Onyx loved playing with her kids and looked so adorable cuddling with everyone, it was clear he felt right at home. When Onyx struggled a bit at night and was barking, Ashley was incredibly patient and kind. She reached out to ask for advice and even allowed calming treats to be dropped off while I was away, which I truly appreciated. She followed all of my special instructions perfectly, including giving him his Christmas presents on Christmas Day and feeding him a special holiday meal. You want your dogs at Franceska’s! Wow, great house and backyard. Their dogs are great and our dogs became great friends. Franceska kept us up to date with pictures and let us know how they were doing daily. They had a great time. We have a senior dog and a puppy; they handled both with ease. Really great people to work with. Will have them take care of our dogs again!
Micaela was amazing! She asked how often I wanted to receive updates, and she would send a detailed update at the end of the day with photos and videos of how their day went. She made sure Peppa was having fun that weekend and got in lots of walks. She was exhausted when I picked her up, and she slept hard. Micaela was flexible with pickup and drop-off time, and I really appreciated the prompt communication.
