About: Hi, I'm Melissa! I grew up surrounded by pets, and that passion grew into a lifelong career in animal care. I bring over a decade of professional facility experience to Rover, including serving as a Pack Leader at Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare and spending seven years as a specialized Caregiver at the world-renowned Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah. There, I worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and behavioral needs, including dog-selective and dog-aggressive behaviors. Currently, I keep my skills sharp working part-time as a Kennel Technician at a daycare and boarding facility right here in Green Bay. ​Because of my professional background, I’m highly experienced with administering medications, recognizing subtle body language, and reinforcing basic training. I know how important routine is, so I am more than happy to strictly follow whatever household rules you have set for your pet. My part-time schedule as a local kennel technician makes me incredibly flexible for pet sitting! I work from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM (about 25 hours a week), which leaves my entire midday window from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM wide open for lunchtime walks, playtime, and companionship. I am also available for quick check-ins before my morning shift, and my evenings are completely free after 6:30 PM for late-night cuddles and dedicated overnight stays. Because my daily job already centers around professional feeding, medicating, and cleaning, keeping your pet's routine seamless and sanitary between my shifts is second nature to me! My goal is to keep your pets in their happiest, most comfortable element, which is why I specialize in caring for them right in their own home! With over a decade of professional animal facility experience and a huge heart for all creatures, I pride myself on being the next best thing to you when you’re away. About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. Additionally, I have pet sat for numerous family members over the years as well as friends. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. So my schedule is pretty open during the summer and I have a lot of availability. During the school year, most of my weekends are free as well as when we have breaks. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. Additionally, if you feel better about your animal staying at home, I am happy to accommodate to that as well.

About: I’ve been volunteering and caring for cats and dogs since I was eleven years old. I am knowledgable in pet CPR and first aid. I’ve had pets of my own my entire life, including 3 dogs, 4 cats, as well as chickens. I’ve cared for large and small dogs as well as cats. I am experienced in administering medicine to both cats and dogs. I’ve cared for everything from young kittens to elderly dogs. I have multiple long-time returning clients currently. I’m currently a student and have a part time job, so I have mostly evening and weekend availability during the school year. In the summer I usually work in the afternoon into the evenings, so I’m available mornings, after 7-8 in the evening, and most afternoons. I am available to stay over if desired most weekends and weekdays in the summer. My mother also works as my backup when my schedule gets hairy or in emergencies so your pets will always have someone to ensure their wellbeing! I am comfortable letting dogs out in the yard or walking them on a leash depending on the pet and personal situation. I am not currently offering services in my own home.

About: My family and I had a dog of our own for about 13 years during my childhood, allowing me to gain experience in feeding, training, and walking dogs. Now that she has sadly passed away, I would love to give other pets the same love I am no longer able to give to my own pet. I currently work part-time and have plenty of time to smother your pets with my love! Late mornings and early afternoons are the times that typically work best for me, but I am flexible and willing to try anything! I will only allow pets that are fine being outside because my house does not allow pets indoors. I have a large yard surrounded by fields in a rural area where pets are free to roam in sight as long as they’re well-trained.

About: I’ve worked with variety of species, specializing with dogs! I have skills with grooming and training. I have 4 of my own dogs and do dog sports as well! I work from home so I have extra time to care for your pets and am able to move around my schedule. Saturdays are the only days I may not be able to take same day bookings! I understand crate and gate management and will make sure your animals are happy and healthy! As of right now I can’t offer boarding in my own home but maybe in the future

About: I have had a love for dogs my entire life! I was blessed to grow up with the sweetest Black Lab and my family welcomed a toy poodle to our family when I was 12. In the last couple of years, the family dogs have gone from 2 to 6 with the addition of my in-laws. I am at my happiest when we are all in the same house, each of us with a dog on our lap or at our feet. I don't know what life is like without a dog in it! I lost my 4 year old mini dachshund unexpectedly in 2020. Since then my love for dogs has only grown. I would love to hangout with your furbaby! I currently work a hybrid schedule, working from home most days. My role allows me flexibility throughout the day. I would love to fit in a couple of dog walks and cuddles into my schedule. All dogs are part of the family in my home. I will never treat them differently. I grew up with runners, so have no fear that keeping your dogs safe and home is my number one priority.

About: From growing up on the farm I have a love for taking care of all animals, big and small! Hope to meet you and your pup soon! I work a hybrid work schedule. Thursday-Friday are my work from home days! I’ll be able to tend to your dog for all their needs and he/she will have my dog as a friend/companion! I have a large fenced in yard to get all the zoomies out! Dogs are allowed on the bed/furniture! I treat them as one of us!

About: I have not only personal experiance talking care of dogs but also professional experience working at a dog daycare and boarding company. I can manage any size and any number of dogs and you can assure that your animal will be in capable hands. Having experience with a dog of my own that needs to go on at least three walks a day I will be fully committed to making sure your dog is exercised and ready for bed at the end of the day. I am here to make your dogs experiance as stress free as possible while you are away and provide them with the comfort and nessasary needs to keep them happy. About: I have four years of dog care experience working at a boarding facility as well as a veterinary assistant at a veterinary clinic. I've had experience administering medication to dogs, (including insulin) and I have no issue going the "extra steps" to make your dog's care paw-fect. I am currently a full-time college student. I'll be able to walk your dogs daily, but that may change from week to week. I am currently available to dog sit only on the weekends. I can care for your dog or cats by providing a scheduled walk/bathroom/feeding routine. While dog sitting I can provide a high-energy fun-filled weekend or a calm relaxed cozy weekend depending on your dog's personality/needs. No tasks are too complex for me, as I have years of experience in animal boarding providing animals with medication, unique diets, and specialized behavioral needs (I've seen/done it all!).

I will feed your animal the directed amount in the directed time. I will play with your cat/dog several times throughout the day. For dogs, potty breaks every 2 hours minimum. And as many cuddles and hugs as they want!

About: Hi there, my name is Becky. I do not have dog sitting experience but I love dogs. I just recently lost our beloved golden Emma 2 months ago. She was 12 years old. I am using Rover to help heal and help with other dog lovers out there and care for their loved ones! I work Monday-Thursday. I can help on Thursday afternoons after 1pm and Friday-Sundays most weekends. My husband works every other weekend so my availability the weekends he works is pretty open! I love to walk and run. Not saying I need to run with your doggo unless he or she loves to do so! I know summer can be difficult with the heat and winter can be brutally cold. I will take every precaution to keep your dog safe.
