“We booked Natalie for my elderly parent’s young beagle. It was their first time boarding a pet so they were nervous and didn’t quite understand the rules of drop-off & pick-up, etc. ( although I explained to them in detail) Natalie was understanding and responsive. She was kind and communicative, often sending several pictures and updates on their dog. Thank you, Natalie, for taking care of Schatzi and extending an extra day when we needed it. I know my mother was persistent with her constant messages, even when I kept assuring her the dog was fine & to leave you alone, lol! We appreciate your help!!!”

“Colleen was a wonderful fit for our pup. She is clearly very knowledgeable about dogs and thoughtful about the combination of visitors she had at any given time, which I appreciated. She engaged them in so many wonderful activities that I worried Kels wouldn't want to come home with us! Kels was obviously comfortable and happy with Colleen and I was grateful for the daily updates. I can't recommend Colleen enough!”

Jifka is kind, attentive and caring for our sensitive puppy, and I was grateful for all the pictures and updates throughout the day, and the hospitality of the whole family - especially of her beautiful dog, Vega. Her clean, spacious home is located in the middle of beautiful nature reserve, perfect for dogs, and I appreciate all the exercise she was able to do. Our normally shy puppy had such a good time and felt so comfortable that she almost didn't want to leave :-) We look forward to having our pup board with Jifka again, and I would recommend her highly. So I knew right away she would be in very good hands. Top of the line in knowledge about dogs, home, neighborhood, fenced in yard and conscientiousness. Paisley had a great stay. We are always grateful to have a home away from home for our girl that leaves us worry free about her care. Terry & Sheree are very responsive, shared photos to us, they walked her and made her feel right at home. We highly recommend them for your pets but please leave room for us to go back. Kipp was kind enough to provide us with daily pictures and updates of our puppy’s status, and it looked like she had a great experience in a fun environment. The backyard was spacious, clean, and perfect for dogs to run and play. As puppies require extra attention and care, there were absolutely no problems administering our dog’s meds and meeting her needs. Our puppy came home relaxed, happy, and healthy. I would certainly recommend Kipp to anyone else looking for a safe and trustworthy place to leave their dog and would not hesitate to have him watch our dog again.”
