About: My family and I had a dog of our own for about 13 years during my childhood, allowing me to gain experience in feeding, training, and walking dogs. Now that she has sadly passed away, I would love to give other pets the same love I am no longer able to give to my own pet. I currently work part-time and have plenty of time to smother your pets with my love! Late mornings and early afternoons are the times that typically work best for me, but I am flexible and willing to try anything! I will only allow pets that are fine being outside because my house does not allow pets indoors. I have a large yard surrounded by fields in a rural area where pets are free to roam in sight as long as they’re well-trained.

About: Hi, I'm Mel! I grew up surrounded by pets, and that passion grew into a lifelong career in animal care. I bring over a decade of professional facility experience to Rover, including serving as a Pack Leader at Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare and spending seven years as a specialized Caregiver at the world-renowned Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah. There, I worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and behavioral needs, including dog-selective and dog-aggressive behaviors. Currently, I keep my skills sharp working part-time as a Kennel Technician at a daycare and boarding facility right here in Green Bay. ​Because of my professional background, I’m highly experienced with administering medications, recognizing subtle body language, and reinforcing basic training. I know how important routine is, so I am more than happy to strictly follow whatever household rules you have set for your pet. Whether your furbaby is a social butterfly or a quiet soul who needs a patient, gentle approach, I have the intuitive skills to make them feel safe and loved. ​When I’m not caring for your pets, I’m hanging out with my own senior "puppy," a 9-year-old dog named Alba (pictured with me!), and my 14-year-old "kitten." I love house-sitting, overnight stays, and dog walking, and my ultimate goal is to give you total peace of mind while you're away. I can’t wait to meet your furbabies! My part-time schedule as a local kennel technician makes me incredibly flexible for pet sitting! I work from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM (about 25 hours a week), which leaves my entire midday window from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM wide open for lunchtime walks, playtime, and companionship. I am also available for quick check-ins before my morning shift, and my evenings are completely free after 6:30 PM for late-night cuddles and dedicated overnight stays. Because my daily job already centers around professional feeding, medicating, and cleaning, keeping your pet's routine seamless and sanitary between my shifts is second nature to me! My goal is to keep your pets in their happiest, most comfortable element, which is why I specialize in caring for them right in their own home! With over a decade of professional animal facility experience and a huge heart for all creatures, I pride myself on being the next best thing to you when you’re away. I am fully backed by Rover and prioritize open, consistent communication—sending you regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing they are in safe hands. As a major bonus, I am an exceptionally tidy person who genuinely enjoys cleaning. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have been involved in their daily care including feeding, walking, and playtime. As a former college athlete, I’m very active and dependable, and would love to take your dog on walks and runs. I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs and will take care of your pet like it’s my own. I also have experience with off leash training! I recently graduated college and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to easily prioritize your pet’s needs. As a former college athlete, I’m used to maintaining a consistent routine and being dependable. I’m available throughout the day and can adapt to your pet’s specific schedule. In my home, I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for pets. I do not currently have any pets, so your dog will have my full attention. I have a large backyard and plenty of indoor space for dogs to play and relax. I live in a quiet, residential area that is great for walks, and I always prioritize safety, supervision, and your pet’s comfort.

About: I grew up with cats, dogs, cows, goats etc. so I have always been around and taking care of animals. I regularly take care of friends and families dogs/cats and am very patient. I used to work in nursing and most recently as a chemist, but am looking for supplemental animal love and interactions! I have availability and flexibility as needed Sunday through the week. I can do mornings, evenings or afternoons. I can accommodate most changes as this is my primary work. I have a closed in backyard and basement. I have two cats that can be separated or blocked off to separate areas of the house.

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I adore all animals but dogs hold a special place in my heart. I have fostered puppies and dogs which included medication administration. I have a senior dog myself now and have been adapting his care to adhere to his age. I have trained puppies before with potty training, teething, and walking on a leash. I work full time during the week but have a fairly flexible schedule. Primarily available on the weekends to love and care for your pets. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs. I have a crate if needed. I will respect and follow any instructions when caring for your fur babies in your home. I will love and treat them like my own.

