About: I grew up with animals my whole life. I got my first cat and dog as an adult when I was 21 years old. Since then I've always had animals, including a few rabbits along the way. In our household, I'm the one who feeds and bathes our dogs because I've been a stay-at-home mom for years. I've been through the senior years of pets so I understand the extra care they can require and I'm comfortable giving them medicine. I've also been through the puppy phase multiple times, and I've even been through multiple dog pregnancies with my current two doggy fur babies. If I take a job in the future, it'll be remote so I can still have flexibility in my schedule. I'm comfortable crating a pet if that's what you want (I've had a couple of dogs that were destructive as young pups so they had to be crated in their younger years). April noted she paid special attention when the weather was warmer outside not to let our frenchie play outside too long.
