“Wow! This is my first time using Rover and Anna was the first sitter to pop up. I was a little nervous but decided to give it a try. She was absolutely amazing! Kila loves her and I came home to one happy cat! I will absolutely be hiring Anna the next time I ago away . Thank you, Anna!”

She also warned me about a spider that made a web on my chair in the yard. I enjoy receiving reports about her visit and pictures of my dog. It’s obvious that Sheyanne cares about animals and it makes me I feel good knowing that she is caring for her and protecting my dog.”

About: I've always felt a special connection with animals- from encounters in the redwood forests of Northern California to the coastal sanctuaries of Maine, I’ve spent much time appreciating the deep wisdom held within the animal kingdom. In my own life, cats and dogs have helped show me the true nature of unconditional love, journeying together through obstacles with plenty of joy. I've boarded and cared for several dogs long-term, lived with up to 3 cats at a time (please see testimonials) and always enjoy getting to know the unique personality and ways of each animal. Beyond domestic pets, I often spend time in nature, getting to know the local birds, deer, chipmunks, etc. and enjoy spending time at several wolf sanctuaries in New England. My approach is gentle and my goal is nourishment, safety and support with whoever I get the chance to work with. I’m presently in my third year of graduate school for Chinese medicine and acupuncture, a medicine that includes healing practices such as Qi Gong which often draws from the teachings of animals to generate strength and resilience in one's body. I hope to have the chance to work with animals in a healing capacity some day. I enjoy giving back to animals in any way I can and I'd be truly honored to care for your beloved pet. I'm currently a graduate student with wide availability outside of classes, including most weekdays and weekends. Tuesdays/Thursdays/weekends are generally best but I have flexibility on all other days as well. I'll care for your pets with compassion and attentiveness and honor whatever instructions and ways that you feel are best for your dog or cat. I've had experience crating, bathing, grooming, clipping, walking, running, playing etc.

“Taylor was awesome! She is took care of our kitties really well, and sent wonderful photos with detailed updates. We will definitely be booking her again next time that we need someone to check on our babies.”

“Jennifer is awesome! My cats love the company and it makes me feel so much better having them taken care of and checked in on when I am away for a while. She always takes a bunch of pictures as well!! 😊”

About: Pet Care Experience: I’ve been raised with dogs my entire life, and I also have three years of hands-on experience at a doggie boarding and daycare facility. I’m comfortable working with dogs of all types, from reactive dogs to high-energy pups. I understand the importance of positive reinforcement and am experienced in meeting the dietary and exercise needs of dogs. What Sets Me Apart: What truly sets me apart is my genuine compassion for animals. I offer a personalized experience, whether it’s hiking to burn off energy, providing calm and comfort for reactive dogs, or ensuring senior pups get the special care they need. My expertise in stimulating high-energy dogs and my knowledge of their specific needs makes me the perfect choice for your dog’s next adventure or stay! Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine. I make sure to schedule time for walks, play sessions, and one-on-one attention for each animal I care for. Whether it’s getting up early to take a dog on a hike or spending extra time with a shy cat to build trust, I always prioritize their needs. I’m flexible and able to adapt to different schedules, ensuring pets get the love and care they deserve, no matter what else is going on in my day. In my home, I create a comfortable, pet-friendly environment where animals can thrive. For dogs, that means daily hikes, interactive play sessions, and plenty of cuddle time. I make sure each dog gets the exercise and attention they need to feel happy and secure. For cats, I adjust the atmosphere to their personality—whether it’s quiet, cozy space for a shy cat or active playtime to keep a kitten entertained. I’m also experienced with dietary needs, allergies, and administering medications if necessary. When caring for pets in your home, I treat it as an extension of my own. I make sure their routines are kept intact, from feeding schedules to favorite activities. I believe in providing consistent care that allows them to feel safe and comfortable, just as they would in their own home. Whether it’s a dog who loves to hike or a cat who needs extra TLC, I’m committed to offering personalized care tailored to each pet’s needs. I’m also skilled at handling reactive animals, training, and ensuring each pet’s emotional well-being is prioritized. I’m not just a pet sitter—I’m a pet caretaker who goes above and beyond to ensure your pets are happy, healthy, and loved while you’re away.

About: I am a dog mamma who loves animals. I have had and cared for dogs since I was a child. I am attentive and caring to animals and love spending time with them. I have an 8 year old Shih tzu who loves dogs, cats and people! All dogs are puppies to me and big or small. I'll care for your dog as if they were my own. For anyone looking to travel for the holidays - I am available for most holidays since my family lives out of state. I work from home so I am always with your furbaby. I have a fenced in yard, and go out with my pup 3 times a day, but can do more if that's what your pup requires. I typically stay in the yard with him, but if I also have surveillance cameras on the yard for any time I'm not out there as well. I have a fenced in yard. My house is 2 levels and I have baby gates on the stairs so pets stay on whatever floor I'm on. I have multiple enrichment toys and a great supply of treats to keep them happy. I also have a sweet 8 yr old Shih-tzu that absolutely loves having other animals to play with! If your dog uses pee pads, I have those as well. My spoiled pup has at least 4 cozy beds and is happy to share! I do allow animals on the bed and furniture, I just wipe paws with doggy wipes after any outside time. Anything else you want to know, just ask!

About: Hi! I'm an experienced and compassionate animal lover with a lifelong passion for pet care. I currently care for my large senior dog and recently said goodbye to another beloved pup after 20 wonderful years together. I also have a senior cat who’s been with me since childhood, so I’m very familiar with the needs of aging pets. Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my grandparents who fostered dogs of all breeds and sizes—including a deaf dog. I know sign language, so if your dog is deaf, I’m more than happy to communicate in a way that works for them. I'm also very comfortable handling strong, energetic dogs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and care. Whether it’s a leisurely walk, playtime, or attentive sitting, I’ll make sure your pet feels loved, safe, and well-cared for. I work part time so I can walk your dog almost any time, I just need to make sure I’m not working during that time. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick visit, staying overnight, or taking your pup for a walk, I care for every pet as if they were my own. I follow your instructions closely and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. During walks, I ensure your dog gets the exercise they need while staying safe and engaged. I’m attentive to their pace, energy level, and any leash or behavioral needs. For drop-in visits, I check that your pet has fresh water, food (if needed), and some quality playtime or snuggles. I also clean up after them and make sure everything is in order before I leave. When house sitting, I stick to your pet’s normal routine—feeding, walks, medications, and bedtime rituals—so they feel as at home as possible in their own space. I also keep your home tidy and secure while you're away. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities!

Halle C.
“Halle was there for my dog when I couldn’t be. My senior boy, Jasper, was nearing the end of his life while I was away for work, and the guilt of not being there nearly broke me. But Halle stepped in—not just as a sitter, but as a stand-in for the love I wish I could have given in those final days. She went out of her way to give Jasper comfort, peace, and dignity. She laid with him on the floor, spoke to him softly, kept him warm and clean, and never rushed a moment. She sent me updates that brought me to tears—photos of him curled up peacefully, stories about his little tail wags when she sang to him. She made sure he was not alone, that he was respected, and most of all, loved. Halle has the kind of heart you can’t teach. She sees aging pets not as burdens, but as beings who deserve softness and honor. She didn’t just take care of Jasper—she gave him the beautiful goodbye I couldn’t. And for that, I’ll always be grateful.”
