“Amanda took such wonderful care of our puppy while we were at work for a few days. She gave her so much love and attention, and we felt at ease knowing our pup was in great hands. We’ll absolutely be using her again!”

About: I have experience with various different types of animals including cats, and dogs. I love how special and unique each animal is and I love to get to know them and getting to know their personalities. I am working full time and going to school I typically don't work mornings and a couple days during the week I am off and I can stop by and check on them throughout the week. I do anything and everything I can do to take the best care of them, and I always make their health top priority. And treat them like royalty and babies
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I have grown up around all sorts of dogs and feel I have a great connection with all dogs! I work part time as a barista! I am usually free anytime after 12pm. Enough time to play with pets and let them out for potty breaks! I also dance and rehearse some nights, but am free after 7. Enough time to take your pups on a little evening stroll! I can crate your pets if needed! I am quick with accident clean ups and can have a great time playing with your pets indoor or outdoor!
“Maesynn was excellent doing drop-in visits for my young cat Jelly. We did a meet and greet between her and Jelly so they could meet before starting the visits. During my time, she provided details of kitty's behavior and overall well-being with the Rover report card and added pictures to complement. I would recommend her services and hope to again!”

“Dani is everything you’re looking for in your pet care provider. She arrived everyday at the designated time (despite multiple snowstorms), gave our pet the best of care, communicated daily with pictures and a report, and was flexible when plans suddenly changed and we needed to extend our trip. She even took the initiative to shovel our driveway. Twice! Highly recommended!”

About: Hi, my name is Jane and I’m thrilled to be your next pet-sitter on Rover! I grew up with dogs and have always loved everything about animals, ESPECIALLY dogs. I grew up with pups and they just make me happy. Period. My first experience with a dog was with our first family pet, Pancho, when I was six. We adopted him from the Humane Society and I learned early on how easy it is to bond with animals. My other most memorable experience with animals was helping to train a yellow lab who was learning to be a guide dog for the blind. I took her everywhere with me, including my school, the grocery store, etc., and it made me feel really good to help a dog give sight to someone in need. Pet-sitting has given me the opportunity to work many types of breeds and sizes of dogs. I am open to caring for all types and l make a real effort to understand each pup’s distinct personality. I find it works best when I speak with my clients about how they want their dogs to be cared for and do my best to adjust my care to their specific needs. I provide excellent customer service by communicating openly, responding as quickly as possible to requests and keeping in touch with my clients during their dog’s time with me. I also send photos and updates and make sure I stay attentive to their dog’s needs, particularly when it comes to giving water, food, potty breaks and making sure they remain comfortable and content! I enjoy being active with dogs and love going on walks or cuddling. I have experience giving medication and understand how to get to know a dog on his or her terms. If allowed, I will use treats to reward good behavior and make sure to give lots of pets and cuddles as well! Finally, I am reliable and am a perfectionist. I am always on time and make sure my clients’ dogs are fed and walked on time. Currently I'm working early in the morning in Tremonton Monday-Friday 5:45 am-2 pm, so for this reason I've marked weekdays as unavailable for overnights since that may not be the right fit for many dogs. If my schedule is not a problem for you feel free to message me and I can make adjustments if I'm available. I don't work weekends so I have more free time then. I am happy to play fetch, etc. with your dog in the yard and I don't mind dogs sleeping on the bed with me. I am very careful when entering/exiting a client's home to make sure their dog doesn't try to get out the front door.

About: I’ve been an animal lover since I could walk and have owned and cared for a wide variety of animals my whole life. I was that kid who brought home sick and injured animals and nursed them back to help and my love for them has only grown as an adult. I’d love the opportunity to love your pets as much as you do! I’m currently a stay at home mom to three daughters so my schedule is pretty open and I can make most times and days work, I’d be happy to work with your schedule! I currently own a dog, tortoise, hamster, snake and fish and work hard to meet their needs in every way while also teaching my daughters the importance of care and respect for pets. I’m the go to for a lot of my friends and family when it comes to pet care and have been hired to care for dogs, cats, birds, snakes and rabbits.
“Maddison was great with my three dogs over Christmas. She handled multiple medications, food guarding issues, and everything else that came along like a champ. She even helped teach one of them return the ball more consistently during fetch. They all loved her and she was very communicative with me. I would definitely use Maddison again!”

