Experienced, friendly, and reliable
I am an experienced dog walker and pet sitter, I have been taking care of pets on Rover for the last five years and I truly love it. I previously walked and took care of a variety of pets for roughly 5 years before I joined Rover. I enjoy meeting all different sorts of dogs and playing with them. I have experience with elderly, disabled and special needs dogs. I have dealt in depth with dogs that have epilepsy, in fact, I have three dogs of my own that have seizures. Should the need arise I can dispense medication and go the extra mile for a dog with special requirements. I also have experience dealing with mild to severely aggressive dogs as well as generally unruly or excitable dogs. I love dogs of all sizes, shapes, personalities and breeds! I don't only care for dogs, though, I also care for cats as well as other small household pets! Through out my entire life I have yet to live without at least one cat in my home, and just like with dogs I take great pride in being able to care for any cat, whether they be disabled, elderly or have special needs!

Since I do not board dogs, all of my experiences will be in your home. Your pups will be free to roam around and play where ever they are allowed, and only crated for any brief times I might have to leave if a crate is needed.

It’s always hard leaving your dog with someone, but Doris made the whole experience so easy. She took great care of our boy, sent us daily pictures of his activities and kept him safe. We recommend Doris and will definitely use her again!
Doris was absolutely wonderful with my 2 Shih Tzus. She came twice and spent an hour each while I had surgery. Truly eased my mind knowing someone so kind and with experience was caring for them.
Doris did an awesome job. Cats were taken care of and well looked after. Daily pictures were great to see. I would recommend Doris to to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter..

Schedule
I am capable of providing care for pets during most of the day, with the exception of 4-6 hours each day. I typically break that out time up between 2-3 different breaks per day each for about 2 hours.

- I would like a forewarning about any dogs that are even mildly human or other dog aggressive, whether it be food guarding, resource (toy) guarding, etc. It won’t stop me from dog sitting or walking them, but it will allow me to take certain precautions so that neither I or the dog are put in a situation that might cause anxiety or stress.
