About: In addition to growing up with dogs and a cat, I've provided drop-in and overnight care for family, friends, professors, and other clients since high school. I have a calm and kind personality that I find sets even anxious or shy pets at ease. I am just getting started on Rover in the Philly area after pet-sitting in Colorado, and I look forward to meeting your furry friends! My full-time job is WFH, so I am free before and after work and between meetings on weekdays as well as most evenings and weekends. In my mind, there's no better break during a long day on the computer than taking a pup for a walk or getting some good pets in! I currently care for pets in clients' homes only. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have three dogs at my family home. Through both personal and professional experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to care for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I worked for two years as a daycare attendant at a doggy daycare, where I was responsible for supervising and caring for multiple dogs at once, leading daily walks, and maintaining a safe, structured, and fun environment. I’m comfortable working with puppies, senior dogs, and everything in between. I am pretty flexible with my time, and have a car so I can get around quickly and easily. I can easily fit pet care into my weekly routine, and when I am out for class its only for an hour or two at a time. This allows me to commit to the necessary time to caring for your pet on a daily basis! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on keeping them safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, always have fresh water, and get regular bathroom breaks throughout the day. I also prioritize exercise, playtime, and companionship so they’re not left alone or bored. I pay close attention to each pet’s needs and behavior to make sure they feel secure and happy in their environment. My goal is to create a safe, caring, and stress-free experience where your pet feels right at home.

My daily routine is pretty laid back, so I have the time and flexibility to give pets plenty of attention and care. I’ll be caring for pets in their own homes, where they’re already comfortable and familiar with their surroundings. I would always talk with the pet parent beforehand about their normal routine, what they’re allowed or not allowed to do, feeding instructions, walks, and any other specific needs. I’m big on following the owner’s instructions, keeping their pet safe and comfortable, and being respectful of their home and belongings.
