When I dropped Missy off, Juliet was so welcoming to both of us and asked lots of questions about Missy's daily routine, health issues, likes/dislikes. I was impressed that she really wanted to get to know Missy and provide for her rather than just make her fit in to the existing household routine. Missy was a bit anxious at first, and Juliet was so patient with her, just letting her explore the house and relax at her own pace. Juliet clearly has good instincts and knowledge about dogs: she asked to keep Missy's crate for the night just in case Missy would prefer to sleep there rather than in bed (where she normally sleeps). That's just what happened. By the end of the sleepover, Missy had relaxed enough to lay on the sofa with Juliet, and she was just fine with the other dogs in the household and with Juliet picking her up. I am so happy with this experience and will definitely rebook with Juliet.”
