Pet Policy
More information
Four Seasons is known for providing travelers, whether for business or pleasure, a luxurious experience. They will accommodate pets in their guests’ rooms, so long as the pet weighs 30 pounds or less, is fully trained, and is appropriately restrained by the pet parent. Pets must also comply with local legislation, so it’s recommended that guests look those up before traveling.
Pets should be kept on a leash or in a carrier when in the hotel or on the hotel property unless they’re in the guest’s room. To make staying in a hotel easier for both you and your pet, make sure to bring familiar items to make them more comfortable like a blanket, toys, and treats.
Guests are also asked to not leave pets in a room unattended, so it’s important to plan accordingly. In the event that a pet is left unattended and is a disruption to other guests, please be advised that the pet will be removed from the room and the pet parent may be subject to pet sitting fees. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the hotel property and in the neighborhood. Any disturbance such as barking must be prevented to ensure other guests are not disrupted. There is a pet fee of $75 plus tax.
