“Mercedes took SUCH great care of my puppies. She sent a lot of cute pictures which I really appreciated. I could tell she loves dogs and genuinely wanted to spend time with mine. She was very cooperative when I had to modify a couple days. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter/walker.”

About: Healthcare worker taking a break from humans to care for little and big floofs. Honest, punctual, and reliable — with over 30 years of experience as a devoted dog and cat owner. I work graveyard shift 3 nights a week. Available 4 days a week— including every other weekend and during the day when most people work. 😉 I work nights as a Respiratory Therapist and spend my days helping pets get some love, fresh air, and potty breaks while their humans are at work. I currently offer drop-in visits and dog walks, not boarding, so your pets get care right in the comfort of their own home. I live with my own furry crew — a 13-year-old yellow lab named Sage, a 3-year-old golden doodle named Finn, and an 11-year-old cat named Samson.
About: Hello! I am a dog lover and I’ve had my own cat growing up! I currently have two jack russell and love every minute of it. I frequently go on walks or hikes. I am mostly home during the day I work nights. So I can check on your dogs during the day and give them a nice walk out. We love to go to Mantua and let the dogs explore. We like to play fetch and tug a war a lot! We have taken some puppy classes and have had better luck training on our own. I can always give helpful advice when training and having a new puppy. We all know potty training can be hard but some advice can go a long way. I have always loved dogs and can't imagine my life without them! I’m a stay at home mom during the day and work at night. So I can be pretty flexible on what you need for your furry loved one! I am more than happy to take your dogs out for a walk or drop in and take care of your animals while you’re away. 💕
“My dogs acted like they new Daniela from the first moment she came in to get them. You HAVE to trust your dogs’s intuition, she radiates good energy. I’m very happy we found Daniela.”
About: We currently have a German Shepard, 4, Male, fixed, and the friendliest of puppies! He is energetic and is a great play buddy! We go on bike rides, walks and the occasional run to keep active! Im currently a full time stay at home dad. I have three kids 6, 4, and almost 2 as well as the German Sheppard, Otto as mentioned in my experience section. So there is constant activity going on at home. While that is happening, Otto rests but with another fur baby je will be active and help keep your pup active as well! This is accompanied by the bike rides that we go on and the trails we find. Sometimes there is a drive to a bike trail that Otto joins with us. Occasionally or when earned treats k As we have Otto he will be a major part in keeping active, he will help the pets i care for as well. We will be able to do daily walks, as often as you'd like as well as playing in the back yard with your fur babies. We also have large doggie doors if your pet is familiar with them to make trips to the back yard for potty breaks easier.
About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life. They’ve grown with me and I’ve grown with them. I’ve trained many dogs and pups of all kind! Usually I feed my two pups and walk them daily. I make sure they’re groomed once a day (brushing, etc) and play with them or cuddle them constantly! I have a fenced yard and two dogs. They love people and playing. When I head upstairs into my living room in the morning it’s filled with tummy rubs and kisses as well as treats!
About: Hi, I’m Maegyn – a lifelong animal lover with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs! I grew up on a farm, where animals were a part of everyday life and caring for them came naturally. Over the years, I’ve raised and looked after a variety of animals, but dogs have always had a special place in my heart. I currently have two rescue dogs and one rescue cat—they’re my world! My love for animals extends beyond my home. I regularly volunteer at the local animal shelter, helping with everything from walking dogs to comforting nervous pets and assisting with adoptions. Through this, I’ve gained experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments – including those with hyper activity and anxiety. Whether your pup needs a patient walking partner, a cuddle buddy, or someone to match their energy, I’m here to provide safe, loving care tailored to their unique personality. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I treat every pet I meet like my own. Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I’m a teacher with summers off, so my availability is wide open for pet care—perfect for consistent, flexible scheduling and plenty of attention for your pets! My active lifestyle keeps dogs happy and exercised, while my calm, loving care helps them feel safe, relaxed, and right at home—even when you’re away.
“I couldn’t be happier with the care Christine provided for my dog, Toast, while I was out of town! She helped me out last minute and was fantastic—super reliable and attentive. Not only did Toast get great walks each day, but Christine also sent me the pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear Toast was well cared for. I highly recommend her services and will definitely book with her again in the future!”

