About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, but what really sets me apart is hands-on experience actually raising and training one myself. I grew up training my German Shepherd from a young age, which taught me patience, consistency, and how to understand dog behavior, not just watch them. As a student athlete, I’m very active, so I naturally bring a lot of energy to walks, playtime, and keeping dogs engaged. At the same time, I understand that every dog is different, some need structure and training, while others need calm, gentle care, especially seniors. I’m comfortable reinforcing basic training, handling larger or high-energy breeds, and making sure pets feel safe and understood while their owners are away. I don’t just “watch” dogs, I genuinely enjoy spending time with them and building trust. As a college student athlete, I keep a very structured schedule, which actually makes me reliable and consistent when it comes to pet care. I plan my days around responsibilities, so I make sure pets are fed, walked, and given attention on time. I also work part-time at a golf course, but I’m looking to spend more of my free time doing something I enjoy, being around dogs. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because it gives me a break from school and sports while still staying active. About: I have been the "go-to" dog sitter for my circle of friends for years, and I’ve realized that the only thing better than having one dog in the house is having two (or three if you have a pair of pups!). I’m opening up my home to Rover guests primarily to provide some social fun for my own dog, Ripley. About: I’ve been the resident cat and dog sitter since I was a teen in my family and friend group. I have worked with dogs big and small, and cats of many temperaments. I have been an overnight sitter for both animals, and have experience walking, playing, following routines, and making the pets feel comfortable and loved. I have followed medication routines and given medications for both cats and dogs as well when needed, and am comfortable doing so. I am currently working part time while going to grad school, so I am back and forth from the house and able to check on any pets throughout the day.
