About: I have always had many animals from rabbits to birds to fish, and of course dogs. I have had dogs my whole life and love making bonds with them as well as making them feel loved and safe. I am in grad school so have school every day Monay-Friday, off on Thursday's but I am extremely flexible. I have school most days 8:30-4pm. I care for pets in my home by making sure they have access to fresh food and water, regular exercise, and a clean and safe environment. I also make time to give them attention and all the love. If caring for a pet in a client’s home, I would follow the client’s specific instructions and routines for feeding, walking, grooming, and other pet-care needs. I would also make sure the pet’s environment is safe and clean while respecting the client’s home, preferences, and routines!

About: Prior to college I worked Noah's Caring Hands on Sunnyside Road as a pet care specialist. I worked there for almost 4 years, and I am experienced in all ranges of dog/cat ages and needs. Additionally, I have experience administering medication to animals and following specific dietary needs. I am experienced with daycare and boarding animals, and would be more than happy to care for your furry friend! I am available to cat/dog sit and walk for a majority of the weekends or evenings! I am pretty flexible after 4 pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. I had a 17 year old dog whom I administered medications and treatments for throughout his long lifespan. Additionally I have a kitten. While my dog was alive he enjoyed hugs and kisses especially after medication time! After working with him for years and the other animals at the veterinary hospital I have become used to all age ranges and medical needs of each animal (cat and dog).

At home, I care for my sweet blind dog with medical issues and a high-energy puppy, so I understand the importance of both patience and structure. I have a large yard, and a seperate room for pets if needed. Our yard is not fenced, but we have a supervised tie out, or leash walks! I have a very friendly dog who loves to play, or can be kept seperate if needed. I also have a very friendly cat! We live on an awesome walking trail, and I go running every day with my dog.

“Scout has special needs. He is blind, diabetic and is reactive to dogs. Mirte has been excellent with walking him. She has also worked with his quirks that makes him difficult to walk. About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

About: I have worked in the veterinary field for 16 years, passionate about animals since a kid. Skilled in all areas including medicating, health care, special dietary needs ect. About: I was a devoted pet parent for 12 years, caring for my yorkies Maggie & Molly from the time they were one through their senior years.
