About: I’ve always loved animals and have hands on experience caring for dogs! I have three of my own so I’m used to dogs with different ages, personalities, and energy levels. I take them on walks, give them baths, dry and brush them, and make sure they get plenty of love and attention. About: I love animals; always have! I used to come home from school and do homework in front of Animal Planet and when it wasn't doing that I was taking care of my neighbor's pets. Cats, dogs and horses and I looked forward to it every time. My responsibilities included walking, playing, feeding and even reading to them (which I have on good authority was very adorable). “5 stars!! Michele was extremely attentive and outstanding for both of our pets. We were in constant contact and she was very sweet and accommodating at all hours. We have a diabetic dog who needed extra attention and Michele was very much on top of that especially because the first few days were really hard on our dog’s sugars. She was very responsive, thoughtful and prioritized the safety and comfort of our pups, consulting with a Rover vet when she felt that our dog’s condition was becoming more emergent. She also left our house cleaner than when she started her stay. We would be so lucky to have her watch any of our family members again and hope to see her again in the future!”

About: I love all animals even the initially intimidating ones. I know how to read animals signals and access their comfort level. I give each pet the time it needs to get comfortable so that I can establish a relationship of trust. I'm nether a cat person or a dog person or a tortoise person for that matter, I love all pets equally. I've taken care of virtually every kind of house, pet (including my aunt's chinchilla) thank you got something I haven't seen before? Bring it on. I'm ready for it all. I don't consider taking care of pets to be at shore or work. I take care of them because they take care of me. They keep me calm and grounded, even when things are at their most chaotic. About: I have always enjoyed caring for other’s pets. Although I don’t have any of my own I never pass up the chance to care for a family member or friend’s pet. “Kim is truly one of a kind. She watched our sweet girl while we were out of town, and to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Our dog has a seizure disorder and follows a strict medication schedule—not exactly easy care. But Kim handled everything with total confidence and care, allowing us to relax knowing Coco was in the best hands. During our trip, Coco had some stomach, upset which is not uncommon for her, and Kim responded with such grace and compassion. She not only cleaned everything thoroughly, but gave us many updates on how Coco was feeling. We certainly did not expect Kim to clean up at the level that she did and we are forever grateful. On top of everything, Kim took the initiative to wash all the bedsheets and towels and somehow managed to leave our home spotless, even better than we left it. What touched us most was the compassion behind everything she did while taking care of Coco. On top of it all, she gifted us a breathtaking hand-drawn sketch of our beloved girl. About: I personally own 1 dog and 5 cats and owned many more before and they all lived long happy lives. Dogs are puppies to me, regardless their age. I also used to volunteer at a pet shelter - my duties included walking, feeding, cleaning kennels and socializing stray or feral animals so they could be adopted out to loving homes I would preferably take clients during weekdays but depending on dates and frequency I’d be open to some weekends as well, contact me to discuss further details I am willing to send photo/video updates to the owner(s) about their pets every day - morning routines, feeding, walk and play times, dinner time etc.

My Rover profile may be new, but my experience with dogs isn't; I'd be grateful for the opportunity to meet your best friend. My goal is to learn what makes your dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved, so you can leave knowing they’re with someone who truly enjoys caring for them. When I'm not with the doggies, I'm in the classroom as a substitute teacher in either the AV or SFV. I get to choose when and where I work, allowing me flexibility in my schedule for dog care. I like to spend as much outside time as possible with the dogs (weather permitting) and do mentally stimulating activities (especially with my senior babies). Activities like "where's the toy", "which hand is the treat in", etc. Little things to keep them mentally engaged. I love being outside, and I love long walks, so me and the doggies tend to make a good team.
