12. Ali P.
About: I've had cats and dogs all my 20 years of life and have helped take care of them since the age of 7 or 8. I've had a range of animals from a few months old to a cat of 15 years and a 13 year old dog. I love all animals nomatter their age and will do everything to make sure your pets are treated how I want mine to be. I have experience with on leash animals as well as off leash. I have no problem doing whatever needed for your animals including giving them medicine such as pills and insulin shots. I'm working part time at a restaurant in the evenings. My hours are relatively flexible for weekends and most week days except for Tuesdays and Thursdays! I don't have any services in my home as of now. This may change in the future once I get done with all my schooling.
13. Christina B.
“Christina took such good care walking my dog. I needed help getting my dog outside more & she was super accommodating with my schedule. 10/10!”
14. Aaron G.
About: I grew up around cats and have been living with dogs since I was 20. My first experience with dogs was my roommates/bestfriends Rottweiler. I knew the dogvtill the day he died. I got my first dog when I was around 30, a Saint Bernard. He pasted away July 2021, he was my best buddy. He suffered from cancer his last months and needed lots of special care. I have no problems caring for senior dogs, big dogs, active dogs, lazy dogs or puppies! I have experience managing multiple large breed dogs at the same time. I currently am unemployed as I just moved to Bremerton(to be with my girlfriend) a few weeks ago. I love dogs, they are my favorite. I treat dogs with respect and kindness. Lots of playtime, petting, and walks. If the dog is looking for attention I will give it to them. I lived with a Saint Bernard, there was no ignoring him!
15. Kendal D.
“Kendal has always been known as the animal lover of her family. She has to point out (and name the breed) of every dog she sees, and they all are immediately drawn to her. Dogs are, afterall, a good sense of charcter. Kendal has worked at a doggy day care for +3 years and is their go-to trainer for all new hires. When there is a problem, they go to Kendal. Dropping off your dog to a stranger for the day (or even overnight) is a scary thought. Our dogs are our family or best friends! But Kendal's customers praise her on the care she takes for every dog, and feel relieved by knowing that they are safe in her hands. When she told me about starting side jobs on Rover I was excited for her because I know dogs are Kendal's greatest passion. Rest assured, your dogs are safe in Kendal's care.”
16. Lindsay K.
“Thank you so much for dropping in on the puppies! Love the pictures you sent!”
17. Darlene V.
“Darlene is fantastic! Whenever I can possibly book with her I do! She’s attentive, and sends great updates. It helps me be where I am when I’m not at home knowing my fur babies are in the best of hands!”
18. Emily R.
About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was a child. I have two rescues of my own that I’ve worked with on training like aggression or potty training. Just moved back to Wisconsin and would love to work with your pups as long as I need to. This would be my full time job. I bring my dogs out on multiple walks throughout it the day so that they have plenty of play and potty time. I love having toys for them to play with inside as well.
19. Autumn H.
About: Hello! My name is Autumn and I just moved here from Maine. I studied Animal and Veterinary Science at the University of Maine and I have 6+ years of professional experience in animal care. I am formally trained in proper animal handling, body language, and behavior. I have worked in daycare, boarding, and shelter settings and have experience in a veterinary setting as well. I would love to meet your pets and see if I would be a good fit for you as a dog walker or even just as someone who drops in for care. Thank you! I am typically available before 11 am each morning and may be available any time on my days off. I am currently working at a doggie daycare and my hours fluctuate, but I generally have time in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. The majority of my experience comes from a force free setting. I believe in treating all animals with respect and dignity, working with them, and figuring out the best way to give them what they need with the least amount of stress. I am familiar with working with dogs with “stranger danger” and am comfortable working with pets who may not immediately think I’m a friend.
20. Denzel C.
“Denzel is a very friendly person who clearly loves animals! He met my gang (three dogs and four cats!) several days ago for the first time. He was great with my dogs, all of whom have very different needs. From our very old and infirm Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix who is friendly but just a bit grouchy :), to our young herding mix girl who loves to bark at anyone new, to our young and very large husky mix who has limitless energy and wants to play ALL the time, Denzel was kind and engaged with all of them. Denzel will be visiting and caregiving for my gang on a regular basis.”