“Heidi is the best of the best! Besides the fact that our dog absolutely loves spending time with her- she is so accommodating with our schedules; she’s flexible and excellent at communicating. And always willing to help out when she can. I couldn’t recommend her more!”
“Sierra did a wonderful job looking after my cats! She always arrived right on time for her visits and kept me updated with plenty of great pictures, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. About: I have cared for many types of pets-friends refer to my house as "the zoo" 🤣 I have fostered dogs ranging from puppies to seniors with heartworm. I am a clean freak who will shower your baby(s) with love while you're away 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛 I am a substitute teacher so, with notice, I have very flexible availability to care for your baby(s). I can be available 24/7 as a pet care professional in your home 💛 I am a clean, respectful person who will ensure both your pet(s) & your home are cared for as if they were my own 🤩
About: My entire life I've taken care of animals, especially dogs. I was a dog and wolf lover all throughout my childhood. I also have experience taking care of horses, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs (including pregnant ones), hamsters, parakeets, chickens, snakes, lizards, fish, tarantulas, cows, goats, and other farm animals. Growing up I loved to take in lost cats and birds with broken wings. I also have experience taking care of sick or geriatric dogs. As a teen I volunteered as a "Zoo Teen" at the Hogle Zoo. I also went to work on my aunt's friend's horse ranch in Oklahoma for a summer gaining valuable experience in taking care of farm animals. I also have been volunteering for the past 6 months as a foster parent at Ruff Haven Crisis Sheltering (temporarily babysitting people's dogs when their humans are not able to watch them). *Starting July 8th I will be going back to work in-office* I am available to sit in your home or board your animal at mine. I can take out dogs to go potty before or after work and give lots of love and attention to all your fur babies. I am no longer working remotely, so I am not available during work hours for your pet. The ideal situation would be that I provide care for a pet who is okay being unsupervised during the work day. I can take dogs out before and after work. I live in a townhouse without a true fence, however there is a rock wall surrounding the back of the townhouses and a ledge around the front that almost all dogs cannot climb down (it's way too high) so it is hard for dogs to leave the property, and I carefully watch them (or leash them, for escape artist doggos) to make sure they don't walk down too far and figure out how to escape. My dog is fine without a leash however, I will keep your pet leashed if your dog is curious and likes to wander too much. I live by the Ogden Nature Trail and everyday I can be found there with my dog. I would love to take your dog out there with us! If I sit in your own home, I will make sure your home is well looked after and I will follow your home instructions to ensure that you don't need to worry while you are gone.
About: Because of allergies in my own home, I don’t have pets of my own. This means that when I am with your dog or cat, they have my 100% undivided attention and affection. I’m not just a sitter; I’m someone who truly cherishes the time I get to spend with animals. I treat every walk and every visit as the 'pet fix' I don't get at home, giving your furry family member the extra belly rubs, long walks, and genuine companionship they deserve. I offer a consistent routine that fits perfectly into a busy work week, along with the flexibility needed for those long weekend getaways: • Weekdays: I am available for evening walks, feedings, and playtime to help your pet unwind after you’ve had a long day at the office. • Weekends (Friday – Sunday): I have full flexibility! Whether it’s an extra-long hike on a Saturday morning or full-day companionship while you're out of town, I’m available to ensure your pet never feels lonely. I believe the best way to keep a pet stress-free while you're away is to stick to their established "house rules." Whether it’s specific feeding times, a preferred walking route, or making sure they aren't allowed on the couch, I follow your instructions to the letter. I want your pet to feel like their day-to-day life hasn't skipped a beat. I treat your home with the same respect I treat my own. I am naturally detail-oriented and responsible, ensuring that: • Doors and gates are always double-checked and locked. • The living space is kept clean and exactly as you left it.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
