I’ve never met a person who has invested more time, and love, to care for animals, be it her own pet, or her volunteer hours at the animal sanctuary in town. Pets are some of the most important and cherished things in our lives, and I can say with confidence that there isn’t a better person to take on that responsibility with intentionality, diligence, consideration and love.”

“Simply put, Sharon is the greatest! She took care of my dog a number of times, and I always felt safe and secure knowing that Hoover was with her! She loves all dogs like they are her own.... She is the only person that I truly trusted with my dog. The only reason Sharon isn't watching my dog anymore is because she has crossed over the rainbow bridge. I couldn't recommend her any higher! She is a gem!”

About: Having grown up around dogs and helping care for friends and family's dogs for years, I am now offering dog sitting in my home in Monte Rio. I can do half or full days. Also available weeknights, weekends and for overnight boarding as well. I have a lovely fenced-in yard with room to roam around and lots of things to sniff! I will provide walks during the day and will feed your pups if needed and you provide their food/treats. I will play with them, and make sure they get enrichment and snuggles (if they are a snuggler). I will send you picture/video updates and make sure you know your little one is being taken good care of! Dogs under 30 lbs preferred, but again if you have a bigger dog, we can talk about it. I have one cat, Kevin Mew Mew who gets along fine with dogs. There are no children in the house. I am not currently working and can give your fur baby my undivided attention when they are with me! Very flexible hours and dates available! I have a safe home and fenced in yard for your pets to play in. I have plenty of space to crate as needed, I can feed and administer medications and just generally give them whatever it is they need!