About: My Daughter is big time dog lover. She is 10 years old and loves walking and playing with dogs. Short walks and long walks as well as walking to a park to play fetch or run around. My wife or myself will be with her at all times during walks. Dogs can be walked most days after 4pm and some weekend mornings. This is set up for my 10 year old Daughter to walk dogs. She is a dog lover but our busy summer schedule does not allow us to have a dog again. My wife or myself will be with her at all times during the walk. Dog walking only. About: I’ve grown up with dogs, I know nothing other than dogs. Raised both boys and girls. Currently, raising a 105 lb., 3 year old red gold retriever Mowgli and loving it. He plays well with others! Until further notice, I’m open at all hours of the day. I usually start my day around 5 am to about 9 pm per my puppy’s routine. However, open to any at the time being. I am taking a short leave from my full time position. My home is a family home we’ve grown up in the last seven years or so- plush grass, friendly dog neighbors, friendly neighbors, a lot of exercise in walking (I’ve gone as far as a half marathon once, not saying that’s the plan though unless you’re looking to train for a half marathon of course… lol)

About: I currently have one dog at home, and he loves to have friends during the day. He is an Aussie-doodle, and is very playful. He is almost 6 years old. I am excited to offer care for other pets in my home. Your pet will be loved just as much as Tracker while they are with me. I am patient with all animals and have been around them my entire life. I am able to take care of puppies as well as senior dogs as well. I have had a lot of practice with giving medications for dogs. I will ensure that your animals needs are met anytime they are within my home. I am more than happy to send updates and pictures as often as you would like so you know how they are adjusting and doing. I work from home and I am able to watch and play with animals during the day and after work. Our yard is fenced in and has a large backyard to play in. I have three girls that I bring to school from 715-8am and then pick them up from 230-330. On the weekends I am available the entire day as I do not work weekends. I have a large fenced in yard. Anytime the animals are outside they gate will be shut. I will also endure any small animals are on a leash as they are outside so they are watched after. During the day, the animals will be within eye sight as I work upstairs.

About: My partner Jonah and I are huge dog people, eager to take care of your fur baby! We unfortunately are not in a place yet to have our own, so we are using Rover as a way to spend some quality time with dogs in the area. Jonah grew up with dogs and is used to having them around. My family got a puppy named Ember several years ago that I am very familiar with caring for as well. Though we don’t have a dog in the house, we have watched a few dogs here and know it is a safe and welcoming environment for them. Jonah works a flexible job and can be home with the dog during the day, while I work as a teacher and am always home in the evenings and on weekends. Your fur baby will always have the attention and care that they need in our household! We are open to walking dogs, pet sitting, and overnight boarding, all of which we have experience with. We have a very spacious backyard and park nearby that we love to walk in, as well as a dog park close by. We are very empathetic with animals and approach them where they’re at, since all pets have differing needs and preferences. We like to make your pet feel as home and comfortable as possible while you’re away!

About: I grew up around cats and have been living with dogs since I was 20. My first experience with dogs was my roommates/bestfriends Rottweiler. I knew the dogvtill the day he died. I got my first dog when I was around 30, a Saint Bernard. He pasted away July 2021, he was my best buddy. He suffered from cancer his last months and needed lots of special care. I have no problems caring for senior dogs, big dogs, active dogs, lazy dogs or puppies! I have experience managing multiple large breed dogs at the same time. I currently am unemployed as I just moved to Bremerton(to be with my girlfriend) a few weeks ago. I love dogs, they are my favorite. I treat dogs with respect and kindness. Lots of playtime, petting, and walks. If the dog is looking for attention I will give it to them. I lived with a Saint Bernard, there was no ignoring him!

About: I have several years of caring for many breeds of dogs. German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Pugs, mixed breeds, Golden Doodles, Retriever mix, Chugs. I have been honored to have several dogs that have lived into their senior years. Most recently taking care of my 15 year old Retriever mix. I’m currently working as a teacher. I am available evening and weekends. Come, June I will be available during the weekdays to care for your puppy, adult dog, or senior dog. I will provide your best friend with love and attention. We have a 12 year old Chug that just lost her best friend, Buster this spring at the age of 15. She would love some company.

About: I have taken care of all kinda of animal since i was a kid. I have worked at a doggy daycare for a few years and i now work at a pet store. I work full time but i am more than willing to do after and before work! I usually have a couple of days off in a row. I love animals and i would do anything that makes them happy. I would do all of the pets, cuddles, and play that they want and deserve. I will make sure they have food at specified times and make sure they have enough water at all times.

About: I love taking care of all different kinds of pets, I love working with pets that have unique personalities. There is still so many breeds of both dogs and cats that I would love to be able to take care of. I am currently working part-time at a pet boarding/ daycare facility and still going to school. I still seem to have time that I feel as if I am wasting and need something to fill that void. In my clients home I will try to stick to the instructions that they give me when I am caring for their pet. I will also do anything extra depending on the pet and the different needs that they may have. (Ex. If they are a senior pet or a puppy)
