“Kyrie was an amazing host! He kept us updated about and on our girls! I don’t think they wanted to leave, will be booking again! He is also very understanding especially when we had a time delay!”

“I’m very happy with the care Lindsey has given to Prissy. She sent pictures of Prissy interacting with her son and having fun. I will definitely be using Lindsey again.”

“Absolutely Outstanding!!! Thank you so much!! Our fur baby can be a handful and Shaniece was awesome!!! We have already booked our next visit!! Your fur babies are in excellent hands with Shaniece!!🩷🩷🥰🥰🩷🩷”

“Ladonna is so sweet and caring! Buddy went right to her and I felt comfortable immediately. She sent pictures to share Buddy’s adventures. Her home is clean and cozy. Buddy will go back. I highly recommend Ladonna!”

“She was so great with my fur son and he really enjoyed being with her. I was so relieved with the many pictures and videos I received due to never being apart from him. I will definitely use her services again and again.”

“She is so thoughtful in caring for our fur baby.. our pup has a smiley disposition coming and going. The true test of a caring experience is how your fur baby feels about being dropped off and picked up. Trusted and well cared for in our absence. Thank you!!!!!!”

“Our two pups loved spending time with Savanna and her family! It was so nice to be able to get away and not have to worry if they were ok, Savannah sent daily updates and pics which made our day!! Also we appreciated her quick response time! 1000/10 would recommend Savanna to anyone!!!”

“Jala was the absolute best sitter ever. This was my first time using Rover and she was amazing. She kept me updated about Coco and his activity. She communicated very easily. I will definitely use her again.”

“Valerie was amazing with my Frenchie London. She and her familiy treated him like part of them, they even got him a Xmas present. She was very communicative and send me bunch of pictures and videos during the whole stay. London had a last minute ear infection and she was so kind and responsible with his medications. I will recommend her 10000%. Definitely will be my designated pet sitter.”

“I always worry when I board Sebastien because you always hear horror stories. It's not a facility you can go in and inspect, so you rely on reviews and scrutinize profiles and hope for the best. I didn't worry about Sebastien at all after meeting Adria. She was personable and detail oriented and the exterior of her home was clean and well maintained. She sent pictures and updates and gave me notes on his food. She was also not overwhelmed by his high energy antics. He came home happy and clean! It's such a relief to find someone trustworthy, and I highly recommend!”

“As with past bookings with Geri, Beau's stay resulted in a happy dog with a happy human. Beau is a hefty Golden, strong and energetically playful. I am so glad to have found a sitter who can direct and control Beau's energy so his playfulness can be enjoyed and tolerated.”

“I have to admit I was apprehensive about using an app to locate someone who would care for my baby girl Kokoa. Jada, Jennifer and Jasmine were all great. They had great communication and allowed my dog to feel as comfortable as she wanted. They followed all instructions and my Kokoa was returned happy and safely. I will definitely rebook with this family when I need care for my Kokoa.”

“This has been the best imaginable experience. My dog is challenging (110 intense pounds), and he was skillfully introduced to the pack and welcomed into the home. My dog was loved, played with, exercised, and was never bored or lonely. I am beyond satisfied and will definitely be back. I even learned about a great new (to me) grooming tool. Thank you so much!!”

“Kaliyah was very welcoming and she stayed in touch with me. I am very grateful for her, I was late coming back and she was very understanding of me being stuck in traffic. I will definitely ask her to keep my baby again”

Christopher did an amazing job taking care of my sweet girl! He communicated exceptionally well throughout her stay and was very accommodating when I was running late for pickup. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I would absolutely choose him to watch my pup again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.

Miss. Kenya was great with my baby!!! We will definitely be back. Ozzie made himself right at home in her beautiful home. He was taken care of and I was able to focus on work while away. 10/10. He even came back playing fetch with a ball— he couldn’t do it before. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Jovetta was amazing she took care of my fur baby Athena like she was one of her own family members. She always made it a point to keep in touch with updates and pictures of my fur baby enjoying herself. I would definitely book her again and recommend her to any one who needs a sitter.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
