About: Hi, my name is Allyse. I have been doing Rover since November 2024. I love this job because I learn about other people’s dogs/cats and their breeds. I love helping people and their animals. I'm an animal lover with a passion for caring for pets. I've been around cats and dogs throughout my life and enjoy spending time with them. I'm excited to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to pet-sitting. When you're away, I promise to give your pets the love and attention they deserve. As a new Rover sitter, I'm committed to building trust and ensuring your pets' happiness. I'm a college student studying Animal Health & Behavior with a flexible schedule, which means I can easily fit pet care into my daily routine. With my flexible job driving for DoorDash, UberEats and Grubhub, I can choose when I work. This means I'm available 7 days a week and can adjust my schedule to make sure your pet gets the care they need. As a pet sitter, I promise to create a safe and cozy environment for your furry friend. I'll keep a calm and patient attitude to put pets at ease, follow their feeding and watering schedule, spend quality time playing and giving attention, help with training if needed, and make sure the home is pet-proofed. I understand that every pet has unique needs, so I'll work with you to understand their specific requirements and provide personalized care. As a Rover sitter, I'm dedicated to delivering exceptional care and ensuring your pet's happiness.

I am very cautious when caring for my pets I always take the extra step to make sure they are safe and well treated. I am always very attentive to instructions left my owners as well. I enjoy going on hikes with my dogs so please let me know if that’s something your pup enjoys too.

“Lori did an amazing job with my 4-month old puppy. She walked and played with Clover daily for a week. On the last day, Clover got sick and had diarrhea, making a big mess. Lori handled this beautifully, and cleaned everything up. Above and beyond expectations.”

About: I’ve taken care of with the trust of my family’s pets, friends and neighbors. I’ve mostly taken care of cats and dogs, but also taken care of a couple of chinchillas. I take care of my cat daily and my parent’s dog when she needs to be watched. I’m available all day for pet care. It’s what makes me happy. I have a 9 year old cat that has his routine of breakfast, dinner and snacks after and in-between. He has a litter box that I clean daily. I take care of/watch my parents dog and will take her on walks.

About: I have had many dogs in my lifetime, around 9 different breeds in the past 18 years. I have also been pet sitting for multiple clients over the course of a year. I have taken care of frail senior dogs all the way to puppies. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty if I must. I also have a lot of experience with other animals! I’ve owned birds, lizards, rats, crabs, bunnies, fish, you name it! I will also gladly take care of any pets like these with no extra charge :) I have a flexible job and am able to work around that as well as my college classes as most of them are spaced out throughout the day. I always make sure to let the pups out immediately and change the water in the water bowl, and feed them if it’s time to eat. I typically make sure to wipe the grime out of their eyes in the morning- it bothers me for some reason, I like when dogs have a clean face. I’ll usually stay for around 20 minutes or longer and hang out with the pups. If a dog needs to get his/her energy out, I’ll normally play with them before I leave to ensure they don’t wreck the house. I’ll give a treat twice a day at most.

About: I’ve been a dog-lover since I was 3 years old and have been taking care of various breeds of dogs since childhood! Growing up I had a Labrador Retriever and I currently have a German Shepard/Hound mix. I’ve taken care of dogs ranging from 5 lbs to 120 lbs! I’m comfortable playing with dogs of all activity levels, from non-stop zoomies to elderly and injured dogs. I’ll be available throughout August to walk dogs before I start a Master’s program in the Fall. I have flexible timing and am available in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I get to know the dogs I’m taking care of and respond to their levels of comfort. If you have a shy dog, I make sure it feels comfortable with me before walking. On the other hand, if you have an energetic dog, I’m able to keep them on a tight leash. My most important priority is making your dog feel safe.

“You cannot get a BETTER pet sitter! Mike took Lightning on walks and sent me videos on ways to train him to walk better and stay calmer. He sent lots of pictures and gave feedback about how he was progressing. My dog is already better behaved after just a few days with Mike! Mike also even cleaned up after Lightning as well as my other dog which he wasn’t even being paid to look after. Reliable, friendly, professional, and obviously really enjoys his job. He talks to your pets like they’re human. Amazing.”

“Kylie is super friendly and so sweet with our Zelda! We are so happy to have her take good care of our baby. I feel so much better when she is under her watchful eye while my fiancé and I are at work.”
