About: Dogs have always held a special place in my heart. I grew up with three wonderful dogs throughout my childhood, each teaching me something different about love, patience, and companionship. One of them was even a future seeing-eye dog. Although we only had him for about a year before he went on to begin his important work, it was incredibly rewarding to be part of his journey and to help prepare him for the life-changing role he would have. When my husband and I bought our first home, one of the very first things we did was adopt the sweetest girl named Kora. She filled our home with joy, laughter, muddy paw prints, and unconditional love for ten unforgettable years. Saying goodbye to her was one of the hardest things we've ever done, but I wouldn't trade a single moment we had together. Because of these experiences, I know that dogs aren't "just pets"—they're family. Whether your dog loves long walks, endless games of fetch, belly rubs, or simply having someone nearby to keep them company, I'll care for them with the same patience, kindness, and attention I'd want someone to give my own. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy until you're back home. Beginning August 1st, my scheduled will be wide open. I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 11 years...and for 6 of those years I have owned my own business. I have recently decided to retire and close my business. I feel that pet sitting is the perfect mix of flexibility while also scratching the itch to spend all my time with fluff balls. I am looking forward to taking your dog on their walks, playing fetch in the backyard, or cuddling on the couch with them. I also love to spend time with you cats, rabbits, rats, hermit crabs...you get the idea!

About: When I was younger I used to take care of my neighbors dogs, house sit for them and walk their dogs. I've also raised other animals, like ducks, rabbits, reptiles, and fish. People have always called me the animal whisperer, i've rescued animals and returned them back to wildlife lots of times in my life, and i just think animals (ALL PETS) bring me so much joy and peace , I would do anything for just about any animal that lives, to make their life as fulfilled and loved as i can. My duties for caring for any animal would be properly maintaining their feeding and walking schedules. Bathe and brush(if necessary), playtimes as well as training procedures (if applicable) Pet sitting/House sitting. Your pets will be in great hands! Hello, my availability is posted in my calendar, please check to see if the dates you need a sitter are available in my schedule. If so I will be more than happy to watch after your animals! Thank you! I like to maintain schedule, dietary restrictions, exercise, walking and feeding schedules. Any maintenance that comes along with watching after your pets. You let me know what you need, and I can do it.

About: I have had pets all my life. From the hamster in the 80s, turtle in the 90s, and a number of cats and dogs throughout my adult life (as well as a cockatiel), I have always had an amazing connection to animals. I currently have one small rescue dog (Terrier mix) who is about 12. I am routinely the one who will feed, water and walk pets belonging to family and friends. Be it cats or dogs, I will treat your pet with the same love and conscientious care as I do my own fur baby. A little about me...I'm an HR Professional who has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years now. I love the human side of what I do, and thought that having a 'side gig' using those skills of connection and empathy, along with what I have learned over years of caring for my own animals would be a natural fit! I am also a mom of two amazing teenagers and am a recreational runner. Currently, I am available part time for morning and evening walks, and drop-ins for feeding, watering and play for vacations or other situations. I'm currently available throughout the day until August 2nd, and then mornings and evenings after this. I typically have a 3 day notice before taking on a service, however I am occasionally able to accommodate emergency pet care so if you find yourself in this situation, please reach out. Through my years of caring for numerous cats and dogs, I am very conscientious around "escape-ees" (I currently have one) and ensuring that our fur babies are safely kept in the home as I enter. I am respectful of routines and will follow them exactly as described. Also, I will send unprompted, candid video and picture messages of your pet to you frequently during care. This adds to peace of mind and who doesn't love a good random picture of their pet showing up in their messages??

About: Im 26 experienced with all size dogs and all breeds. Im willing to stay at pet owners home if needed or can bring to my house if absolutely necessary and the dogs attitude will decide on being in my home due to me having 5 dogs of my own most are 8+ I love to meet new pets all the time. Puppies are my weakness to be honest. I may set up a photo shoot for your dog just to remember all the cute faces ive worked with. I do prefer reaccuring walks with the same dogs so they can get used to 1 normal person to walk them when needed and so the walker knows what to expect from the dog themselves. Look forward to working and building a great client base. I’m a former vet tech and have been trained in medication administration, nail trims and baths. I’m also certified in cpr and wound care. I have experience with all breeds big and small mean and nice. It’s a full time job for me both rover and private. I’m always meeting new clients to add to the team and I always stay up to date on all the new certifications I can get to keep making things better for clients. I have a small fenced section of my yard for quick potty breaks. I prefer to walk my dogs and any guests I have over.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently share my home with a lovable Labrador and a German Shepherd who are treated as a cherished member of our family. Watching friends’ dogs has become a natural extension of my love for animals, and every dog that stays with us gets the same care and affection as my own. Our whole family shares this passion for dogs. My young son loves spending hours playing with our pups, ensuring that any dog in our home is not just cared for but actively engaged and loved. I’m committed to making this a worry-free experience for you, knowing your dog will have their best time with us. I even offer meet-and-greet sessions before bookings to make sure we’re a great fit. Plus, I can pick up and drop off your dog within a 10-mile radius for your convenience. Special treatment is my promise—I care for every dog as if they were my own, giving them all the love and attention I’d want for my pup. We’re true dog people, and we genuinely enjoy welcoming furry friends into our home. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, as I care for my own dogs daily with regular walks, meals, and playtime. When sitting for other dogs, I adjust my schedule to include their specific needs, ensuring they feel loved and comfortable. I also offer pick-up/drop-off and meet-and-greet sessions to make the process seamless for owners. I provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for every pet in my care. In my home, dogs are treated as part of the family, with regular feeding, walks, and plenty of playtime to ensure they feel happy and at ease. I follow any specific routines or preferences provided by the owner, from dietary needs to favorite activities. For pets in their own home, I maintain their usual routine to keep them comfortable, including feeding, walking, and giving them personalized attention. Whether at my home or yours, my priority is ensuring every pet feels loved, secure, and well cared for.

Olivier did a wonderful job with our two Cairn Terriers. He spent extra time with them walking through the gardens, collected eggs from the chickens, and made sure everyone was happy. We got lots of doggie pictures while on vacation of them roaming around the gardens and bonus pictures of the chickens, too. We'd recommend Olivier to anyone!

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Boyertown stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Boyertown choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Boyertown with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Boyertown. On Rover:

  • 94% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 95% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
