About: Other than growing up with numerous pets my whole life, I have had a lot of pet care experience over the past years for families around my community that rely on me when they are away. I have a fairly open schedule all week and I do not mind checking up on pets early in the morning or late at night. I am able and comfortable with feeding your pets, taking them on walks, and playing with them. About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and even small animals for about a year. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, cleaning up accidents, and giving meds if needed. I treat every animal with love, patience, and attention like they’re my own. I work but I’m usually available Monday through Wednesday all day. For Thursdays, feel free to text me and I’ll let you know. Fridays I’m usually free, and Saturday–Sunday I’m available anytime after 2 PM! About: I have loved and cared for pets since I was a small child. My love for fur babies started with my first pet, a boxer mix named Apollo. My parents recognized my affinity for caring for animals and quickly grew our family by adding a Guinea pig, several frogs, and a cat. In 6th grade I joined the school animal club where I learned about and cared for fish, hamsters, Guinea pigs, and even a snake. Throughout my childhood and into my teens it was not uncommon for me to bring home lost or injured animals I’d find in my neighborhood. My mom thought I’d grow out of this “habit,” as she called it, but she was wrong. Now that I’m an adult I have a spoiled pup who eats better than some animals, and on the few occasions when I’ve encountered stray cats and dogs I didn’t hesitate bringing them home for fresh food, water, and TLC before trying to locate the owners. My family lovingly refers to me as the “dog whisperer” because of how good I am with them. While I somewhat disagree with that title, I definitely feel that my passion for animals helps me understand and care for them with love. I am available for boarding 7 days a week as long as I have at least 3 days notice. I am also available in the evenings and on weekends to walk and play with your fur child. I have a fenced in yard with a friendly chorkie (chihuahua and yorkie mix) to play with. I also am able to crate your dog if you provide the crate. I do have one small crate that can be rented for an additional cost.

About: My name is Raquel and I've had plenty of different animals growing up. Whether your fur baby loves to play with other dogs, cuddle, go on hikes or riding around town I can handle it all. I have 2 friendly dogs of my own and we have plenty of space for more babies. There isn't a dog to small or to big I cant handle. I have a spacious home and yard and don't mind babies on my couches but not my bed. Growing up I volunteered at a lot of boarding facilities and hated seeing the dogs in cages for most of the day. I plan on opening my own fun loving boarding facility one day and hope to take you and your babies on this journey with me. In order to board / daycare your pet must be friendly with other dogs and updated vaccination records must be provided before drop off. Taking care of my babies is the first thing I do in the morning. My Pomeranian is diabetic and is on a strict schedule with insulin shots and food. Ever since the pandemic I taught myself how to groom my dogs so that's a weekly task I've come to enjoy. I care for your pets as I care for my own. It's important to keep the same routines as you keep at home. I make sure to monitor play time and time spent outside. Also require vaccination records before drop off from all clients.

About: I have been a pet owner all of my life and there is a special joy and comfort that only a dog or cat can give us! I think it is important for our pets to get daily exercise to keep them happy and healthy. I'm an avid fitness enthusiast and I love all animals so getting your dog out of the house for daily walks is the perfect fit for both me and your furry friend! It's a great way for your dog to release that playful energy while strengthening their health as well. Playtime is also important in keeping our pets happy and friendly! Getting out and throwing balls, frisbees, sticks, etc is one of my favorite things to do with my own dogs and it's another great form of exercise for your pup! I'm currently a volunteer firefighter for Columbia fire department at Station 26 in Blythewood. As a volunteer, my schedule at the station is flexible, which allows me to accommodate to the scheduling needs of my Rover clients!!
