We did a meet-and-greet before my booking to make sure my dog was a good fit with his, and Ramon was very thoughtful and tuned in to my dog from the very beginning. While I was gone Ramon sent me photos, videos, and updates about my pup. By the end of the stay my dog and Ramon's dog Dante were great friends. Through the whole process Ramon was communicative, responsive, flexible, and it's clear he really cares about the dogs he brings into his home. I had such peace of mind knowing Olly was with Ramon and Dante. We'll definitely book again!”

Loved that she sent nearly daily updates even gave them a bath too! What I appreciated the most was that she was transparent about when my dogs weren’t quite comfortable eating in a new environment.
