We were provided with daily updates, pictures and videos of his acclimation to her home and his time spent while we were away. “Cheryl was fantastic! Our boys loved her right off the bat at the meeting. She kept us updated and sent pictures showing the boys having fun and playing. Our blue Heeler wanted to stay and continue playing with her instead of going home. We had to come to her city to attend a funeral (we live in Waco Texas) Our little Oliver, a mini dachshund, usually whines and cries when we live him with anyone, even our kids. He settled down with her real quick and she let us know as we were stressing over leaving them with someone new and dealing with a funeral as well. I HIGHLY recommend Cheryl to watch over your little furbabies. She takes great care of them. plays with them, and gladly sends you photos and updates if you request it. If we ever come back to that area of Oklahoma, we will defiantly use her services again. Thank you Cheryl for giving us a peace of mind during a difficult time.”

“olivia spent a week with Hailey and we could tell she had so much fun! she got to play with a lot of friends and we could tell by the pictures she was well taken care of while we were out of town. we made it back home with a well taken care of Olivia and a sleepy one from how much fun she had. “Norma and her family are the absolute best! I was so, so anxious about leaving my 5 month old pup for a whole week because he’s never spent a night away from me. I had taken him to doggie daycare with her a few times so he knew her, and was already very impressed by her obvious love of dogs and her high level of experience. She knew that I was struggling with my own separation anxiety, ha, and alleviated my worries with frequent text and photo updates. My Patrick had a blast with their pups and the other dogs that come for daycare. Her whole family treated Patrick like one of their own, and he even slept with her sweet daughter, which made my heart happy because he is used to sleeping in bed and I worried about him being crated at night. I could not be happier with the whole experience, and will board Patrick with Norma any time I need to leave town. I honestly cannot say enough good things!!”
