About: I’ve had dogs throughout my entire life, but currently I have a 7 year old golden retriever I treat like my child! I’ve always trained all of my dogs myself and participated in many safety training classes regarding training. I am currently in graduate school and unemployed, so mostly it’s just me and my golden at home most days, so I have plenty of spare time to help in your pet’s care! I am open to boarding and house sitting, but also happy to do drop-ins or just walks! I have a big fenced in yard and a sweet golden who loves making new friends to keep your pup company! I have plenty of room to crate your dog if needed.

About: I've personally owned many different types of animals throughout my life including rats, racoons, squirrels, ferrets, hamsters, rabbits, chickens, goats, dogs, and cats. I currently own 3 dogs (Great Dane, an Australian Shepherd, and a Lab mix), 2 cats, and 6 chickens. I worked as a groomer and a broader for a while at a pet store. I understand every animal has certain needs that need to be met for it to live a happy and healthy life and I will work my hardest to meet those needs. I'm a stay at home mom that has plenty of time to hang out with any animals that may need it. I'm very comfortable with any animal I meet and I love all animals. Also available for farm animals and reptiles. I'm a stay at home mom with kids in school so I am pretty available all day long every day. I stay at home on most weekends too so I'm available almost 24/7. I have 3 separate fenced in yards they may use. My personal dogs are crate trained and I have crates available for others to use. I can keep them completely separated from my personal animals very easily or they can play together after a safe introduction.

I enjoy having and keeping all your fur babies safe while your away. All my rover clients receive pictures and updates on how there dogs are doing from the time your furbaby shows up till the time they leave. It is very common for first time borders to be nervous, so don't hesitate to ask a lot of questions! I have experience caring for multiple dogs at a time, I also accept long term stays as well as last minute bookings. I take the dogs out Around 7 AM each morning and then several times throughout the day and usually end our day about 7- 8PM I have a large backyard for the dogs to play in and I have crates in case I unexpectedly get an aggressive dog or your pup enjoys having a safe space to sleep. I’m home full-time and I am available to love on your pups on weekdays and weekends. Your pup will get the love and attention it’s used too. I have a large fenced in yard for your pups to enjoy. I Also live next to a very huge park that your dog will enjoy walking in and enjoying others out there with their fur babies. Also I have crates in case I unexpectedly get an aggressive dog or if your fur baby just wants a safe and comfy place to sleep.

“Christie was excellent. My puppies loved her. While we were away, she sent me pics of the puppies every day doing something in their normal daily routine. She took them for walkies, which cemented her and their relationship because it is one of their favorite activities which we told her was optional because they get super excited and is like walking a team of pulling sled dogs. She handled it with ease. When we returned home after the "happy to see you" reunion, the puppies were calm, full of tail wags, and going back to Christie to be petted and loved on. Christie also watered my garden for me while we were gone. She is very neat and tidy and the house was exactly mirror to when we left the week before. Our puppies have limited access to other people so they are suspicious of all new people they encounter, Christie won our dogs over with ease because she has a very gentle, kind, and genuinely caring nature as person. I'm currently in school Wednesday through Friday, but I'm available for pet care from Friday night through Tuesday night. About: I have always loved animals and have taken care of one kind of animal or another for as long as I can remember. As a teen I volunteered at animal shelters, then as adult I became a foster for the Humane Society in Jacksonville Florida for years before moving to Birmingham last year. I miss having the opportunity to care for a variety of animals and getting to know them if only for a short while. They will be treated like my own. If you are in the process of training, I will pick up where you left off with potty, leash training, etc. I can give baths and brushes if needed. I am a independent contractor and I make my own schedule. My work is very pet friendly so at the discretion of the parents, if they enjoy car rides, they can can either come with or I will stay home with them during their stay. I am very flexible. About: I'm from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and I graduated from Pinson Valley high. I attend Lawson State Community college, where I'm currently majoring in Veterinary Medicine. While participating in the Agricultural Science program at Tuscaloosa Career and Technology Center, I gained experience in fish reproduction and animal handling. The house I moved into has 1 unoccupied fully furnished bedroom and my bedroom is always open for snuggles at bedtime. My house is my pets house, they are allowed on the furniture, and there are toys, beds, and blankets for them everywhere. However, if there are certain rules and training that needs to be followed I will be more than happy to accommodate. My Violet (45lb Black Mouth Curr mix) is only a year old so she has a lot of fun playing with other dogs big and small, she sweet, kind, and gentle. My cat Thackery Binx is an 8 year old cat so he normally just sleeps in his cat tree or sees what I'm up to in the kitchen. I have plenty of room to accommodate your furry loved ones, and all the comforts of home. My pets are fully vaccinated and I would be happy to provide their paperwork upon request.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11. My neighbors always counted on me to take care of their dogs while they were at work or on vacation. I’m currently working a part time job as a cna and i’m also in college getting my basics for nursing. I would be available to care for your dog Monday-Friday and some weekends.
