when I came home, he was calm, happy, and clearly well-loved. Lidia kept me updated throughout my trip and gave me such peace of mind knowing my fur baby was in the best hands. If you adore your pet and want someone who will treat them like family, Lidia is your girl. Five stars isn’t enough!”

About: Hi! I’m a 19-year old college student, currently on summer break looking for a way to make extra cash! I’ve always had atleast 2 dogs my whole life and have all the experience! I love all the dogs and cats from small to extra large and shy to extroverted. I’ve taken care of puppies, kittens, elderly dogs and cats, lizards, hamsters, etc. I do work during the weekdays 8-4 but am available before and after to help care of your pets! I look forward to meeting new furry friends :) I currently work a 8-4 job during the weekdays but am available before or after work to stop by or stay over if needed. I’m also available basically all day on the weekends. I have a sizable yard which is fenced in and I always keep a close eye on my dogs. I take care of them appropriately and never fail to give them love.

“So glad we rebooked with Joanna. She paid special attention to our cat as she was dealing with some bad hairballs and made sure to keep us updated. She went above and beyond helping with Azula and we could not be more grateful. Thank you Joanna!”

“I have very needy cats and am always worried about them when I go away for too long. Laura made it so I didn't worry one bit! Even got my shy cat to eat, that's a feat in itself! I would definitely recommend her and use her services again!”

“Samm was truly the best cat sitter we've ever had on Rover! She was so dedicated to sending us so many different photos, details about how our cats were doing and was so responsive to every little question I'd ask. She also kept everything so tidy and really went above and beyond what we asked for. I can tell she really cared about their welfare and wanted to make us being away as pleasant as she possibly could for them. Even though they are shy cats she tried her hardest to play with them as much as possible and talked to them to make them feel comfortable and looked after. They were able to warm up to her more each day! We will continue to book her without a doubt for our cats!”

About: I am dedicated to providing fun loving care to dogs and cats. I was raised with both animals and have been a passionate pet lover since I was a little girl. I am committed to setting aside time for my furry loved ones just as I do with my children and grandson. Every animal deserves attention regardless of how busy a day can get. I have created a safe, playful environment at my home where furry friends feel right at home. While caring for pets in my neighbors homes, I made sure they were safe and secure in their familiar space.

About: I have 5 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all kinds. I currently co-parent a 3-year-old pitbull mix who I’ve raised since he was a pup. Over the years, I’ve helped semi-train three dogs of different breeds, and I’ve also cared for several cats throughout my life. I’m comfortable with all sizes and temperaments, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m a stay-at-home parent with a child in school, so my weekdays are quiet and structured — perfect for caring for pets who need consistency and calm. I’m home most of the day and have a very open schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, playtime, and care. I also serve in the National Guard one weekend a month, but I schedule bookings around that to make sure each pet gets my full focus and love. In my home, pets will be cared for in a calm, clean, and safe environment. I make sure they have plenty of space to relax, play, and feel comfortable. I don’t allow roughhousing or risky behavior, and I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine to help them feel right at home. Whether they need extra snuggles or a quiet corner to nap, I’ll adjust to whatever makes them feel most secure and loved.

“Jennifer is amazing and will treat your fur babies like her own. Very easy to communicate with and very patient. My wife and I enjoyed our vacation because we knew our cats were in good hands. My cats were at ease and were quick to settle in at home as if they stayed at a family member’s home. Jennifer is very attentive and committed to making your fur babies comfortable. I will definitely consider Jennifer going forward because of this great experience.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 14, and it’s truly second nature to me. From playful puppies and curious kittens to senior pets needing a gentle touch, I have experience with animals at every stage of life. I’m experienced in basic puppy training, including leash manners, crate comfort, and establishing routines. I’ve also raised and cared for cats, dogs, and even a 4-week-old kitten who’s still with me 10 years later. I also spent my high school years working on a farm, which gave me hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals—dogs, cats, lizards, fish, chickens, sheep, cows, pigs, goats, and horses. That background taught me how to stay calm, attentive, and adaptable in any situation. I also have experience administering medications—pills, liquids, and topicals—and am trained in pet first aid, giving me the confidence to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively. With my medical background as a full-time nurse and my lifelong love of animals, I provide thoughtful, dependable care you can trust. Throughout high school and college, I was regularly trusted to house sit and care for pets while families were away—something I take great pride in. Today, I share my life with a dog, a cat, and a horse of my own, so I understand just how much your pets mean to you. Whether your pet needs active playtime, patient care, or just a calm, comforting presence, I’m here to provide the same love and attention I give my own. I’m a full-time registered nurse at the University of Maryland Medical Center, working three 12-hour shifts per week. This schedule gives me several days off in between, which I dedicate to pet care—perfect for drop-in visits, walks, and weekend boarding. For boarding, my husband Kevin and I provide care in our home. With our combined schedules, your pet will rarely be left alone. Kevin also has years of experience with animals and dog training, so your pet will be in capable, caring hands with both of us. We treat every pet like part of our family and are committed to making them feel safe, happy, and loved during their stay. In My Home: Your pet will enjoy a safe, fun, and loving environment! I have a fenced-in yard where they can play freely with my friendly, playful dog. On hot days, there’s a shallow kiddie pool for splashing fun—and while we do have a larger pool, it’s securely fenced off for safety. Whether your dog prefers lounging or playing, they’ll have the space and freedom to feel at home. Dogs are welcome on the couch and bed, and I’m happy to follow any crate or sleep routines you request. I treat each pet like one of my own—comfortable, happy, and cared for. In Your Home: I’m respectful of your space and always leave things clean and as I found them. I make sure your pet is safe, secure, and happy—whether it’s feeding, playtime, walks, or just companionship. I always leash dogs before heading out, and I pay close attention to your pet’s routine, preferences, and safety while you’re away.

“Kelly took great care of my cats and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!”
Brooklyn Park cat parents share their Rover experiences
I can't say enough great things about Cheyenne! From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible. Her communication skills were top-notch—clear, prompt, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She arrived right on time for both the meet-and-greet and her visit with my kitties, which I really appreciated. Not only is Cheyenne professional, but she's also warm, friendly, and instantly made my cats feel comfortable. They actually went up to her—something that's super rare for them with a stranger! I felt completely at ease knowing my babies were in such good hands. 10/10, I’ll definitely be booking Cheyenne again!

Melissa was amazing with our very needy elderly kitty that regular medication. She spent time playing with her and figuring out the toys she liked best -- and even introduced us to some new ways to keep her entertained. She arrived on time and was very professional. I'd recommend Melissa to anyone that needed care for their pets.

Natalie was great with both of our cats and made them feel comfortable and happy. Even our shy senior cat was a fan of her and felt safe enough to venture out and become friends. Natalie provided detailed updates every day and lots of pictures! We definitely trust her with our cats and are so happy we found her - best cat sitter we’ve ever had!

Hiromi took great care of my 2 elderly cats over the holidays! She is very sweet and my cats were quick to warm up to her. My apartment building isn’t the easiest to get into and navigate and I appreciated how patient she was and flexible with her time. I definitely recommend her services!
