I love that he suggested we do a meet and greet before booking to make sure that Apollo (my dog) was comfortable with him & his dog Rambo (who is an absolute sweetheart), and that Apollo was a good fit for them as well. I got great updates with pictures & videos. He took them to the dog park, and spends plenty of time outside with them in his large yard. When I picked my dog up he was in great spirits which further emphasized the great care he recieved while with Jacob. If youre thinking g about booking with him, do it!”
