Always worked great! She always goes the extra mile, to make sure each individual dog gets the care they need. I now have only one min pin, that I adopted thru Lisa, after she had had him for about 8 months. He is a special wonderful dog, very smart, but skidish. Lisa is the only person I trust to watch him. She is also a very dear friend to me. So, we are getting ready to take a trip to Arizona, and so we are driving to Tennessee, for a visit with her, and to drop Harley off, and leaving from there to head to Arizona, and then back to Tennessee, to pick him up, and visit a little more. She is the best!!!!!”

“We boarded our pug there for 5 days this was his firrst boarding. Melanie was more then accommodating our flight got changed we had to have someone pick him up and she was able to adjust for that.