About: **While we're getting settled we are focusing mostly on dog hikes/walks, but will soon be ready for overnight stays again, too!** I have had all sorts of animals, especially large dogs, my whole life. My (5) children have also always grown up with a large dog in the home. I have had experiences with everything from puppies to senior dogs, and also those in special circumstances (like severe dietary meeds) or who require administration of medications. My oldest daughter wants to start her own dog walking + sitting business, and another of my girls wants to be a vet when she grows up. This originally seemed like a good way for us to make a little extra money on the side, get our "fix" of dog snuggles, and get the kids' toes wet with working towards these "job" goals, while giving them more experiences (under adult supervision, of course!) to foster their responsibility while we work together caring for your fur baby(ies), ...and it ended up becoming so much more than we expected! For a while we even stopped taking new clients on Rover because we had so many repeats who became dear friends and we were watching pets full-time. We recently moved back to Cache Valley, and though we are sad to leave our old St George clientele, we are excited to be opening our books for new clients again and making new doggy friends! I am self employed and work from home, and my children will be here with me too, outside of school hours. I'm obsessed with hiking, and our pup recently passed, so Im looking for new 4-legged hiking buddies, and my kids enjoy helping with daily walks and play sessions! --We are available for both short and long term schedules! We have a large fenced yard ourselves, and our home is also literally right next to a big park for lots of additional play space and easy walking access. My 5 kids LOVE pets and will be happy to give your fur baby all the playtime and snuggles they want! We also have our own large dog (boxer -see photos) who loves to play with other dogs and who will be beyond thrilled to keep yours company! (haha) ... NOTE: We do have a couple of large crates available, if needed. As well as several extra dog beds.
About: My wife and I have been doing rover now for about 3 years already. She has a rover account, and we’d be happy to take care of your pups. There’s very little we can’t or won’t do to accommodate any need you make have from drop off to pick-up let us know. We love animals and I think there no better way to make some additional income then to share our home with your fur babies. Also if I need to come to your home I’m happy to make them as comfortable at home the way you do as possible, until you get back. I’m always aware plans change if I need to watch them longer, or we need to adjust pick-up and drop off times that will never be a problem. We joke that we let the dogs out let the dogs in and then it’s time, to do it all over again :-) we are called all the dogs, because we want all the dogs. We have a fully fenced yard, and 3 fur babies for your pets to have play with. We also have an industrial awesome dog pool for them to play in the water or to just use as a big dish :-)
About: We have 2 greater swiss mountain dogs Porter and Rev. They are great Boys and love having friends of all sizes to play with! They are excellent with new dogs and love to play and run around. We have been watching pups through rover/dogvacay for over 5 years, with many years experience around dogs before becoming part of the Rover community. We have a fully fenced backyard where all can run and have a great time. I am a stay at home mom so I am able to have pups inside with me most of the time. I have 2 younger kids. We have a big yard with lots of room to run and play! We love to have both daycare and overnight guests. Crate training is preferred, and for now we cannot host any unspayed females. We would love to have your friend over join us for a great time!
About: Whether it be walks to parks, dropping in or even staying with your fur babies… I’m your person. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions! I work 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday here in North SLC, I can easily come in the mornings during lunch breaks in north Salt lake and anytime after work or on the weekends in the Ogden area. I am available for house stays. I can travel from North Salt Lake all the way up to Willard and everything in between. Don’t hesitate to ask! I have pretty large house, with a large sized yard and can accommodate but I’d rather come and visit your fur baby in the comfort of their own home. I find that it helps keep your fur baby stress free being in their own environment that they are use to and feel safe in.
“Aneice is top notch. She’s extremely friendly and takes very great care of my dog, Blue. She always keeps me updated and takes fantastic photos. Blue definitely enjoys her company”

About: I have always had at least one dog in my household. I love them. We don’t have children so our dogs are our babies! I have trained all of my dogs. I don’t work so I am available all week long. Dogs bring joy to my life. Our Bouvier des Flanders traveled the Rainbow Bridge last October so our home is just too quiet! We have a large fenced yard with close access to Hyrum Dam for our guests. If they like the water, we have it in our backyard!
