About: I grew up with dogs, cats, chickens, fish, guinea pigs, and more. I’ve been caring for animals my entire life! I will love your pets like my own. I still frequently catsit for friends. Whether your pets need extended care while you’re on vacation or just a mid day walk/cuddle, I’ll be there! I work at a school have open availability the entire month of December, so I’m there whenever you need me! I may be out some evenings for my part time job or to go to a Preds game, but can easily accommodate your pets around my other commitments. About: Hi, I'm Marissa! I'm one of those people who, before I came out of my shell, spent more time with animals than people. Sometimes I still do. I've had dogs and cats all my life, and also rode horses starting just before I was 4. I have 7 years of experience on Rover and another 2 independently dog walking and sitting before that. I’ve cared for many kinds of dogs and cats, fish, turtles, donkeys, a family of racoons, and more. And I have a lot of experience caring for older animals and animals with medical conditions. I also used to volunteer with my mom transporting rescue dogs with Echo Dog White German Shepherd rescue. I am a homebody for the most part, so once I'm there I'm probably not going anywhere. My capital W Work is writing - I'm 13 years into an elven magic realism epic screenplay/novel series, it is my passion project and pet/housesitting gives me the time to tend to that vision, and fur babies to keep me company! Walking and playing with them keeps me active and in my beloved nature. It is a great joy to give people peace of mind while they travel, knowing their home and furbabies are in good hands. I know how stressful it can be - I was born in the Northeast and then moved to Nashville when I was 12 so my mom and I would drive up there to visit family, but we would often bring our dog and cats with us on that 13 hr ride because we didn’t have anyone we trusted to watch them. It’s a great time, unless it’s a family emergency. Now, I get to be that person for other people! My clients relaxing, knowing that they can have fun or do what needs doing and that their fur babies are taken care of at home - that is priceless and never gets old. If you have 3 or more pets, I'm happy to give a discount. I know how hard it can be trying to find care for them when you have many. Feel free to reach out! Pets are family. I will make sure they receive the best care possible! I'm a night owl myself when I'm home but whatever their routine is, I will stick to that as much as I can. For dogs, walks are included in housesitting if you want that. And any plant and garden care etc. Totally depends on your and your pet's needs. I'm so excited to look after your fur baby!

About: I have taken care of a lot of animals. I’ve had exotic animals, cats and dogs. I’ve taken care of senior dogs while also taking care of four week old puppies I will always make sure your animals are treated as if they were my own and make sure they get all the love and attention that is needed. I’m currently only working afternoons so I am available in the morning but I can normally drop in twice a day if needed. For housesitting, I will make sure your house is clean and tidy when I leave and make sure your animal is well taken care of I will make sure your dog stays on their schedule and has adequate time outside. I will love on your fur babies and keep them safe while you are out of town.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was a teenager. I grew up around dogs, and cats. I love being with animals. I was always the one that my family or friends called when they needed someone to walk, feed or bathe their pets when out of town or stuck at work longer than expected. I’m currently working part time from home, so I have all the time to care for your pets! I am free to house sit, take your pups for a walk during the day or even just pop in to check in on them. Nothing is as nice as being able snuggle with your furry ones. I want to be able to help you by taking care of your pets as if they were my own. Be assured they will get all the pets and snuggles while you are gone. I will follow the owner’s routine as closely as possible. If the pets are use to sleeping the room with you, I do not mind staying in the room with them if you prefer, otherwise the guest room is perfectly fine.

I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medication (if needed), and plenty of attention. I make sure they always have fresh water, a clean environment, and lots of positive interaction. I'm happy to provide energetic pets with plenty of exercise while also respecting the needs of senior pets or those who prefer a slower pace. I treat every pet like they're part of my own family and keep owners updated with messages and photos so they have peace of mind while they're away.

About: I currently have two German Shepherds myself, Ryder & Kizer (the goodest boys)! I have experience with pups up to senior dogs, I’m able to help get through those “terrible twos” as well as have the patience and time to help the older pups through their daily routines. I currently work 8AM-8PM Monday & Wednesday and 8AM-2PM Fridays. I would fully be available the rest of the days of the week, the days listed I work I would be able to stop by, drop in before and after work no problems! I’m here to care for your dog just as you would and give them double the love. Rules, routines that you have in place with your dog will be followed so the habits and obedience isn’t broke or lost. If you encourage walks or exercise I’m your girl! I normally go 3 miles a day and I’d love to incorporate your fur babies in those too.

More than willing to work with you on timing and boarding days anyway we can to make sure you have the best experience. I have a fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy quality playtime with our well trained pups. All pups will be crated at night for bed with minimum crate time throughout the day.
