About: I have 2 labs (1 lab German Shepard mix and 1 lab), who love to play and romp around, as well as the finer things in life like relaxation.My working schedule allows me to work from home full time, huge plus for the pups and kiddos. We travel about once a year for 2 weeks, and mostly spend our time in town as our boys do sports. I was a dog walker and sitter for 2 years in college, had a dog growing up as a child and I’ve rescued and adopted 5 pups with my husband. Since I'm use to the early mornings, walking the fur babies early is not a problem. I believe a tired dog is a happy dog and I try to make sure they get as much play time and attention as needed. Treating the fur babies as family members, means they have their beds, own couch, toys and free range in our house.

About: Hello, I am an empty nester mom of two independent children and have received immense enjoyment and fulfillment from petsitting. I received an associate veterinary degree earlier in life and have had a passion for animals all my life. I have always owned dogs until I had to put down my last dog- a Weimeraner. Since then- I have enjoyed getting close to my clients dogs. I do walks/feedings and also board clients dogs at my home when they are away. About: I’ve been welcoming other people’s dogs into my home for more than 20 years. It started because I knew firsthand how hard it was to leave my own dog when I traveled. I wanted there to be another option for people like me—people who couldn’t imagine leaving their dog in a kennel but also weren’t comfortable having someone stay in their home. What began as something I offered to friends became something I genuinely love doing. There’s something very special about watching a dog arrive in an unfamiliar place, helping them settle in and trust me, and eventually seeing them stretched out on the couch or curled up beside me as though they’ve always lived here. I still miss them when they go home. I board dogs from only one family at a time because I want their stay to feel less like boarding and more like their own vacation. While they’re here, they live with me as part of my household. I work from home and structure my days around them, so they have plenty of companionship and frequent access to my fully fenced yard. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, from very small dogs to dogs over 100 lbs, as well as puppies and seniors. They’re welcome on my furniture and, if they sleep with their people at home, they’re welcome to sleep with me. I don’t routinely crate dogs, but I’ll maintain a dog’s crate routine if that’s what they’re accustomed to at home. I require a Meet & Greet before accepting a new dog because I want your dog to be comfortable with me, my home and my dog—and I want you to feel completely comfortable leaving them with me. My yard is fully fenced, and while your dog is here, I follow your instructions for feeding, medications and normal routines. Although we’re happy to take it easy, we also love to hike and would be happy to take your dog along! I work with animals full time and love it! My schedule changes based on the needs of my clients for that week, and I adjust as needed. My pets are my babies! I have a fenced in yard, with a dog door to access it. It does close, and can be kept closed during the day if needed as my dogs are extremely well trained, and also have the option to access to my home office (a separate building in the back yard) if needed. They have full range and free access to the downstairs, except we discourage them being in the kitchen. Our dogs are kept from the upstairs by a secured baby gate. They are allowed up there, just usually attended because the puppy sometimes confuses her human sisters toys for her own! We have a large property with a trail that we take our dogs up to, and also live very close to several hiking trails that we frequent. One of our dogs had to retire from long walks and hikes, so he stays home now, but he still loves a good car ride and a short easy walk!
